Hi! I went through drive thru around 12-1am on Thursday, November 20. There seemed to have been a delay, but the workers on that shift were actually very pleasant to work with. Their kindness and professional service stood out to me, which is why I’m writing this review :) I was only able to get the name of someone wearing a blue McDonald’s, Jaime. Despite the long wait, they took their time to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. It means a lot :’)

This is the closest McDonald's to me and today was a pleasant experience. Food was cooked just right, it wasn't as busy as usual so I was in and out of there with my app order to go. The kid whom I did interact with was polite and attentive when I asked for ketchup.

The first time I went to this McDonald's they were excellent you're not supposed to have five star review for them and Elizabeth was excellent customer service as well as everyone else there. I went back a couple times it was fine. I went back again this week I think it was Tuesday that was not pleased with the service. They were very busy that's no excuse staff the girl that took my order acting like she didn't know what I was talking about she looked at me strange and then says and then she shook her head and she enter my order. I got a small glass instead of a large glass and that is why she put on the ticket as opposed to what I asked for. I guess that accounted for her strange look is that she didn't want to give me a large glass of ice but she wouldn't say so. But because of this this girl I'm unhappy with the service. She was also the girl that was taking the food out and I guess you'd call a pickup of an order it online and they take it out to the car. So she kind of gave that McDonald's a black eye.

We stopped here for a meal during our drive. The restaurant was clean and the staff were attentive. However, waiting over 20 minutes for an order made at 1:30 PM felt a bit too long. Also, we wouldn’t recommend sitting under the AC vents – it gets uncomfortable pretty quickly.

Well I got an order of a large French fry and they weren’t even cooked all the way thru, not to mention I had to ask them to top off the fry box because it was half empty. 0 stars is the perfect rating for this mcdonald’s, never gets orders right, will make you wait 15+ minutes in the parking spot and completely forget about your order, who are they hiring? the only good thing is the food and that’s it 0 starts other than. that

They really need to focus on the details & orders that’s through doordash. This is not the 1st or 2nd time they keep making mistakes on the order or sending the wrong order. First time I said it’s ok mistakes happen , second time I also said the same thing, & what’s worse is when you call them they either don’t answer you or have attitude like if I’m in the wrong when the order is clearly wrong right infront of my eye. I don’t know who’s in charge but you guys really need to do better. If this continues , I will no longer give you my business and make sure to call corporate about their attitude and not following instructions. Mistakes happen a few times but not 80% of the time come on now.. the managers on shift need to really get it together. There’s a McDonald’s in Norco I’d be glad to just get my order from there if that’s the case

Every time I go to this McDonald's, they give me the wrong food, they give me other things I didn't order, the guy at the drive-thru doesn't even say hello, much less give receipts. I don't know why I never learn to stop buying here. The saddest thing is that I also work for a McDonald's and we owe security what the order requires in order to provide good service.

Please take away the mobile app ordering option as this location refuses to fulfill mobile orders. On at least 5 seperate occasions I have been told my mobile order did not go through even though I have an email for my order, a code to provide the worker and can see a pending charge. They tell me I have to replace my order at the window only losing any discounts via the mobile app. I only have these issues at this location in all the yalears since the app has launched.

This McDonald’s is extremely poorly run. The staff was rude, the food quality was below average, and the restaurant felt chaotic and disorganized. Orders take forever and employees seem irritated by customers. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this location.

The food is similar quality for the most part to other McDonald’s. But they take so long for each order if there is any sort of line. I made a curbside pickup order and I got it an hour after I put my number. They need better time management to get orders out at a decent pace.

Drive thru. I ordered at 6:25PM and didn’t get my order until 6:53 cashier told me the fries weren’t ready when they brought out the order to my car the fries weren’t even fresh? how does that make sense. guy taking my order wasnt even in uniform or hairnet and had an attitude aswell. I called to ask about my order per theyre request “if you have been waiting for more than 5 mins please call” so i called the lady who picked up didnt even know they status of my order im not one to complain but im far from home and needed some “fast food” this took 35 mins nothing fast here.

Very upsetting what I encountered this morning. I keep trying to justify “it’s just McDonalds, it’s just fast food.” I made my order at drive thru, I get to the window to reiterate my order and was asked to park in a number stall. I received the order and it was wrong. I asked for no cheese. It was taken and brought back. I checked the sandwich once again and the cheese was SCRAPED OFF, leaving some cheese on the sandwich. The audacity. Not considering a food allergy. I was appalled and emotional. Considering the time, there was a shift change. A manager that just came in, Ana was able to correct it however a free meal wasn’t going to do it justice. It’s disgusting and upsetting how they thought the sandwich was corrected. I write this review to help others who go here to eat. When you wait at a stall because someone in drive thru tells you to pull forward and wait, doesn’t mean they’re taking your order seriously, it’s because they want to just move you out of the line. Check your food and if it’s wrong have them take accountability and fix it because you’re the paying customer. Also, the overall time with the back and forth was about 30 mins.

