Chicken is good yummy 😋 But the app makes it hard to use. Can’t apply discount on the order. The cashier said I have to order new order online to apply discount code. But he app tell me to apply in store 🤷‍♂️ The cup and lid is suck, makes water seep in to my car seat.

this food is crack, as in it tastes really good. fries are very expensive though. i bought 2 chicken sandwiches and fries for 12 dollars! the sandwiches were around 5 dollars (delicious) but the fries came to over 6 bucks and it wasnt even that much. Might come again if i want something quick and tasty.

Like most Church's chicken, It's not in the best of neighborhoods. After I picked up my order, a homeless person came in and snatched chicken off of somebody's table... Otherwise the staff is super friendly, quick, helpful and replaced the chicken that was taken. It is usually my go-to spot whenever I have the urge to eat fried chicken. Also, Love the biscuits and mac n cheese.

Got chicken strips, it's always odd paying $15 for chicken strips at a fast food establishment but that's what CA prices are. Chicken was good the biscuit was good didn't care much for the fries. Cozy inside but I would recommend hanging out on the corner but that's El Monte.

I was disappointed with my 2 piece meal it was not spicy and the forgot my apple pie I live in Whittier half way I realized the pie was not in the bag I immediately started calling all the way home calling calling calling and no answer 😡😡😡 I will be there tomorrow when I get off work

Food was good but they gave me 8 pieces of chicken instead of 10 and I had to double check my order because they forgot my Mac n cheese

Beware of employee Angelica R and letting her take your order. She did me dirty and on purpose. I went thru the drive thru, was wanting to try their spicy 2 pc, jalapeno biscuit and jalapeno for 3.99. she tried offering me the $11.99 special version which only has a mashed potatoe included as the difference. I said no thanks. Told her my order. She then asked me like 3-4 follow up questions which I kept saying no to, then she couldn't hear me so I said it louder and a little frustrated. She coldly said "pull forward.". I got my order, and something told me check it before leaving the parking lot. I quickly noticed the biscuit was super dark, very tiny, and H.A.R.D. I went inside, they said sorry (like if they didn't know the biscuit should've been tossed out instead of given in an order) and gave me the only other one left (hmmm) which just so happened to be fresh. I went back to my car and drove off. Got home, and realized Angelica got me again! I was missing my jalapeno! Beware. Shes bad for bidness.

I have to start with no one picks up the phone at this location. I ordered a family tender meal and bought a additional large side all food to go when I got home coleslaw and mac and cheese where half filled mashed potatoe was not even 3/4 filled I couldn't even contact the store I will never go back to this location horrible management skills.

Chicken smell, dried, and so hairy. Today I tried the black half chicken, it looked so hairy, I ate the hair and feel sick now. Please rename the black pepper chicken to "black hairy chicken".Today Monday, chicken tastes sour. I threw the chicken in the trash. I am so hungry, I want to finish eating it but I don't want to get sick. I feel nauseus while editing this review. Don't come Monday night. Also, restaurant close at 10pm, I came at 9pm and they yelled at me "wait 20 minutes", i already waited 15 minutes at the drive thru. Enough for me, will not come back this place.

The chicken is good but I just paid 37 for 1 breast and 1 wing out of 12 pieces should at least be one more white meat piece service is always horrible I have see. The staff berate the customer and lie over some chicken made them pay more even though they were running a special if you can avoid this location and drive to the next one on hacienda

Why Kentuky fried chicken is better ? 9:49 pm and dinner room is closed. They didn't have the chicken ready, they asked me if I wanted the salad and the potoate and biscuits, it's supposed to be included no? I waited 18 minutes outside of the store!
