Had a bad experience a long time ago and have avoided this chain.... recent recommendations and an awesome nerd focused marketing campaign had my family decide to stop in. Great food, great speed and a delicious orange creamsicle milkshake made a fan out of this long time hater.

This is the best Arby's location I have ever visited; if you judge it within the spectrum of Arby's restaurants specifically, Dansville is definitely the pinnacle! Get some curly fries, obviously.

Best service you will get from any fast food venue around. Have been going for years on the way to our camp and and service, speed and quality continue to impress

My mom I were passing thru because I had surgury in Rochester. I live in Wellsville so I don't get to Dansville much. Food was good. Clean and friendly place. I will go back again sometime.

Food and service was awesome, as usual. It wasn't busy at all so it was a quiet meal with the family on the way home from Rochester.

This location wins lots of awards. It's always freezing inside but it looks fairly clean. One of the better fast food picks in this area.

Good and healthyish quick meal option. I love the new options they added to their menu especially the sweet potato waffle fries.

Arby's for the most part are good fast food stores. I have had slow service at some locations but not here, they were great.

Fast food of the expected quality. Clean inside, cheerful staff, and restroom facilities that were immaculate. If you find yourself traveling interstate 390 between Rochester, NY and Corning, NY it would be a convenient lunch stop. I rated the other fast food outlets along this strip of Dansville, NY and found this Arby's to be superior to the others.

They don't skimp on the meat. I had a Reuben that was done to perfection. The establishment is clean and under good management with short waiting times. Much nicer than other fast food places.

We started at Dunkin but they didn't have Frozen drinks. Decided to get a shake over here, ended up taken Gyro too. That was a good choice. The Gyro was nice and the shake too.

This Arby's in Dansville is always excellent. They helped me in so I wouldn't slip with my cane. The food was made fresh and it was made properly. Thanks to all of the staff there for excellence.

Food was undoubtedly tasty . Like I ordered smokedhouse brisket and greek gyro. The super yummy taste I felt. For the loaded curly french fries looked good. But couldn't taste because I forgot to ask it without bacon. Overall the food taste is mouthwatering

This was my first time at Arby's and I really loved it. The food was good, I had three different sandwiches, loaded curly fries and a cookie with my family, all for hat was delicious. The staff was very helpful with everything, we did have a lot of questions regarding the food options and they patiently explained everything, something not very common in fast food restaurants anymore. Of course, you can't expect Haute Cuisine here, but I really didn't because the prices are pretty good as well. Everything could've been just a little bit better, but honestly, if I wanted that, I could always go to a more expensive restaurant. Overall a great experience!

I went there with my fiance, we've had a pretty rough week since our daughter is in galisano. I know it's almost closing time, we ordered fish. It was great, the service was wonderful. I'm sorry we came so late. You all deserve raises.

This place has some yummy selections!! Fries are good but after awhile, ya just get sick of them...like, I love their wraps!! Very delicious!!! 1/2023-update!! New sandwiches...not new but they brought back the fish sandwich and the roast beef french dip..both delicious!! They also have the buffalo chicken boneless wings and the Buffalo chicken wrap as well!! For those who still like the turkey and Swiss wraps, they still have it, its just not on their menu. And of course those who like a little spice, they have the spicy roast beef sandwich, GET IT!! before they don't have these items anymore... Crinkle cut golden crispy fries are my favorite!!! 😛😛😛 GET THESE NEW SANDWICHES!!! you don't know what your missing!!! 😁😛😁😛

I haven't been to Arby's in a very long time. Stopped in for a quick bite to eat while traveling and ordered the turkey club sandwich. To my surprise It was very good. I left there thinking that I would definitely order that again. We stopped at a couple of fast food restaurants and so far Arby's has been the best. Very delicious, excellent service, and a clean establishment.

This location is one of the better ones. The food actually tastes fresh and is made to order. The staff is always patient and helpful. Most Arby's make you wait forever to get the food. This one is actually fast and decent. I recommend stopping here for lunch when in Danville.

Very friendly and hard working team at the Dansville, NY location! They have a brass bell at each exit to Ring if you had good service. We always ring the bell as we leave.

By far one of the CLEANEST fast food restaurants there is! I was greeted by a lovely girl (Tiarny sp??) who was happy to be at work and had a huge smile!! Refreshing!!! The order was perfect and the food was fresh 😋!! Great job to you all

I have been here several times, always a great experience. I have driven over 40 minutes several times to come here. I love Arby's. Not a day goes by I don't dream of biting into a beef and cheddar or dig into some curly fries. They have the meat 😩.