This was frustrating and disappointing. I hope management can take steps to improve efficiency and create a better customer atmosphere moving forward. Consistently the worst McDonald's you could ever go to. Wrong orders. Missing items. Excruciatingly slow drive thru. Poor customer service. If you can drive further to a different one. Do it. Subject: Outrageous Service Experience – Immediate Action Required I am an older woman in my 80s and do not know how to use touch-screen ordering machines. I chose to order at the cash register, yet I was forced to wait over 5 minutes just to place my order. The employee at the register was extremely rude from the start. After waiting more than 30 minutes for my food, I politely asked employee Letty about my order. She responded in an appallingly rude manner, saying, “Well, you ordered from the register, not the kiosk, so we prioritize those and drive-thru.” It is completely unacceptable for a customer to be treated this way for not knowing how to use a kiosk. Additionally, Christian was disgraceful. When I paid with change, he snarled at me, made rude remarks, and acted as if he did not want to touch me while handing me my receipt. This behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely intolerable. I am offended and appalled by the lack of basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism shown by your staff. Immediate action is required to address this situation. Employees exhibiting this behavior should be retrained, replaced, or otherwise held accountable. I will never return to this McDonald’s and expect that management takes serious steps to ensure no other customer is treated in this manner

Whoever was on shift today 12/10 at 10:24pm, HORRIBLE. I waited 30mins for a frappe and coffee. They had my coffee sitting on the counter for 20 mins and the manager still had the audacity to say, "its still hot". The frappe she made it wrong the first time and she still told the employees "just mix the mocha frappe in with the other one". Like really they had me waiting so long and can't even make my order correctly?

30 minutes in the drive thru in the middle of the night. Manager tried to bribe me with a free meal. Management is completely uninterested in hiring more people for night shift. Owner can flip burgers if too cheap to hire more staff. I won't be returning for late night munchies.

This is probably the 3rd time this is happening. We ordered via mobile for pick up at this location. When we got home, my son’s hamburger was missing. In the past they have left out something too. This is getting really frustrating. Looks like they are taking us for granted! Very upset.

This location can be really good and can be really bad. I don’t enjoy going through the drive through, so I do the curbside. The last 5-6 times they’ve gone over the 5 minute mark and I’ve had to call. Once they couldn’t find my order and today I went through the drive through, they cold me to pull to curbside… and I had to leave without my food because I was going to be late for work.

Cars aren't monitored two cars that were after me went past me as they asked me to please wait. After then waiting a hour for a mobile order in the drive thru being advised sorry for the delay as they were waiting on fresh food, the fries were limb and soggy, the chicken nuggets were luke warm at best luckily the cheeseburger was a passing temperature. This place is a joke. 20 minutes just to wait for 1 medium order of fries nothing else. It looked like the main manager & a district manager were sitting in the lobby, I showed them the receipt showing what time I ordered the 1 medium fry only & what time I received it. The one manager looked at the receipt & looked at his watch & said sorry. Nothing else was said & he turned away. Avoid this location they literally don’t care one bit about customer service. $20 an hour and they still act like you’re a bother to them. The worst service ever.

Absolute worst customer service and worst management. I get it, managers have a record to hold with that timer, but please do what you are actually hired for and provide a reasonably fast-paced service. I can't believe I waited 45 minutes to get to the intercom(there were vehicles behind me, so there was no way out), then had to wait another 5-10 minutes for an employee to finally speak over the intercom. They were only taking 2 orders and wouldn't take more until the two cars were completely out of the drive-thru. A young male employee decides to take my EBT card instead of letting me pass it through the reader myself, and proceeds to ask for my PIN, so I just asked to pay cash. I never had anyone ask for my PIN. Once the food was ready, the young male employee shoved the bag into my car, nearly hitting my face, and moved to the side, without asking if I would like any sauce. As soon as I got home and started eating, I realized my fries were old and stale, and I live less than 3 minutes away, so I definitely know it didn't happen during my ride home. Keep in mind, there were three employees working, one of whom was referred to as their manager. Corporate or franchise owner really needs to look into this location because this definitely wasn't the first time this has happened.

We ordered a Happy Meal specifically for the Hello Kitty toy. When we went through the drive-thru, nobody informed us that this Hello Kitty series was already sold out. Instead, they just gave us the meal without explanation. When I went inside to ask at the counter, the staff had a very poor attitude. They simply said it was sold out, but when I placed my order there was no notice at all. They didn’t apologize, and instead just offered a refund. However, the refund process was handled very poorly — they even took away the Happy Meal that I had already purchased. This was a very disappointing experience. At the very least, the staff should have clearly communicated toy availability and apologized for the inconvenience, instead of being dismissive.
