Very good chicken tacos -- my kids loved their burgers and fries/ the portions are huge-- the waitress was very patient and friendly. It is a super clean restaurant. I will certainly go back again. 12/17/14-- I was there yesterday and the food is still AWESOME this time I had a bacon cheeseburger special. Absolutely phenomenal-- will definitely be back for more..... yummy

Great! Will definitely be coming back. Burgers are delicious, shakes are definitely, and fries are just delicious. They have great customer service. Everyone is so nice and polite. The restaurant is very clean.

This place is by far one of the best restaurants I’ve been at! It’s so close to my work that i come about 2-3 times a week during lunch. Never disappoints.Food is always fast and well cooked and service is always warm and friendly! Although the thing I love most is the cleanness of the place, that’s how ever restaurant should look. 👍🏽

This is one of the best burger joints on the San Gabriel Valley. The menu has an extensive variety of items with selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner, not to mention American, Mexican and other traditional styles of food.. The charbroiled burger patties are cooked to order, and the ingredients of the burgers are always fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant.

When you come here be prepared to submit your order at the front desk, they will bring food to your table and that's that, serve yourself if you order beverages Should we tip the workers, you have to buss your own Food was very tasty and plentiful

The ambiance is ok, the regular noises of a busy place. The music was low enough to have a conversation.

So this is a more Mexican-oriented fast food establishment, where they sell burgers, pastrami sandwiches, and onion rings. They also serve Menudo and other dishes like fish, steak, chicken and veggie dishes that come with a side of beans and rice. I ordered the chicken fajitas since it looked good on the menu above the counter where you order. It was really tasty and it was definetly enough to make me go back there again 👌

Ordered a steak and egg sammich which was pretty tasty and my choice. Also an avocado omelet with cheese and hash browns which was flavorful. Hadn't been there in months but the food was better than before.

The food was great! It took a little bit of time to get it but that is what made it taste even better knowing it was fresh. The only thing that was not so great, at most places when you upgrade to a different side dish it is only $1-$1.50 more and here switching fries for zucchini was $2.50 more.

for most of the time the employees are nice. they do take a little bit longer to get the order done. i have not been inside because of the pandemic. i love the barbecue chicken sandwich!

Everything still tasted good though or would’ve given less than 3 stars

A family order that used to cost $16 before 2020 now costs nearly $30. I get inflation but this is ridiculous. At least post prices so people know what they're paying for.

Well I ordered a Teryaki Combo (beef&chicken) with the salad&steam white rice(No drink Included).It took a little long to Get my order, i though maybe its cooked as ordered.but when i got it I noticed a different smell. I got Mostly Beef with very very little chicken. The Meat Was not the best..i got a lot of chewy beef pieces.The Steam rice was Ok.The salad Was ok as well I Feel like maybe less Peppers nd onions nd more fully cooked meat nd hot sauce with a drink would be better...maybe they were having an off day.So I would Go back but to try something else...The Staff Were Really friendly and proffesional and had a nice smile!

When it first opened the food was great all around. Now some stuff is declining bad. If you want a real burger go to flames or flames express or toms even burger zone is better now. But if you want an obvious meat loaf burger look no further. Service still good but if you order to go better check your bag before you leave. Today I ordered bacon and eggs got home and it was a taqito plate. My fault for not checking far from the first time it happened.

Asada fry’s are no good lil to no meat and super oily also small

I've only been here once, that's why I only gave it 2 stars. Their fries are really good but had their teriyaki chicken burger (chicken was in little thin pieces, thought it would be at least a whole piece of chicken) it didn't taste all that great and the bread was wet and didn't hold up. I didn't enjoy it. Maybe their other items will be better but I might not be going back.

Prices aren't posted. You have to ask. Also, picked up for a delivery order but had to wait because it wasn't already ready when I arrived. They didn't seem to have too many customers at the time, perhaps they had lots of orders.

Ok, so I went back to at the restaurant after I had promised not to ever go again I was boycotting the restaurant. My reason was no customer should have to pay for a side of dressing after spending money at their restaurant, I felt like I was being " nickle and dimed" by the owner I told the server this is how you loose customers. So I went for breakfast this morning and it was a mistake I ordered eggs,bacon and pancakes and it was cold and it seemed to take forever to get my meal. I will never go there again!!! PS. And if the owners read this you need to do a 180 on everything and maybe your restaurant will have more cutomers.

Poor customer service for big order. I spent $90.00 and they messed up my WHOLE order and refused a refund or to fix their mistakes. WORST burger spot in South El Monte go up the street a little to BurgerZone. People here don't know what they're doing and can't take an order for crap. And I had to wait an hour longer than what they told me to get my order

The food is not that bad but the service is terrible. They messed up the whole order. The cashier was very rude, talking to other people and on the phone while taking the order! When we told them our order was wrong the person doing cashier was mad and definitely gave attitude. However, the other employees were kind and apologetic but i still will not come again.

They are not clean in there. They run out of food. And I ordered something that looked good in the picture and what they gave me was something completely different and not good. The food looks nothing like the pictures. I wouldn't go back.

Ordered 2 breakfast burritos! The worst ever! All shredded burnt potatoes, not eggs and bits and crumbs of bacon and ham! Horrible! For $10 each! I also ordered a large orange Bang, it was all foam and filled half way! This was my first and last visit here! They just care about making money, and not serving decent food

It's an absolute lie, i payed both with card and cash and the only difference in price is the fee they charge for using a card. It's either a blatant insult to the customers intelligence or the owner simply lacks any intelligence. Also: All their breakfast is cheap and bland. Don't waste your money here. I just spent $8 on a sandwich that had two strips of bacon a single egg and lettuce. Absolute garbage. Update: 9/9/22 I just spent $13+ on French Toast, bacon, eggs and a coffee and it was terrible. Please don't waste your money here. Terrible is an understatement. Update: 5/29/24 $4.00 for some fries with absolutely no seasoning, and they want 50 cents for damn dressing, NO PRICES ON ANY ITEMS. place still sucks Apparently the "owners are sorry for my experience" they "want us another chance". When I ordered the teriyaki burger, I was surprised to be asked if I wanted beef or chicken, and the cashier gave attitude again when I requested extra teriyaki sauce upon delivery of my order to my table. To my dismay, my burger arrived with no beef patty, only a few small pieces of beef teriyaki! The teriyaki sauce was also watery, and the burger bun was mostly what I bit into. Overall, the service was poor, and the food did not meet my expectations. I will definitely NOT return. Stay away! 😡
