The service leaves much to be desired. The waitresses aren't attentive to the tables, they take a long time to deliver dishes or anything else, regardless of whether there are many diners or not. The food is "X" as in all branches, but the atmosphere is only good when there's a big event. I don't recommend it unless you want to watch a sporting event with a good atmosphere and are willing to wait a long time to be served by the waitresses after placing your first order.

The waitress was kinda weird. I got the philly chicken. The bread was soaked in butter. Not good. Other than that it was ok. A lot of Gatitas. 🐈

hmmmmmmmmmm... a. in an overall view, it was fine. b. a bit noisy!!!!! At times you can hardly hear the waitress... not to tell that you can hardly keep a conversation with your companion. c. the food... well, hmmmmmmmmm, fine. Simply... plainly fine. d. The waitress's attention GREAT, e. the cleaning... fine in an overall view, EIGHT DOT FIVE.

After several visits with good experiences, the last one was the worst I've had in a long time. The waitress was completely distracted, carrying dishes without utensils, and even without plates for the appetizers. She ordered my food incorrectly, and lastly, what bothered me most, the so-called smoked wings were fried. I've ordered them before and they were nothing like the smoked ones. A terrible experience; I probably won't be back for a long time.

If you have the chance to be served by Samantha, honestly, don't take advantage of it. She's incredibly unhelpful. You have to ask for the menus right away, and they don't give you all of them. You have to keep asking her to bring you things. She doesn't tell you about any promotions. It's a complete failure. That's why I only left a tip, and that's only because she had something to give her that day; otherwise, I wouldn't have left anything. I didn't spend much, and I could have spent more, but honestly, it makes you not want to go back. I went to celebrate a birthday, and I had to ask a waiter for the tip. In short, I'll never go back.

BEWARE! Yesterday I went there and ordered wings. When they arrived and I took the first bite, they were tough. I checked the chicken and it looked undercooked. I asked my waitress, Karla Janet, if she could replace them, but she became arrogant and called her manager. He started telling us he wouldn't replace anything and began to intimidate and yell at us. He called the state authorities, and they came right up to the table where I was with my family, saying I was refusing to pay and that they wanted to arrest me. Fortunately, several customers came to my aid and prevented them from arresting me. In the end, the manager threw the receipt at me, telling me not to pay anything and that I was a cheapskate. I'M SHARING THIS SO THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS TO SUFFER THESE THREATS IN THIS HORRID PLACE.

They just introduced a new dish: pizzas. Don't order them; they're frozen pizzas, they taste terrible, and they're not what the menu offers. The fish tacos came with raw tortillas, and the second drink didn't have any alcohol, just flavoring... How awful!

This franchise has already failed in Mexico. Total negligence with the food. The wings were raw and the sauce was Hunt's. The supposed blueberry dressing was just spoiled cheese. They didn't even have something as essential as Baileys at the bar. The hamburger bun was dry, hard, and probably old, and the meat was burnt. They didn't have lettuce, tomato, or pickles, but I'm not talking about my burgers; I mean that when I told them they hadn't put vegetables on my burgers, they took about 30 minutes because they said they were out. And to top it all off, the seats were broken and the table had one leg shorter than the other. A terrible experience. The value for money is completely unbalanced. I know the concept, but I went with my family, and my wife ended up furious because the waitresses were practically naked. She climbed onto the couch to clean the table on her knees, and they kept bending over and flirting. It's more like a brothel than a restaurant in a family-friendly plaza. Not recommended at all. Obviously, I'm not giving them my money again.

Ribs are not that good, only grease as well as the Mac and cheese. Cheese Burger tasted "good" but that's only because it's the same taste as a Burger King cheese burger. Salad was tasteless, wings were so little it was more bone and ranch than meat. The only things I did like was the Pina Colada and the sweet corn. You cannot deny the tip even though the service was awful, and it's so expensive it's ridiculous.
