Spare yourself and avoid going to this location on a Sunday. The staff on this day is remarkably slow, you’ll spend 10-20min in the drive through line, orders are not exact. I’ve asked for extra sauce on my panini to having zero sauce on it, almost as if the preparer didn’t read the modification notes on the order. During the week it’s much better in food quality and service time. BUT AVOID THE SUNDAY CREW, THEY'RE NOT QUICK NOR COMPETENT.

Panera food is always yummy and standard with all the Panera stores I've been to that's the good part. I always get you pick two. Affordable and great food. The only thing I can say about this store is how dirty the floor of the cafe and the bathroom needs some attention. And the fountain drink area (especially the craft beverage area) it's disgusting. Pls see the pictures.

it’s really disappointing especially when i just want something quick and easy on the go that the drive thru takes AT LEAST 15-20 minutes with only three cars in the drive thru they really need to work on speed and efficiency PLEASEEEEE IM BEGGING i js want soup not to mention they’re not the friendliest

make sure u check your drive thru orders i ordered bakers doz today got 11 cinna swirl bagels and 2plain when i ordered 2cinn crunch 2 plain 1multigrain 2 everything 2blueberry 2cinna swirl 2 jalapeño cheddar all sliced and got no sliced and my order has 11 cinna swirl and 2 plain smh this is the second time this has happened to me

Haven't been into this Panera location until tonight ..... Was absolutely disgusted about the fact it was so dirty I will never go there again ...A restaurant should never be that unclean can't imagine what the kitchen is like....

CONSISTENCY GETTING MY ORDER WRONG AND TAKE FOREVER TOO! i ordered a hot sandwich and gave me something else completely different and when they corrected it, it came to me cold and it’s a half. how do you remake me a new sandwich that’s supposed to be hot and it’s cold? please hire workers who can follow simple directions

It seems like every Panera bread I go to the staff are all rude. The girl with the long purple hair was very rude. I went to pick up an online order, she didn't greet me just asked what name I was waiting for, I told her and she just pushed my food to me and walked off. They need to train on customer service. When you have staff that act like this the management must be the same. You lead by example. Hire new managers. I'm done with Panera Bread.

The store is filthy! No one has cleaned the dining room, tables are not wiped, trash on the floor around trash areas and trash bins full. The restrooms are the worst I've ever seen. No toilet paper in two of the three stalls and toilet seat covers stuffed so full that there are large pieces all over the floor. No soap in the bathrooms also. Food was okay nothing to brag about. They were out of several breads and cookies.

Update review, even worse cut my bagel in a sliver, so pathetic obviously don't care. This was drive thru Hard to find seats, lots of students or workers with laptops. Took maybe last small table left. People in there had pizza boxes from little Ceasars. Ordered food with no tomatoes because I am allergic, still got tomatoes. Out of all bagels by 7pm. Love the bread and bagels

The female attendants are great, —the men not so much. They mess up orders and don’t listen. Plus, they give you bread that looks like it’s half eaten. Cut the bread, don’t rip it with hands, that’s not rustic or refined it looks as if it’s been bitten already. Augh, so disgusting!!!!! The salad is not always fresh and the guys mess up orders. It’s so frustrating. The soups are beyond terrible, the pizza is subpar. The sandwiches are fine. Old salad cold coffee!!! Wow!!! They can do better. It’s a food business for goodness sakes. ——— New review—The salad is consistently old or wilted. Wilted and old cilantro in the Asian salad. Disgusting!!! We need quality control and consistency.
