Here you'll find an excellent place to eat a variety of dishes. In the mornings, you'll find mostly gorditas, but on Sundays and some other days, you'll find dishes like pancita, pozole, and others. The chef at this great restaurant has won several awards for traditional cuisine. A must-see if you like a less processed flavor. They occasionally hold workshops; in my case, I was assigned to make pozole.

I arrived and they were all out of food. I only bought one taco with zucchini, potato, and a salsa. It was like pork leg or rib. I only bought one taco. I'll come back because I liked it, and I'll return to try more stews and give a better recommendation and rating.
