Hidden gem inside a Chinese market. We had: • Vietnamese Coffee with Ube and Boba with 25% sugar. It was perfect! Perfect sweetness! • Taro Coconut Milk Tea with Mango was interesting. Real creamy coconut milk. Felt like the one’s I had in Thailand. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is the fastest ordering speed for all milk tea shops I’ve tried so far. Taste is original for both the super fruit tea and 3 layers milk-macha-strawberry drink. Inside of an Asian mall with ranch 99 Asian super market, hotpot, drinks, Hongkong style cafe, sheng ke bakery. Lots of parking, this is the best place to shop grocery with lunch after the drinks all in one place.

Super cute place. Went here with my daughter after rock climbing. A great place for selfies and picture taking lol. We got the matcha strawberry boba, the cup is so sturdy and cute and the drink was good too. So glad they have milk substitutes since I'm lactose intolerant. Hehe

Le Dessert Lab is one of kind. Quick stop to grab a boba or to-go a gift (the Rainbow pastry!) If you have time, dine-in in the cozy store full of rainbows, flowers, angels - so dreamy - that we sometimes come here just to remind ourselves to dream. I love to bring little one (dress her up!) after school and have a mini tea with her in the pink corner by the flower table. She loved to play Angel with the giant wings on the wall, or look into the mirror with giant bow like Alice in Wonderland. Great reminder to kids: they are born magical. The snowy Mochi is their specialty (they sold out today, I don’t have photos), but let me describe it: paper-thin Mochi skin hugging a blob of fluffy whipped cream - should I say, like eating a cloud? ☺️ I would recommend. Today we tried the Strawberry Mini Cake and to-go the Rainbow pastry as a gift. Mini Cake is a good size for mini human😉 Classic sponge cake with classic whipped cream, and whipped cream’s best friend Strawberries 🍓 can’t complain. I always order the Osmanthus Milk Tea with Osmanthus Jelly. The scent of the flowers really comes through, makes my day for I am a flower person. And I am able to lower the sugar level to 0, which is essential. No wifi. To some people it might be a bad thing, but it could also be a blessing to unplug a little. Ample space and ample free parking.

Went to grab a sweet treat in this rainy weather and stumbled upon the most amazing dessert shop! My fiancé and I enjoyed the delicious Mango slushy/ w sea salt foam. It was a 10/10! I love how customizable and easy the experience was. Can’t wait to go back !!

The cakes really steal the show. The salted egg yolk crepe is very interesting, creamy, tasty, though a little pricey even compared to lady M. The strawberry square cake is great too: soft, moist, good balance of sweetness and sourness!

Wonderful delicious boba after shopping at 99 Ranch! Daughter loved her Oreo boba and my no sugar classic milk tea was delicious.

Was grocery shopping at 99 ranch, and this is one of the stores inside the mall there. Super cute decor and ordering was quick and easy on my way out from shopping. The cups are reusable and hard plastic with a cute design. I ordered a jasmine green milk tea 75% sugar with pearl and it was delicious! The boba was chewy and had a nice subtle sweet flavor. The jasmine flavor was nice and strong and I felt it had a good ratio of tea to milk. I was glad I stopped by and am excited to visit again and try other items like the Vietnamese coffee!

I tried the jasmine green milk tea, and it tasted very yummy! I feel lucky to have gotten it at a discounted price during the store's anniversary. Plus, I received a cute gift from the store, which was a delightful surprise. I will definitely come back next time and strongly recommend it to others.

I got the new rose milk tea and mango pudding. And they were both super! There was just the right amount of the rose flavor and sweetness and I just loved it! And the mango pudding was delicious too. It wasn’t too sweet and the mango flavor was very prominent. Would absolutely recommend and definitely coming back for that!

This location has been a boba shop for well over 10 years now, It went through different owners and different names, but in general has always been good. That is still true today, the drinks are tasty, popcorn chicken is very good here. and they also have other snacks such as fries, fishball etc. it is pretty inside, clean and well decorated, you can see the pictures of the interior.

The Strawberry Milk Latte with Matcha Cream is a must try. I should say it’s the perfect drink that Allen and his team created. The Taiwanese Sausage is amazingly delicious and feels like I’m home. Great Job. The associate is so attentive and friendly and gives her best suggestion about the drinks and the menu.

I always like the drinks here. They’re high quality and the menu updates seasonally. Try one of the lime drinks or the lychee rose spritzer on a hot day, they’re both so refreshing! I also really like all of the jelly options and that they have oat milk. The osmanthus jelly is delicious. Great ambiance and fast service, too.

This is the best boba in the east bay. I have tried many boba places in berkeley oakland and Richmond and this one has the best flavor. I am never disappointed when I come here. I would also recommend the popcorn chicken as it is an upgrade over other boba places chicken, the restaurant across makes it and the quality of the popcorn chicken is better then regular popcorn chicken (which is already pretty good)

The next day, I came down with food poisoning and had gastroenteritis for a week. I’m pretty sure the orange or passion fruit had gone bad. Please make sure to check your fridge regularly for spoiled stuff. I’m about 80% sure it was the fruit, since my friend and I ate the same food but had different drinks that night—and he was totally fine. I will hesitate to try their fresh fruit drinks, but ordering classic drinks should be fine.

This place is a good Boba drink outlet. They recently raised their already high prices even more. Today once I ordered a taro Smoothies with whipped cream...they forgot the whipped cream and I was the only one in store. How do you make that mistake and when I went back and told them they offered me a little whipped cream in a cup...as if I did not have some at home. This was really insulting.

8 bucks for unseasoned popcorn chicken. When asked if they had any salt, they seem offended and claimed they dont carry any salt and pointed me to the salted pepper (which also tasted like nothing).
