Beautiful location, wonderful ambience, 14 different Ramens to choose from. I got the Jinya Chicken Ramen, I added corn and a side of spicy sauce. It was my first time here and I’ll definitely be back, thank you to the GM Rob for your help and simplify the menu and my choice tonight I really appreciate it!
My friend brought me here when I was visiting SoCal. It was my first time trying a ramen restaurant in over a decade. I was thoroughly impressed! We came in late on a busy night, closer to closing, but they seated us with a smile, and never made us feel rushed. The waitress was patient and took the time to answer questions. Our food came out quickly and was incredible. The broth was delicious and the ingredients tasted fresh. This was a great Ramen experience and has made me want to explore this genre of food more.
Jinya serves delicious Japanese ramen with great flavor and excellent noodles. The only downside was that the soup wasn’t quite hot enough. Overall, still a very good ramen experience.
I have been coming to JINYA ramen bar before they reached Eastvale and was in Santa Monica. They definitely expended their menu alot. Our server was really nice because I accidentally got a mocktail thinking it was a cocktail and I asked if they could add alcohol which he let me. I do think they could use more workers when there busy, but the gentleman attending us was fast and straight to the point. The cocktails were delicious. I do think their chicken and pork slices in the ramen could be bigger, they're a big small for what you're paying.
Had the opportunity to take my son out for an evening before thanksgiving. We were seated right away, and loved what the menu had to offer. The atmosphere was a total vibe, and the details of the restaurant are impeccable. The ramen? Absolutely fantastic. My 9 year old ordered the kids meal, and managed to devour every speck. In his words “that was the best meal EVER!!!” And he officially declared it to be his new favorite place to eat. My Spicy Chicken Ramen was absolutely perfection, and was a massive portion.
We were always curious if this place was open because the windows were dark when we drive by. But we stopped by last night and the dark windows are to keep the sun out. Once inside, we were surprised by the ambiance. The interior is beautiful. Lots of decorations and they did a wonderful job. We were quickly seated and our server made a few suggestions. We placed our order and our food was quickly delivered. Everything was delicious and we will be coming back.

Why haven't I known about this place?! Im always looking for vegan options near me but they are few and far between. So happy this place showed up on my Happy Cow search! The ambiance is casual but cool and feels like the start to a fun night out. The girls who greeted us tonight and our server were so friendly and attentive. She took the time to explain several menu items to us and seemed very knowledgeable about both the vegan and non-vegan dishes. Our drinks arrived quickly. They were delicious and so perfectly balanced. We started with the Impossible buns and each had a bowl of ramen. The portions were so generous I bought some of mine home! Overall fantastic experience, looking forward to coming back. Store owner, if you're reading this, please, please provide a vegan dessert. Us vegan girlies love sweets too!

This place is a hidden gem! The food was excellent. Our servers Erica and Aliha were great. Erica was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients. I have a food sensitivity/allergy and she was so helpful in assisting me to choose the right items. Aliha was on it when it came to service. She offered refills/extras right away and had such a genuinely great customer service vibe, anticipating our needs ahead of time. We had the miso glazed eggplant (sooo good) the Jinya chicken, garlic rice, original tonkotsu and a kids meal. All of it was phenomenal! Will definitely be going again soon.
We were there for lunch and had the most amazing experience. The food was amazing. I was impressed with the manager Bob. He was hands on and interacted with the customers. The whole staff worked well together. That shows great leadership. I will definitely return.
We visited JINYA Ramen Bar on a busy Friday night and had a great experience. My grandfather is from Japan (Osaka) and he really loved the JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010*. It was his favorite. I personally enjoyed the wontons and the spicy sauce had a good kick. Even though it was crowded, the staff welcomed us warmly and even greeted us in Japanese, which meant a lot. The decor is beautiful and the atmosphere feels v lively with family. We liked it very much.
I recently took a group of coworkers to JINYA Ramen Bar - Eastvale Limonite and we had such a great experience. We sat on the outside patio by the fireplace. The service was very attentive and friendly, especially since we were a larger table and ordered multiple times throughout the night. Everything came out fresh.. We loved the lychee and mango drinks. They were refreshing and flavorful. The spicy tuna tacos were a big hit for the table, and the edamame was a great starter. The ramen was delicious with rich broth and generous portions. Everyone enjoyed their bowls. Overall, it was a really enjoyable night with great food, great service, and a comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