It's an Arby's, so you already know what the food will be like--it's the same at basically every Arby's. The five stars here are about the speed and efficiency of the drive-through this past weekend. We were in a bit of hurry that afternoon, but needed to eat. I was worried the long-ish line of cars would mean that we'd be late for our appointment later that afternoon, but the staff blew through that line like it wasn't even there. Thanks!

I don't bother to review fast food, but this merited it. I stopped there yesterday and ordered $55 worth of food, and it was ready as I got to the window to pay (no one in front of me to make me wait), and they didn't screw up a thing! We were in and out in under 10 min (5 of it just ordering), with everything we ordered. We were super impressed.

The food was very good and the employees were very polite and civilized. Although the drive-thru employee did not know how to put the lid on the cup and was unable to fill it with soda without spilling it all over the outside of the cup. I had to clean it off with a napkin. That is okay he was a very nice and respectable employee.

This place is amazing!!! Greeter by this really awesome energetic name Chris - amazingly friendly totally motivated- welcoming everyone and asking them how was their meal as the customers were leaving!!! I have never seen anyone like that before in fast food industries. He proceed to address the customer warmly by name when the food is out. Food were super fresh and delicious. Fr8es were well made, hot and crispy. The turkey Swiss sandwich was very good. This location is quite busy. But this is definitely one of the best Arby's I have ever visited. Kudos!!

Liked what I got but the soda was out of syrup and had a problem with the broth that went with a sandwich. Usually love it here but had a few issues with the food. service was nice and helpful.

Made a quick stop for the classic need and cheddar sandwich. Though it was good, the prices of roast beef have gone crazy.

Fours stars for a fast food restaurant.... That is crazy... But I really love their roast beef sandwiches. I would eat here before McD's, BK, Taco Bell and etc.

I always enjoy Arby's and it was nice to visit while I was in Dansville. I'm so happy that this restaurant is willing to accommodate my need for no bun on my sandwich.

It is an Arby's. Food was hot and tastes like Arby's. They could maybe switch to the frier oil and filter more often, but it was completely within the realm of reason.

Just Love Arbys for fast it is unique. I like the large roast beef sandwich and the potato cakes. But there standard curly fries are AWESOME. the chicken sandwiches are also very good.

Parking lot is off the light entrance. No other way to get it. Drive through person was maybe the most cheerful I have ever encountered. Great service.

I sometimes go through the drive-through. Danville Arby's is the same as any other. That's great because you know what to expect. Easy on-off from 390. I go for the curly fries and then get something else. There are no bargains here though I don't know whether that offer a senior discount or not.

Used the drive-thru, the staff was patient and friendly as we decided our order, but the drink that we requested with no ice included ice (which we noticed at the window and the staff quickly corrected), and the Arby's Sauce we requested was not included (did not see this until we got home). All the food we ordered was warm even after the drive home, and tasted great. No complaints there.

Went for the new fish sandwich. Not the best ever, but was not disappointed. Low mark on atmosphere only cuz it's a plain, inside of a fast food restaurant. It was clean and all...just...plain. no frills but fine with it. To add: this is a nice place to get food. My above review may seems a little harsh...it is more indifferent than anything. I like Arby's food, I will go to this or any other Arbys"s for food when the desire hits. All I am saying is that it is a fast food restaurant. For instance there aren't any bicycles or hot air balloons or swordfish hanging from the walls for example. Is was clean with the menus clearly displayed, and hot food. That is what I was there for.

Satisfied our bellies. Was a bit disappointed that they don't offer potato cakes anymore. It was the reason I picked Arby's for dinner.

Bought the new loaded fries and a few ordinary selections.the new fries were good.kind of expensive but worth the taste.the staff however, hard to find and keep good employees these days.

Food was good but they forgot our Crinkle Fries and one sandwich. They were very busy.

We order a #2 double combo and a BBQ Brisket combo... totally disappointed with the brisket combo! There was 1 slice of brisket, 5 crispy onions and it was dripping with sauce.. they dont offer Potato Cakes anymore and those were a favorite of mine, so I ended up with curly fries, which are ok, but for almost $12 it was a huge disappointment! I love Brisket sandwiches, and usually it is my go to when available, but I definitely wont be getting that again... not for that price for sure! #2 combo is definitely the bigger bang for your $...

