I like the Halloween theme inside of the location. The staff was friendly when I walked in I was greeted and also She Sherry was very nice and took the time out of her day to make sure I got everything I needed. I will be back at this location

I haven't had a Cinnabon since I worked there in the 90's. But I had one yesterday and boy it was exactly what I needed! My friend Candy runs the store alongside her staff and they are good people. I would highly recommend this place.... especially if you have a sweet tooth like me! If you do go there and you see Candy Please tell her I sent you! Thank you, Miss. Linas

I spoke with the owner and have tried to edit the hours on her behalf but Google maps is not taking my edits. The hours are actually 11am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and Noon to 6pm on Sunday’s.

I'm not sure if they have a new manager but her name is Candy.. cute right?.. anyhow I got and amazing warm six pack which was delicious as usual.but I have to say that every single cinnabon was nice and soft. Previously when I visited this location several years ago all the cinnabons were hard and I really dismissed ever going again.I had overheard the manager candy explaining one of the coffee drinks and it sounded amazing. But I wasn't in the mood for 1. So today when I walked by I saw a different gal explaining the drinks to another customer and I decided to try one. their blended drinks are similar to the Starbucks crappuccino but these ones are awesome. It has like an extra shot of espresso or coffee and you mix it together so that it hits the whole blended drink and absolutely you have this amazing drink but still has a great caffeine kick. I'm so so excited and I hate that I may have started my addiction to cinnabon again. however if you've tried its location in the past and you didn't like the cinnabons now is the time to climb back aboard to cinnabon train.

A few months ago, this post was true. Now, Cinnabon is making a comeback at Parkway Plaza! 😄 "If you're still viewing it as Cinnabon, don't bother coming to this place. Unfortunately, it's changed into a different cafe-like restaurant. I can't dock down ratings on it since I have not tried the new place myself, but in short, the Cinnabon in El Cajon is no more. 🙁"

Great taste.. Be aware that when i was eating my delicious cinnamon, the girl came out to clean dinner area she cleaned the tables with the broom.😖😖.. She never came back to mop it..😂😂😵😵

Great taste.. Be aware that when i was eating my delicious cinnamon, the girl came out to clean dinner area she cleaned the tables with the broom.😖😖.. She never came back to mop it..😂😂😵😵

My stars don't count for this review because it's not a review. But the hours need to be updated on here because I'm just getting to the mall and it's closed. Not at nine but seven.

The staff were not wearing masks correctly. One had it down completely and the other below the nose. The bun I got was also pretty raw in the middle :(