The vibe was nice definitely a spot to take a late night date too. Food wasn’t bad got spice level 6 I like spicy food underestimated the spice level. Kids meal is awesome comes with so much food perfect for a picky eater or kids who want options. Service was nice we were seated immediately and had refills brought without us having to ask loved it.
We ordered Takoyaki, JINYA Tonkatsu Ramen Original, and Shrimp Wonton Ramen. Both ramens were good. The broth was rich and tasty. Takoyaki was a bit cold but still good. The ambience is very nice and interior decor is attractive. It was not during the lunch hours and service was good.
Came here for lunch with some friends. This place was busy during lunch hours. We chose this place as this place has decent vegetarian options. Our server was nice and professional. But seemed like she was the only one there. Place order 15 minutes from being there, it took us time to decide what to order. It took about 30-35 minutes from ordering for food to arrive. Food was nice and ot was decent portions. This was a little different for my taste buds so can’t say if it was great or not that great. Overall 4/5 ⭐️
This is a very nice place, clean and well decorated. Probably a little hard to tell at night whether it's open since it looks dark from the outside. A little lightning outdoors would help make it clear that they're open. The food was good they have some really interesting toppings and options. The ramen has a good taste to it. They have a spicy ramen that can really satisfy anyone who craves spicy food. It goes from level one to five with five being the spiciest. The chasu cuts are pretty thick and satisfying. They have a lot of toppings to choose from. The service here was also really good. Take care of the staff when you come and try the place! If you have a ramen craving, this place will probably satisfy you. They also have some cocktails that they serve in case you want a nice drink with your ramen.
Solid food and service make this place a great spot to take friends or grab a quiet lunch. Coming recommend to my wife, JINYA was a ramen bar we knew we needed to experience. We went during lunch, so it was quiet and we got a table right away. The place is dim, warm and welcoming with Japanese-inspired decor and wooden tables accenting the bar that runs along the edge of the restaurant. The appetizers range from $6-$12, BAO buns run about $7 each. You can xpect to pay north of $15 for any bowl of ramen. Prices aren't too bad and the quality was on par. The BAO buns were delicious and balanced well with creamy sauces and fresh veggies. The corn and jalapeno appetizer was unique, but didn't have much flavor. I'll be honest, as a man who has a "ramen cabinet" at my house, I take my ramen seriously and this place's ramen is decent. I've had much better elsewhere, but let's break it down. I got the premium tonkatsu red with chashu and all the typical fixings. The broth was lacking and didn't taste premium, but the chashu was outstanding. The noodles tasted like they get them pre-made and just warm them up and put them in the broth. Don't get me wrong; it was decent tasting, but I was expecting more for $18. My wife got the black tonkatsu and much better broth, but nothing that couldn't be achieved by different instant noodles I've had. Now let's talk sauces on the table. The hot sauce was a good chili sauce and the gyoza smelled a bit sweet but I didn't try it. BUT, the seasoning sauce has my heart! We could both literally drank it and because of it's umami flavor it really lifted the ramen broths to a new level! Definitely try it! The staff is great, friendly and our waiter (can't remember his name!) even helped me figure out what was in the seasoning sauce I liked. This place is clean, has fresh and tasty food and does it pretty well. Might not be my favorite ramen bar ever, but definitely a legit place!

There were too many staff members working, yet the service was slow. We had to wait a long time to place our order, even after being seated for a while. As for the ramen, the flavor was underwhelming. The broth lacked the rich depth I expected, and the tonkotsu pork was not as flavorful as it should have been.

I ordered about $100 worth of food and had two different servers during my visit. The first server was great—she explained that if the ramen ended up being too spicy, she could bring me extra broth to help tone it down. She mentioned she had tried level 4, so I chose level 3. Unfortunately, it was still too spicy. When the second server came (Erica, according to my receipt), she told me I would be charged for the extra broth, which directly contradicted what the first server had told me. This was frustrating and confusing. Additionally, the first server had explained the rewards program to me. When the second server came to process payment, I told her I didn’t yet have the app and wanted to sign up. She rushed through the transaction, charged me, and then told me she couldn’t scan the receipt afterward and that I would need to call corporate to fix it. The service from the second server was very poor—rushed, dismissive, and unhelpful. My service rating reflects her service, not the first server, who was professional and helpful.

