Passed over San Angelo ignorant to the fact that this DQ in Eden would be pretty much the only option for a while, but it was decent. Staff was friendly, tables and bathroom were clean, and while they did make a small mistake with my order, they corrected it without issue. The soft serve for the blizzard and cones was a bit runny and gritty, but it tasted fine.

The workers did not even look in my direction. They did not acknowledge me or even say a word. It took 15 minutes to make my blizzard and the workers seemed to be working in slow motion. My blizzard was made smaller than ordered and the worker rolled his eyes when I said so. The ice cream was good, service, not so much.

Get your food before or after DQ Eden! The chicken strips or jerky was sadly over fried. Just fried batter balls! Very disappointed. We passed through and couldn't turn back.

Came here at the drive thru while driving through for a trip, was served pink chicken. When I ordered a basket I expected cooked food.

Trash can outside was overflowing, trash cans inside were overflowing, none of the tables were clean and it looked like the floor hasn’t been swept or mopped in quite some time. Definitely one of the dirtiest food service establishments I believe I’ve ever been in.

Walked in with a child of one of the workers climbing over the counter. Tried to get a few dipped cones to go. One employee cleaning stopped cleaning to make our food. The employee didn't wash hands or put on gloves. It was a heath issue waiting to happen. Will not be stopping by the DQ in Eden ever again. Mr Buffett has better standards.

I Ordered bacon cheeseburger got my burger without no cheese and bacon. Returned it and the lady just brought me half a cheese and one slice of bacon so I could add it to my burger my self, while this happens I saw the guy grabbing bacon without no gloves. Bad customer service!!!! This was our routine stop when we visit family, but we will definitely wait to dine till we arrive in San Angelo.

I stopped for my once a year blizzard and ordered a large, but should have only been charged for a medium because the cup was nowhere near to being full. In fact, it was an inch below the rim. I did not say anything but I was really upset that I paid $6.48 for a large and the cup was not full. I will never return to this Dairy Queen again. Absolutely Not! I will not return to your DQ, you had your chance.

All of the food you could taste the mold. The French fries tasted old with a hint of mold burger was good but jalapeños where over fried and the burger was dry. I got the banana split. The Bananas tasted off and something else in it tasted like mold.

After many strenuous hours of driving I was feeling famished while my blood relative was feeling parched once we had completed the task of ordering our sustenance we swiftly realized the quality of their product was not on par with the likes of other fast food establishments in the vicinity of this location. It is commonly understood that meat products should be cooked through completely, however ; this meat on my burger was still in a state not safe for human consumption. The ice cream however was very refreshing and kept its reputation of having a very balanced flavor profile.

Saw a male worker making food with no gloves on. To top it off he dropped food on the floor picked it back up and put it inside a bag. Will never come to this establishment again, which is a shame as it’s the only one near

The absolute worst Dairy Queen you can ever go to! This place is slow as Christmas. The employees don’t care about the customers who are waiting on their food. Absolutely the worst DQ you can visit. I’ve been twice just to make sure it just wasn’t a bad experience the first time… nope! Took 40 minutes to get a burger and fries. And the food wasn’t even hot!
