3/14/25, the food sucked toco buffet is the worst idea the restaurant was dead like 4 tables were being used. I asked for 2 waters with ice, got 2 without ice, and asked for a glass of ice, got it less, then halfway full. The morning buffet is so much better. 2 weeks ago i eat here today 2/2/25 this hostess fat ponytail black hair short with a cowboys jersey on with the name Prescott just gave me 1 glass of water walked around asking others around me if e everyone was good but never refilling my water or asking me if i was ok but she was real good in making sure she was at the counter ready to take ur payment. She asked me if i was going to leave a tip. i was going to tell her that with the service i received, it doesn't require a tip. Only if she would of once asked i had $10 as a tip last time i was here the guy got $10 its the principal of the work & effort that is made not the must having to leave a tip. First time here & and wow, the food is good, not hot. I mean, spicy all was good taste 😋 . Let see on my next trip if the foos is good 👍

My family and I ate here two times while in town, once on a Sunday and another on a Saturday. Both experiences the staff were very friendly and helpful. On Saturday, I enjoyed the really great buffet which had tons of options for only $18.99. The rest of the family had menu items because a buffet doesn't make financial sense for them. A robot waiter named "Bobby" delivered some of our food items which was a hit for the whole family to see. Tacos al Pastor are really good, but honestly, everything we had was excellent.

I had an amazing experience at Chih’ua! The restaurant offers a fantastic buffet with a wide variety of delicious options, but the highlight of the night was watching Chef Alonso prepare tacos al pastor right in front of us. It was incredible to see his skill and passion in action, and the tacos were absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender, and served with fresh tortillas and toppings. The buffet had something for everyone, with authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients in every dish. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you’re looking for a top-notch buffet experience, Chih’ua is the place to go! Highly recommend!

I recently dined at Chih’ua, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The variety and quality of the food at this Mexican buffet are unparalleled. From the freshly made guacamole to the sizzling fajitas, every dish was bursting with authentic flavors. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The highlight for me was the taco station, where you can customize your tacos with a range of delicious fillings and toppings. The dessert selection, especially the churros, was the perfect end to a fantastic meal. Overall, Chih’ua offers an outstanding dining experience that I highly recommend. I can't wait to return and explore more of their delectable offerings!

The best Mexican breakfast buffet in EP. It's about $16.50 per adult. Our waitress (Mariela) was very friendly and patient. They have pancakes, French toast, huevo con chorizo, papas con chorizo, rajas con queso, refried beans, tamales (verde y rojo) chilaquiles (verde y rojo) tacos al pastor, entomatadas, tacos sudados, menudo, pozole verde, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, different juices, churros, mole y arroz, chicharrón verde, puerco con chile pasado. There's a salsa bar. **They have the coolest robot that delivers food that you can order with your waitress. We ordered tacos de barbacoa and a mollete. They have a lot of food that you can order with your waitress that isn't on the buffet line, but it's included in your buffet price.** They have aguas frescas y chocolate abuelita. Honestly, I enjoyed everything that I tasted and sampled. It's definitely worth the price. I'll be returning for the taco buffet (M-F after 1pm)

Super busy before holiday! Went Sunday December 21st for the breakfast buffet! Complimentary agua fresca while waiting. They accommodate large groups. Most options I've seen in awhile. A kitchen by the buffet if you want anything custom like bacon, or an omelet, eggs to custom order, etc! Wait staff was super attententive! Price wasn't bad either! Cool Christmas 🎄 train set display and Christmas wonderland to look at while you wait!

Today, we tried the breakfast buffet. The food was quite tasty and delivered by a little robot. The taco buffet is also a good deal for hefty eaters. The price is a bit high for those who don't have room for seconds. The tripitas are good as is the selection of food items. The servers are very attentive and polite.

My wife and I visited for a date night on the advice of a friend. We both decided on trying the buffet in the evening. We enjoyed great tacos, Enchiladas, and the best caldo de res I've ever had! The horchata was on point, not to sweet and not to bland. For all the good that the food was, the service was the opposite. The young man serving us had no interest in answering questions about the menu, left the drinks empty the entire evening until I came over to find him, and I had to chase him down for the bill at the end of the night. The food was good enough that we are going to try this restaurant again, hopefully with better service.

I went for breakfast after hearing it was so good and this and that. Well to my surprise, only 3 things out of 10 that I tried were good. Everything else was blah. The service was great, but the food wasn't.

First time here and the food was okay…. Nothing special… went around 11:30 maybe will try the dinner buffet… lots of variety and a bunch of salsas to choose from….. some are very spicy 🌶️.. think it was $18 …. Try them out…some waitresses seem annoyed to be working there….

Half the food does not have a sazón that I look for in Mexican cuisine. However, I do have to admit that states in Mexico might make the same good but differently. For example, the menudo looked just like pozole, only difference is was the meat. So I accept that as an exception. The rest was just bland, weird texture, chewy, crunchy, or no enough heat. The layout of the buffet is placed weird and it gets crowded. People keep cutting line. The waiting staff did not seem to be on the same page. Three waitress came to take our drinks and we got them at different times, even though we only gave your full other to one of them. The cash register is next to the hostess making it again too crowded. Bathroom were appropriately built at a reasonable spot. It's good, if you have a craving for different things. But I wouldn't go there just bc I like it. Its mostly cost affordable for the amount of food.

Waited over 10 minutes before anyone even realized we were there and that’s the two servers working our section visited the tables to our left and behind us. We had to get someone to help us.
