Each branch has a special flavor although my favorite pozole is the white one, none like our grandmother's or a relative's that gives the special touch to the town or some remembrance of our traditions or roots, I can say that it is an edible pozole, the staff is kind and very friendly but lacking in delicacy, perhaps the place was full and I only noticed 2 people for all the diners. That day it was raining and cold, perhaps the reason for the full place, even so, if I have an urgent craving for pozole, I will return.

Nothing out of the ordinary regarding the flavor of the dishes and the variety on the menu. The only redeeming feature is the inattentive waiters and the sauces they put on the table. I suggest remodeling the family bathroom.

I like to come here for breakfast or dinner every now and then, and the food is good, but it's absurd that today they're not prepared for the number of people arriving. We've been waiting for our food for an hour! And then they're serving a fucking pittance, like these chilaquiles with skirt steak, or the huevos aporreados; they're really boring. For a chain like Potzolcalli, this is ridiculous.

Terrible service on December 24th 😡 I ordered a kilo of romeritos (a type of Mexican greens) at 1 pm for lunch. They told me it would arrive between 2:30 and 3:30, which seemed reasonable for the time of day. Then they sent me an email saying it would arrive earlier, but it was 4:30 pm and I had to call. They told me it was on its way and would be there in 30 minutes at the most, but it was 5:10 pm and since I had to leave by 5:30 pm at the latest, I wouldn't even have time to go and eat 🫤, and there wouldn't be anyone there to receive it. I had to call again and they gave me the whole spiel about there being a mistake, that they hadn't put my order through, and that they were out of romeritos and asked if I wanted something else. Obviously, I told them I didn't want anything and asked for a refund. Very bad service. A cousin recommended it to me because it was very good, but after this, it's the first and last time I order from them, and frankly, I don't even want to anymore. going to the restaurant 😡

Monday, December 22, 2025. The coffee was very weak and tasteless. We ordered a mixed pozole, but it only arrived with chicken. The service was incredibly slow and inefficient, even though the restaurant was quiet. We asked for the bill three times, and it took just as long. We ordered flan, and it took forever to arrive because I canceled it. Zero efficiency. The guajillo salsa from Las Coloradas for breakfast was way too salty.

Terrible service! It took half an hour to serve two bowls of pozole. 😡 After almost 55 minutes, my American friend arrived. We asked a young woman who seemed to be in charge, and she said the waiter hadn't brought up the order. This is disrespectful. I will never eat there again, and of course, we didn't leave a tip.
