We were honestly extreemly surprised at how nice this restaurant was!! Looks new inside, waitress was awesome and the food was extreemly on point!! We were worried it would be like a denny's but its not even close. This location will be one we stop at moving forward for sure!

Upon arrival, I was seated quickly. I switched tables a few times until i found one i was comfortable in. The table wasnt wiped down but they weren't expecting me to sit there. The orange juice tasted off, possibley powdered, i personally didn't like it. I oredered the lemonade sierra mist berry instead, and it was delicious. The food came quickly, the waitress was nice, even when I was super complicated. My silverware was dirty, and she gave me three whole sets of new ones lol. The food was delicious, one of the best french toasts in A 15 mile radius. For the low price, it's definitely worth it. I had great french toast before but it was way more expensive than IHOP, so definitely a good value here. Personally, i felt they just smothered the thing in strawberry syrup and whip cream, when I really wanted more focus on the flavored french toast. But to each their own... Everything was not greasy or oily. The potatoes could of used some seasoning. I would eat here again, definitely for the low price. But if im willing to spend more money, I'd go elsewhere. Definitely one of the cleanest ihops. I gave the waitress a good tip, and the person i was with said the burger was delicious. Personally, the burger looked watery from the wet lettuce and tomato. Good friendly service. 7/10 for decent food at a low price and friendly staff

This place was okay. The people are very nice, but the food is not healthy. Classic American dining experience. I'd recommend now and then if you're close, but don't go too far out of your way if you're far

Decent service despite messing up my order between two employees. They made up for the difference. Tables were dirty but it was busy during brunch.

I had a great time with my family at this IHOP off the 8 fwy. The food and service was great, but there were lots of homeless hanging out in the back of the building. It's not a safe place for kids to venture. It's really really sketchy with tents very close and a hotel that looks really shady near it too. Be careful when going here.

For second time my expirience was bad beacause they recept us in the same table, the food took more than 30 minutes to come, and the same waiter who's name was Jose attended us and he was not kind at all when we asked him for something. Also, when I asked him if he could bring me another lemonade he turned his face away and just said "mhmh".I suggest that they should let the costumers choose the table.

Truth Be Known

This IHOP serves quality food, and the kitchen staff seems efficient when it comes to preparing dishes in a timely manner. However, the dining experience—especially in the back section near the dish area—was far from relaxing. One of the busboys, who appeared to be Hispanic/Latino, repeatedly walked past our table without any acknowledgment—no greeting, no check-in, not even a glance. While I understand bus staff aren’t always expected to engage directly with guests, the repeated cold demeanor was noticeable. More concerning was the excessive noise he caused—clattering dishes loudly, seemingly on purpose or out of frustration. It happened at least eight times during our visit, each crash echoing through the space. It gave the impression that he was having a rough day, but unfortunately, the tension was projected onto the dining area. For guests with anxiety or for seniors seeking a quiet, pleasant meal, this kind of atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable. Our server was friendly at first, but her attitude shifted toward the end of our meal, which only added to the overall discomfort. While the food was satisfying, the atmosphere needs improvement. A more mindful approach from the staff would go a long way in creating a welcoming environment for all diners.

Daaang from 5 star to 1 star! Tuesday 4:15 p.m. Waited 20 minutes to sit. ONE lady working alone. (Kind of Cranky) understandable. No coffee made. Been sitting for 10 minutes with no drinks. 20 more and no food. I can't recommend to you if this is going to happen.

Made an order for pick up thru the ihop app at 10:12, app said ready by 10:30 . I arrived at said time and was told order was still being worked on, i understood since i could tell the place was busy. However i waited until 10:52 (40min for 10 pancakes) when i finally said something and thats when they told me that my order had ben lost in the system and that they were super backed up for mobile orders. Unwilling to wait anymore i decided to cancel my order. Hostes wwnt for the manager. Manager did not come out, did not apologize but did give me a refund. If i hadnt spoken up i would have waited another 20. If the kitchen is over worked perhaps turning off the mobile order feature would be a great idea. I ended up waiting twice what the app said. Not the best management.