Ive gone there a few times, but the last time i went there was disappointing. i ordered some ramen, and karage chicken. the broth and meat on the ramen was average at best. but what really dissapointed me was the vegetables. too many vegetables. not sure who is making the ramen but they smother it in large unchopped vegetables. i ordered some bamboo shoots with my ramen, they brought me over a large uncut piece of bamboo shoot. Chop your vegetables. also i feel like they skimped on the meat or broth.
Food is delicious. We had the gyoza which juicy and crispy. Service was terrible. At first everything was fine, after we got our meal our waitress disappeared. Waited half an hour for our reciept. All the other servers were just standing around talking while other tables were also waiting on thier servers.

Came in for a couples date Friday 9/5. We arrived at 3:25pm and were greeted and seated promptly. It was pretty empty but the interior was nice. We ordered and waited for about 40 min(4:04pm) for the Ramen. The noodles were unfortunately firm and undercooked which didnt sit well for the 40min wait. With only 2 other tables (which arrived after us) it was pretty dissapointing. We were told it was due to staff training but after reading previous reviews it seems to be common. The staff was courteous however. Overall for the wait time, I wouldn't recommend the food.
Come on jun 4, Wednesday 9pm We came and i saw that the restaurant is pretty slow. She asked us that we need to wait for 10-15 minutes . At first, i feel confused because there is a lot of empty table but we still need to wait. I still trying to be patient I saw the queue line that there is 2 people and 1 person that not been sitting . I feel confused when she said that they don’t have enough employees. After that we have been sitting 9.08 and i order 2 water , crispy chicken , tonkotsu ramen black, and spicy chicken ramen. The crispy chicken come at 9.15 and the ramens come at 9.43 pm. Hm… for me i used to come to this restaurant for many times and today i need to wait almost 30 minutes just for ramens. It’s not even busy. He just got 5 tables and some to go. I saw the other tables, their food comes slow as well. What makes me frustrated that they don’t serve spoon on the table too. I need to ask the spoon. Overall, i saw 3 ladies and 2 men working on the restaurant. I feel some disappointment today. I used to came here and everything is so excellent and fast. I finish my whole bowl, but to be honest, their ramen broth is not even Hot . I don’t even know how they serve it. Tekstur of the noodle is too firm, maybe they didn’t cook it well or they leave for along time before serving to my table. Crispy chicken is good. However, the tonkotsu ( meat) tastes weird. Maybe this is my last come! What a disappointment for ramen that price around 18$ with what i get !

As soon as we showed up they told us it was gonna be a wait since there was only one cook which we didn’t mind waiting. We ordered the premium tonkotsu red as soon as I bit into it the pork tasted very bad it made me gag the noodles weren’t even soft they were stiff I asked the server to remove the plate as it tasted bad. She still charged me for the food that I didn’t even get to eat terrible service, server seemed bothered. Any restaurant that cares wouldn’t charge for a plate that the costumer didn’t get to eat due to bad taste. Mind you, I’ve ate here before you lost a costumer, I’m never ever going back. An apology and a refund for just the plate I didn’t get to eat would have been enough. Don’t waste your money here!
⸻ ⭐️ 1 STAR — Completely unacceptable. I ordered the Premium Tonkotsu Red ($18.90) from JINYA Ramen Bar in Eastvale, and this was one of the worst online orders I’ve ever received. The menu clearly lists: pork broth, pork chashu, kikurage, green onion, seasoned egg, nori, red hot chili oil, spicy bean sprouts, served with thick noodles — and you even get to choose the spice level. But somehow, they forgot the pork chashu. The MAIN protein. The whole reason this ramen is “premium.” I basically got an incomplete bowl with no meat at all, even though the menu clearly promises it. How do you mess up the star ingredient of an $18.90 ramen? For the price and the calories listed (1080!), this was a joke. I paid for a full Premium Tonkotsu Red and got a downgraded, missing-half version. Super disappointing and definitely my last time ordering from this location.
