Every time I go the staff never gets my order right when I have a dietary restriction. I’m always asked to move aside or pull up ahead in the drive thru to wait excessive times and yet the order is still wrong. I don’t know why I waste my time and money on this place. The service is consistently not up to par with other locations.

Croissant stuffer was sub par. The cheese on top was hard, like this sandwich had been microwaved or its not real cheese. I ordered only one prepared hot coffee, and the other black. Both were prepared. I ordered food, no napkins. I never understand why workers don't include napkins when food is ordered. Guess we're supposed to use our sleeve. Why I keep making Dunkin rich is beyond me. Time to quit going there. Shipleys is up the road.

I make numerous purchases at this store & since the curbside option is no longer available, I have chosen to walk in instead. I was standing there a few minutes & not once did an employee acknowledge that there was a customer waiting for their order. There was 8 employees I counted & I made perfect eye contact with 3 of them with not one of them greeting or at least saying,I will be right with you. I've worked in retail many years & know it can get busy but a simple hello would work. A customer walked in after me & he was helped right away (at the register) my drink was already made which is why I gave it the 2 stars but this has happened too many times. Even management was ignoring. Bad service!!

It took over 30 minutes for a mobile order. Then it was completely wrong. Had to wait another 10 min for remake. Employees are nice just not efficient or organized.

This Dunkin’ has really gone down the drain. Coffee is…okay. But their donuts suuuuuuck. They taste so old and the glazing is painfully average. Take the extra time and drive to the DD on University. They don’t disappoint like this shop does!

Ordered in the drive-through the person there did not hear a single word I said after repeating it multiple times ordered a ice Matcha tea latte received a normal latte iced ordered the Dunkin wrap received a bacon, egg and cheese wrap like oh thank you for ordering what you preferred to order like I wanna order what I wanna order not what you wanted to order

I ordered 2 cups of coffee and 1/2 dozen glazed donuts. The coffee was great 👍 the donuts where old they were sweating the glaze was wet and runny the donuts where cold. The donuts were under proved (not allowed to rise correctly) and glazed cold. Terrible product.

630 on a Monday morning and only 2 employees. Management needs to do better so that people will come to work! The coffee was terrible and the attitudes of the 2 employees were bad because of this

i have came here for years now and management has definitely change. recently, you order something and they give it to you completely different or how the want to make it. i always ask for extra ice on all my drinks, and they serve it to me like i ask for 2 ice cubes only. don't get me started on everyone's attitude, truly disappointed

I don’t come to Dunkin as often but I ordered a small cold brew with “cold foam” and got whipped cream instead ?? My drink is so coagulated it doesn’t look pleasant to drink. If they are out of cold foam then they should definitely say something when you are ordering. Anyways, try not to come here please. Seven brew is hands down better and they’re right next to each other. Note to self.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER ! I come to Dunkin’s every morning before work and I’ve never had a issue with any of my items until today ! My iced coffee wasn’t even half way filled and I ordered the sourdough sandwich and the sandwich wasn’t toasted and cold ! When I arrived at this location yes they were busy but that’s still not a reason to put out cold food or rush through your service ! I love Dunkin’s that’s why I continue to come ! When I called after I left the manager(Mylyzsa) was very rude and wouldn’t let me explain what was wrong ! She continued to argue with me and got super defensive! I asked her to provide me with corporates number and she couldn’t do so ! I came after work and MARK was very helpful and understanding even though he didn’t know what had happened! He wasn’t even aware of the situation that happened this morning ! LACK OF COMMUNICATION Through management! I called the number mylyzsa wrote on the receipt and it wasn’t even Dunkin’s number it was a catering company ! Will not be returning to this location! Mind you this photo was taken after I dropped my daughter off and only the cold foam had melted ! I cannot upload the video of sand which only photos ! But shame on you Mylyzsa for allowing food to go out that way ! Shout out to Mark !! Excellent customer service