They were busy at the time but I ordered a smokehouse brisket and they gave me a fish sandwich. At first I was upset but I ate it cuz I didn't have enough time for lunch to have it corrected and I did like it. Good fish but not what I ordered.

Arby's is not my type of food choices, but it was the one closest restaurants I saw coming out from an exit. There is a Mcdonald's a couple lights down which I probably would of preferred. The staff is friendly and tries to keep the place tidy.

There is still no dine in so, only three stars. They did a great job getting our food out quickly keeping the wait time to a minimum. The order was correct, another plus when getting drive thru. The beef was sliced thin, so I could have easily given them more stars. It is fast food, so 3 stars is the max.

Too bad. Arby's was a favorite in the past. Mac and Cheese balls were the best item, everything else subpar. Too bad, I really wanted it to be good 🥺

I was very disappointed. I normally think Arby's is great but not this one. Not busy but I waited awhile for my food. Not an unreasonable amount but a good 5-7 minutes. Well at least the food was fresh right? No it wasn't. Everything was room temperature. I had mozzarella sticks and normally you have to be careful and not burn yourself but these were completely cold. No stretch at all. As for my brisket sandwich, it wasn't even on the bun. It must have been there for awhile though because its cheese had all stuck to and cooled on the wrapper. I shouldn't have to assemble my sandwich before eating it and my food most definitely should be hot. Very disappointing. I travel all over the state for business and this was the worst Arby's I have ever visited.

Ordered $40 worth of food and lemonade it was more water then lemonade. Went in to talk to the manager, he told me that was their lemonade. He had an attitude from hell. Will never go back to that store.

Too bad there’s not an option for 0 stars, between their high priced fast food, under delivering on quality and terrible service, I honestly don’t know where to give a compliment. I’ll say 1 star was for the jalapeño chicken wrap. Two locations both home and work, didn’t get all of my ordered food at one location and the other never added the sauces I asked for, neither location did the staff seem to want to be there or even trying to fake it.

They ran out of nugget sauce, on a limited time only offer,. Stopped several times to get them and never had them. They were even out of curly fries, which they are known for.

Don't eat at this location. Was told the cost of my order was $15.00, my receipt shows $15.00, but was charged twice (1) $15.00 and (2) $1.59? Not cool. My receipt was one that had a space to write in a tip and total like the ones from restaurants (I.e. Olive Garden, applebees). I didn't write anything in, so my guess is that they charged me for a tip without my consent. Very upset at this location.

Market fresh sandwich, fresh bread and veggies. Very little turkey. Great window service, extremely POOR kitchen staff. I was offered a free sandwich for when I return. I refused, you won't see me again, you should have had it right from the beginning.

They kept touching their masks and didn't change their gloves. I work in the food industry, and I would have been written up. A few of them had their masks down below their nose. Very dissapointed.

I was handed a kids size cup and told that it’s the regular sizing when I clearly seen other cup sizes which had me confused because when did regular cups become the same size as a child ??? Really for a grown man

The guy that took our order acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. I had asked for a sandwich and for cheddar sauce to be added along with a side of cheddar. We got our food and my husbands sandwich didn’t have the cheddar sauce on it, so I went up and told the guy it was supposed to have cheddar added to it, he hands it back to the girls that were making the food and said it’s supposed to have cheddar and I heard the one girl say very snobby like “they should’ve said to add cheddar if they wanted cheddar”. Like excuse me? I did. Also, don’t be a nasty snob. I really wish I would’ve gotten her name. That’s no way to talk, especially at a business. And loud enough for said customer to hear you being snobby. Do your job! All I can say is we will never be going to this Arby’s location again. Cause if I ever went again and the girl was there and was snobby yet again I’d actually say something back and make sure she no longer has a job there! I know how customer service is supposed to be because I work at a fast food location myself. And what happened here is NOT it!

Paid for 3 chicken sandwiches got 2 but really ordered 1! The wrap was so stale you couldn't bite through it!! The person taking ordwrs didn't grasp how to place the order.....asked to upgrade the medium drink to a large with the meal which he found confusing. Wrap was supposed to be plain as asked, so requested ranch for it, but it had honey mustard on it. Everything was cold too. So 2 meals cost over $40, way to much for fast food and bad service etc.
