I had the pleasure of being served by Matt at Denny’s, and I must say, the experience was outstanding! Matt went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and quick service made my visit incredibly enjoyable. He anticipated our needs, checked in at just the right times, and had such a positive attitude that it truly brightened my day. It’s rare to find such exceptional customer service, and Matt absolutely delivered. Kudos to him for making dining out such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be asking for Matt next time!

Every time I come here with my family, I have yet to be disappointed. The restrooms are regularly maintained and the dining area is comfortable. I typically order a T-Bone (Medium) with Mushrooms / Onions, and scrambled eggs with Cheese, which the cooks here have yet to make any mistakes. However, it is the servers at this location which accurately communicate with the cooks and deliver the food to the table. However, as of late our server, Francisco has been attentive and ensuring our time spent at this location is not wasted (topping off drinks, timely with assistance). Off topic, the claw machine is hilarious fun!

We loved this location so much, that we ate there 4 times while we were in the area. Conveniently located next to our hotel and open 24 hours, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals were hot, fresh and delicious. Service was fast and friendly. Kids loved the food so much, they kept asking to come back, so we did. Variety of food items, so we never ate the same thing twice. All of our servers were great, very polite, guest and service oriented and the entire staff seamed to be working together and helping each other. We were very impressed. Keep up the great work.

Alma was very sweet and energetic and the atmosphere felt very comfy and the Oreo milk shake is amazing I definitely recommend it's nice and thick and has a nice sweet taste along with the cali club sandwich is a delicious mix of flavors filling you pretty quickly.

It’s great family spot. I ordered the blueberry pancakes and the choco nana pancakes which were pretty good. The waitresses were really nice and helpful, especially when requesting a table change, since we were a big group. However, I must say that they hardly scrub and wash their mugs properly, since one of the cups was super dirty, so I don’t want to imagine how they take care of cleaning.

Food came out fast but cold, like it had been sitting for a while. I ordered a Grand Slam with pancakes, and my little brother got the Jr. Grand Slam with mini pancakes. When the food came, we didn’t get any pancakes at all. After about 15 minutes, they finally brought them, but instead of his mini pancakes, they gave him a regular pancake without any explanation just dropped it off and walked away before I could say anything. Not once were we checked on to see if everything was okay. Every other Denny’s I’ve been to has set a high bar for service and quality, but this location fell short. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day or if this is the norm here, but based on this visit, I probably won’t be coming back.

Called like ten times and nobody answered the phone , I finally arrived and I called again, I heard the phone ring and two people standing next to it , they completely ignored it, I told the guy why nobody answers he said they are busy, short staff and that he was about to leave the other lady was super rude too didn’t even try to be accommodating or said sorry won’t happen again which was all she had to do. They had a couple tables and couldn’t answer the phone for a simple pick up order.

So I walk in and wait to be seated a man speaks me in Spanish I do not speak Spanish that well so I did not communicate with him because I do not know how to speak Spanish that well so then a lady asked would you like to be seated I said of course I understand I look Mexican but I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish he gave me a weird ugly look like I disrespected him then I sat down ordered my food the lady was very nice I received my food pretty fast but then I noticed my son started eating and he started eating his pancake and pulled something out of his mouth he asked me what it is and I said I'm not sure let me check let me check it out for you it was burnt plastic that was burnt into the pancake it's kind of ridiculous how you guys can do that to your customers you guys need to hire people that have certifications food safety I don't know if that's required to look for plastic or not but that's probably one of them overall the experience was horrible and I needed this to be known

I have been to this Denny's before. It was okay. However tonight, this waitress, stops to tell me that the restroom is only for customers. Well everybody knows that, and I plan to buy something as a customer after I use the bathroom. I was insulted by her insensitivity. And I told her that of course I was going to buy something!" I asked her again for the code. And she said, "Are you a customer?" It's hard to explain how i felt. I wanted to let everybody know that I was offended. I ended up storming out and not using or buying any service. But I did go somewhere else where I was received with kindness. I was delighted to be a customer there. ●The offending Denny's is on E Street in Chula Vista, near the 5 Freeway. If you are looking for Compassion or any type of true courtesy or consideration, don't go to this one. Kindness is inconsistent. It was one of the waitresses working the evening shift, But I didn't see any other waitresses coming to my rescue. Since the waitress acted so ugly with me--I just stormed out. The waitress told *me*, "I- -DIDNT- have- to- be- rude.-" Did I mention that I am a senior, and that I was in a rush to get to restroom? I don't think I'll ever come back to this one...... --☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (minus 10 stars)

I went here to grab breakfast and cold coffee for to go, since it was very busy in the morning. I ordered the berry waffle slam, and when i get back from my car i started eating my food i instantly got disappointed when I saw the berries, it definitely has mold on it if you look closely at the picture, it doesn’t even looked fresh from the strawberries and the blueberries . I just hope that you guys inspect all your inventories and foods before you give it to your customers, in this case good thing I was pretty observant and didn’t proceed to eat it, not really worth $18 for all those.
