The wings are overcooked and under sauce here. It was extremely dry and tasteless. It has been consistently not good. However, when it is done better, it does taste good if that will happen.

Order made incorrectly… instead of lemon pepper seasoning, they used regular on the fries. Instead of hot honey rub, the wings were PLAIN. Wow.

A lot has changed since I was last there. Their chicken went from yummy and juicy to over cooked, dry and oil filled. I felt like I was eating straight oil and burnt food.

Internet says restaurant closes at 12midnight arrived before this time and the staff refused to help with taking my order im here writing a review and the doors wide open with staff still cooking making orders it's probably food for themselves. I think it Rude and not customer friendly after it states closure time. I was turned away bad service typical. I have to choose 1 star when it should have no stars

I ordered at 12:00 noon Saturday, got a email confirmation that my order be ready in 16-22 minutes. The store called me 15 minutes later and said I need to pick up with the credit card I used and my ID. And said my order be ready soon. 15 minutes later they called again, and another 10 minutes same call ID and CC. I arrive store 12:55, almost an hour after I placed my order. They checked CC and ID, order not ready. I saw them prepared another 3 orders not mine. Then some guy came in and asked for Christina’s order, no ID/CC checking. And they also made Christina’s order ahead of mine. At this point, enough is enough, I asked them to cancel my order. They asked me why, I said I don’t know either. You made me wait 10 minutes more on top of the one hour when i made the preorder. You guys got to know that we can order anywhere. Even at another Wingstop, but definitely not with this location again! UPDATE Jan 15 2024. >> Besides the above terrible service, they also lie! The clerk/supervisor told me that she would cancel the order and process refund which will take 2-3 days. Of course she did not. She just wanted to send me on my way without asking for a refund slip. I later disputed and sure enough I lost. So ask for a refund slip when you have a dispute. Never listen to these “well trained “ staff’s words. I paid for my negligence or stupidity. It’s not the end of the world for me. But I feel the need to inform the community of the dishonesty which is so much worse than bad service. You can improve on service. But if the staff are already trained to lie to customers. This is a hopeless merchant. I would think twice if they would discard expired wings according to franchise training and not use those to make an extra buck. This is more a Wingstop Corporate matter, if they still care.

I placed an order over the phone of the total of $49.93 and I only had a $50 bill. Marc & Alejandro refused my $50 bill. I can understand if someone that bought something under $5 to refuse a $50 but my total was only 7 cents away from $50. Y’all need better customer service skills

My daughter ordered food from the El Monte, Ca , location, and when my son in law arrived, they claimed he already picked it up. He did not want his money back, just the order. How can you have in store pick up, and not verify the person picking up the order?. We work just as hard for our money, and expect to receive the items we spend it on, this is just unacceptable.

They got my order wrong. I ordered way ahead of time for the Super Bowl, and all I ordered was a voodoo fries and a nacho fries.. they were rude as fvck. I got there after my pick-up time because I knew it was going to be busy. And still had to wait another 10 minutes. Not only that, my order was wrong. They didn't give me the nacho cheese fries.. Instead, I got some dry azz corn. I wasn't given a receipt but was still able to put in a complaint online. All they sent was a coupon for free fries WITH a purchase.. That's not ok. I want the nacho fries I bought. The voodoo fries I ordered were jacked up, too.. Most were bits and burnt pieces, not even worth picking at.. Indians bother calling that day because the person on the phone was being rude to the people who did call.. This location is trash and always making mistakes..

The food was great. I ordered from Doordash. When I called (wingstop) to confirm the order, due to it being a large order, they kept me on hold for 7 mins, when my dasher left, she spoke to me (kept on hold again) and then every time I would call and as soon as the conversation started with her, she would just hang up on me; I called about 10 times It sucks because the cooks did great. The food was great but it seems the cashier was just having a bad day an I am being disregarded and ignored. I know they were busy, but good customer service goes a long way.
