This Subway has been quick, friendly, and I have no complaints. I work down the street and this is sometimes my lunch choice and each time the ingredients have been fresh.

I went to this subway location for lunch yesterday and a young lady by the name of Ranjita help me, she was very polite and patient as I scrambled for enough change to pay for what I need it feeling embarrassed yet relieved that she was patient, professional, and very sweet. The great customer service was really appreciated being that I was having a difficult day thank you Ranjita.

For the couple of times a year that I get Subway sandwiches, I find the them to be consistently clean, have good, pleasant workers and the food to be consistently good. This store in El Cerrito was no exception, she asked if I wanted the bun toasted, which I did and she was very pleasant. I got the foot long spicy italian and it was good.

Some subways can be not too great but this one has done a pretty good job. The store is clean, there's almost no line majority of the time and their food is fresh. I highly recommend this location. I also recommend the Philly cheese steak and the churros.

Always fresh and healthy (sort of) if nitrates in the meats isn't a concern, but I love subway especially the meat lovers on 6in Italian herb bread, and the breads are the best part of subway

I used to love this Subway, but in the past 6 months or so the staff they have hired just don't seem to understand how to do their job/have been poorly trained. I used to go to this location 2 to 3 times a week. I just went for the first time in a month to give it a try again and was, yet again, disappointed. This Subway is losing hundreds of dollars from me every month, and I know I'm not the only one. Hopefully they will read the reviews that all seem to have the same tone about the staff being a problem and make changes. Otherwise, I will just stop eating here altogether. I basically already have.

Staff was decent. I called my order in from the sidewalk out side the business. That was the protocol during covid. Now they most likely have loosened up that policy. I ordered a turkey, bacon and avocado sandwhich on a dutch crunch roll. It was good.

The Last Titan

Its a Subway. We all know what that means : mediocre food at a decent price. Despite the trend in the Bay Area to avoid chain eateries, I appreciate the consistency of these places. Like buying an AC/DC album, you know what you're gonna get. If you're an entitled diva who thinks minimum wage employees are gonna give you the 5 star service you "deserve", you're gonna be disappointed with these folks. If you have patience and understanding for folks who are learning the job ( and their new country) as they go, then leave a tip and enjoy your sandwich. It's fine.

Barely any meat & wrong order. I've ordered pickup a few times at this location. I've either gotten the Home Run Ham & Titan Tukey, both have EXTRA meat. You can see from the picture how little meat they put in this Titan Turkey. If this is their "33% more meat", what do they put in their regular sandwiches? This last order my sandwich was missing half the veggies. I use to work near a different subway & they were not shy with ingredients. I got lunch every week there. Sadly I will not be going back to this location.
