I keep going before work hoping it won't be 10 to 15 mins in the drivethrough, literally. Mind you, this is with only 1 to 2 cars ahead. My suggestion- don't go here if you are pressed for time in the morning. UPDATE: Sitting in drive thru for 17 minutes. Only 5 cars. I am STILL waiting.

I absolutely love coming here to each lunch, dinner, or breaks fast. I have to say, bring your own water if you don’t plan on ordering drinks! You have to pay for water. Besides that, I absolutely love their tomatoe soup. Their sandwiches are also very delicious! You order on a kiosk and then get a buzzer. When it rings, you go to a little pickup station and get your food in trays. Their bowls also look cool! Their bread bowls are made out of sourdough, just a heads up. Definitely recommend coming here for sure!!!

A great place for breakfast on the go, sandwiches selections and very nice soup and salads, it’s a good option when you do not want to think twice, also the bakery is good and is always fresh, they have coffee and nice refreshing drinks too

When I spend $6.19 for ½ of a Ceasar Salad, I don't expect to see the Romaine lettuce to have black on it. This is what I had to pick out, so I could eat it (2nd picture). I also asked for 2 containers of Ceasar dressing because 1 is never enough and it was repeated back to me twice and when I got home there was only one. 🥺🥺 The gentleman at the drive-thru window was Fantastic and that's the best customer service that I've experienced in a long time. 😀

I visited this place yesterday afternoon around 4 pm when I wanted to study. I usually use the fast lane kiosk. I noticed that almost all the pastries were marked sold out but I could see that there were muffins and bread in their display. The helpful staff there offered her help and I decided to ask the question. She told me that when the inventory is low, the kiosk items are marked as sold out because people can buy these items online as well and they don't want that to happen. It seemed reasonable! I ordered an orange scone and hot tea which is my favorite at Panera when I study. The environment was pleasing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I spent almost 3 hours here. It's a great spot to study or meet friends. Compared to other Paneras that I visited recently, this place seemed much better.

I am absolutely obsessed with this place. So good, so fresh. I am big on fresh ingredients. Ordering from the app is convenient. Order is always ready on time....Highly recommended! Speaking of recommendations the Fuji Apple Salad with Chicken or the Cinnamon crunch bagel with classic cream cheese OMG will blow your mind!!!👍👍👍❤❤❤

First off, I want to say I love Panera’s food but I feel like sometimes I get shorted so much. For the price you pay, I would expect this not to happen. This was my $10 salad that was only half full.

Spare yourself and avoid going to this location on a Sunday. The staff on this day is remarkably slow, you’ll spend 10-20min in the drive through line, orders are not exact. I’ve asked for extra sauce on my panini to having zero sauce on it, almost as if the preparer didn’t read the modification notes on the order. During the week it’s much better in food quality and service time. BUT AVOID THE SUNDAY CREW, THEY'RE NOT QUICK NOR COMPETENT.

Panera food is always yummy and standard with all the Panera stores I've been to that's the good part. I always get you pick two. Affordable and great food. The only thing I can say about this store is how dirty the floor of the cafe and the bathroom needs some attention. And the fountain drink area (especially the craft beverage area) it's disgusting. Pls see the pictures.

it’s really disappointing especially when i just want something quick and easy on the go that the drive thru takes AT LEAST 15-20 minutes with only three cars in the drive thru they really need to work on speed and efficiency PLEASEEEEE IM BEGGING i js want soup not to mention they’re not the friendliest

make sure u check your drive thru orders i ordered bakers doz today got 11 cinna swirl bagels and 2plain when i ordered 2cinn crunch 2 plain 1multigrain 2 everything 2blueberry 2cinna swirl 2 jalapeño cheddar all sliced and got no sliced and my order has 11 cinna swirl and 2 plain smh this is the second time this has happened to me

CONSISTENCY GETTING MY ORDER WRONG AND TAKE FOREVER TOO! i ordered a hot sandwich and gave me something else completely different and when they corrected it, it came to me cold and it’s a half. how do you remake me a new sandwich that’s supposed to be hot and it’s cold? please hire workers who can follow simple directions

It seems like every Panera bread I go to the staff are all rude. The girl with the long purple hair was very rude. I went to pick up an online order, she didn't greet me just asked what name I was waiting for, I told her and she just pushed my food to me and walked off. They need to train on customer service. When you have staff that act like this the management must be the same. You lead by example. Hire new managers. I'm done with Panera Bread.

The store is filthy! No one has cleaned the dining room, tables are not wiped, trash on the floor around trash areas and trash bins full. The restrooms are the worst I've ever seen. No toilet paper in two of the three stalls and toilet seat covers stuffed so full that there are large pieces all over the floor. No soap in the bathrooms also. Food was okay nothing to brag about. They were out of several breads and cookies.

Update review, even worse cut my bagel in a sliver, so pathetic obviously don't care. This was drive thru Hard to find seats, lots of students or workers with laptops. Took maybe last small table left. People in there had pizza boxes from little Ceasars. Ordered food with no tomatoes because I am allergic, still got tomatoes. Out of all bagels by 7pm. Love the bread and bagels

The female attendants are great, —the men not so much. They mess up orders and don’t listen. Plus, they give you bread that looks like it’s half eaten. Cut the bread, don’t rip it with hands, that’s not rustic or refined it looks as if it’s been bitten already. Augh, so disgusting!!!!! The salad is not always fresh and the guys mess up orders. It’s so frustrating. The soups are beyond terrible, the pizza is subpar. The sandwiches are fine. Old salad cold coffee!!! Wow!!! They can do better. It’s a food business for goodness sakes. ——— New review—The salad is consistently old or wilted. Wilted and old cilantro in the Asian salad. Disgusting!!! We need quality control and consistency.
