We have been coming to Roadhouse for years. It's always a pleasant visit. Tonight I ordered salmon with a couple of sauces on the side with corn and extra blue cheese dressing. We also ordered catfish We both enjoyed our meals and one thing I love about the salads here is that they make their own dressings. I also highly recommend their steak kabob, it's one of the best plates.

We've eaten at the Trenton location 5 times now and each time had been the same fantastic experience. I normally order their steaks medium rare and they always come out exactly as I ordered. And as always, their dinner rolls and cinnamon butter are fantastic. Customer service is also exemplary with servers refilling drinks without us needing to ask and making sure everything is great on the table. Highly recommend this location.

Great atmosphere and staff. Wonderful service. Our waitress was phenomenal. I have never had a waitress as good as she was. Top notch. We really don’t expect much from waiters and waitresses, just a refill every now and then. But this waitress was at the table with a new glass of coke or water immediately after we took our last sip. It was astounding. Fresh rolls, fresh drinks, amazing service. I don’t know if she wants her name on the internet, so I won’t put it, but she was great. We gave her a large tip, but she deserved more than that. The food was hot and fresh, and everything was wonderful.

Steaks are great here, cooked to perfect. We enjoyed each of the meals. We didn't have to wait for a table. Our service was very friendly and he helped us quickly. Food came out hot and freshly made. We will back to try new menu items and probably a dessert

Came here to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was super full on a Saturday afternoon at 6. But we were able to reserve a table. The food took quite long to receive, the waiter was really nice but was too busy to come give us refills. The onion blossom was amazing! The country fried chicken was cut really thin, I kinda like it thicker. The mashed potatoes were amazing, and the bread was also delicious! Hot and freshly made. My kids got the chicken critters, kids plate, and they really liked it. We were happy we got to all sit together as a big family and enjoy this special day. It was my daughters first time eating steak and she loved it 😇 thank you.

Perfect juicy steak in the dark I didn't mind the smell of steak and no lights as long as my foods perfectly cooked.

Food was great for the price. Margaritas were not good at all to my liking. Expect a wait time on the weekends. I reccomend to use the wait list on the app to make it a bit faster. Atmosphere was way to loud for me but then again it was Saturday.

We had a family steak dinner for mijo's birthday. Our server Monica was awesome. Food was great, came out fast and hot despite there being a crowd. Will definitely be coming back.

11/29/24. Friday nite and the Roadhouse was pretty crowded. We were able to get a seat at the bar and get fast service. The Prime Rib was just a little more cooked than I liked but it was still delicious.

Nice place. Steaks are amazing. Though Caesar salad had only salad, croutons and dressing. My streak was well cooked (medium rare) but my friends asked for medium and they had to ask for additional cooking as it was rare instead. Overall impression is good, staff is friendly.

I came here on 5/8/21 for dinner with friends. I’ve been to a Texas Roadhouse before but not the friends and they wanted steak. This was one of the few places that were open late. We arrived about 9:50. I was told it would be a 10-20 minute wait. As soon as I got back to the car, I was alerted that the table was ready. Our waiter was Jaye and he was amazing! He said it was his 3rd day working there. He definitely made the experience better. He has a great personality. 3/4 of us got cocktails that were delicious. One drink was wrong but we got to keep it while they made the correct one. We each added an extra shot to the drink, which was $2-$3. We all got steak too. I got the combo with ribs. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked. I got it mediums well. I got mixed veggies as a side, and it was carrots and broccoli. The carrots tasted so raw. Meaning, it was as if they were just chopped and added with the broccoli; they weren’t cooked or anything. Very nasty. The ribs were falling of the bone! friend 1 asked for their steak to be medium well, but it was actually well. Additionally, it was supposed to be smothered, but it wasn’t. It was taken back and a fresh one was made and it was correct. Friend 2 got shrimp but it was cold. They sent it back and got fresh shrimp that was fine. Friend 3 had no issues with their food. Overall, not bad. We all enjoyed the complimentary rolls and butter The issues/mistakes were fixed promptly. No major/unresolved complaints.

My wife dined here last night. I must say that even though we were seated promptly, drink orders were fast, and our order was brought on a timely manner, the server never smiled and rarely looked us in the eye. As I sat and observed other tables, I noticed that most of the servers seemed like automotons, saying the "right" things, but no smile, no personality, and in a hurry to leave the table. Even the greeter at the front door - we smiled and said good evening - and no smile or any genuine indication of welcoming. It was so obvious, because when the staff spoke to one another they would be animated and laugh. For a service industry, and such a popular place, i was surprised at the overall lack of enthusiasm or at least human personality toward customers. They do check all the boxes for efficiency, but our experience there was dulled the utter lack of welcoming. If you don't care about that, and just want to eat a steak and have a beer, than go for it. The prices are reasonable, and the food good. A little too much salt on the steak for me. Call me picky, but there are so many restaurants I would rather eat at where I don't feel like herded cattle.

The place is getting noisier and noisier, making it almost impossible to have a conversation. There's so much noise and so many waiters constantly dropping things or bumping into someone in the hallway. This time, the meat was terrible—dry, overcooked, and almost burnt. It was clear the grill was filthy and covered in bits of meat.

Let me start out by saying I am surprised as how busy this place was on a Wednesday evening at 9:00 p.m.. We were seated pretty fast and somehow my drink order got mixed up and I had to get my drink replaced. Most of the food was good, but the ribs were pretty dry and seemed a little overcooked. They offered me replacement ribs but I figured if the first order was dry surely the ladder order would also be dry. So I just passed. The manager did come to check on us and apologize for the ribs being dry and offered me some to go but it was late and I just couldn't see them being any better being so late. The staff was adequate and served us well.

I had went to this establishment for my partners birthday I was on the waiting list since 8:45 I don’t mind the 45-55min wait they were about to close at 10 pm I asked the host if I will be able to eat since It was approaching closing time. I would’ve rather for them to tell me no because the service was terrible. When we got sat we didn’t have any silverware, I was okay with it until we got our food. And the food I got a ribeye stake and asked for it medium rare and the stake was pink and when I tried to cut it it was like gum I could cut it was falling apart. I didn’t eat the stake of risk of food poisoning. I understand when near closing time everyone want to leave but it’s important to make sure we at least have some good service from both the front of the house and the back of the house.

Unsatisfied with the service we received. At the beginning, everything started off well, but while we were still eating, our waitress began rushing us: bringing to-go boxes and the check even though it was clear we weren’t finished. We weren’t asked if we were ready for the check, it was simply brought over without asking if we were done ordering. We had planned to order dessert as well, but after the check was dropped off, it made us feel uncomfortable and gave the impression that we were being asked to leave. Considering that some of us still had over half of our plates left, this felt extremely rude. We understand that it was busy, especially during dinner, which is why we were willing to wait over 45 minutes to be seated. After waiting that long, it was frustrating and disappointing to feel rushed through our meal, especially when we were still actively eating.

I’m honestly shocked at how bad the experience was. The food was overcooked, the service was terrible, and the staff couldn’t care less about the customers. It’s heartbreaking because I went there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday — a special day that ended in complete disappointment. All my little girl wanted was to sit on the birthday horse, and even after I asked politely, the manager brushed it off and acted like it didn’t matter. No effort. No care. Just indifference. That’s not the Texas Roadhouse I used to know. The place has completely lost its charm and quality. The food isn’t worth the price, and the service is nowhere near what it used to be. I won’t waste another dollar there. Next time, I’ll go to Logan’s or LongHorn Steakhouse — at least they still treat customers like they matter. So sad to see how far Texas Roadhouse has fallen.
