I love coming here with my wife. We have our favorite table and we always share a sandwich. Today’s taste was the Croque M. It was my first time ever tasting this type of sandwich. All my life I’ve heard the name but never tasted it. I highly recommend it. We paired it with the greens salad and the mango tea, as well as a healthy serving of the French roast coffee and a second serving of the American roast. Dessert was the famous Tarte Au Citron. Nothing compares with La M’s ambiance, especially when Edith Piaf starts to play on the sound system. Bring your BON APPETIT when you visit. I love, love, love Le Madeleine! It's my go to place to meet with my friends for coffee and maybe a little something extra. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is inviting (love sitting next to the fireplace), and the coffee is really tasty. Our company has also used Le Madeleine several times to deliver deserts for our annual meetings, and special after parties.
Grabbed an early dinner and ordered the tomato basil soup, tomato basil pesto pasta salad, beef and parmesan potatoes and the strawberry bacon spinach salad (we added chicken to this salad). Hot food came out nice and hot, salads came out fresh and everything was delicious. Staff was friendly, restaurant and bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of seating inside and on their patio.
A real gem! We had breakfast here and it was delicious! You order at the counter while seeing all of the beautiful pastries and sweets that they have to offer! I had avocado toast along with a chocolate croissant and fresh fruit and my husband had a traditional breakfast, eggs, sausage and a flaky croissant. All yummy! I had eyed several things in the glass case while ordering so of course, I got a box to go! You will not be disappointed! Lunch menu looked really good as well! Can’t wait to go back!

The most delicious avacado toast and croissants. The restaurant is super clean and the desserts are delicious.
La Mad is our favorite place to go for dessert. Their Sacher Torte is to die for. All their desserts are good. We also like their dinners such as chicken La Mad and salads.

Ah the taste of home cooked French countryside meals. The portions are good and the food is filling. All meals came out hot, or cold respectively. The ladies behind the counter are polite each time we go, and make good suggestions or answer any questions as well. If you've never been, you should go. Parking is in the garage just around the corner.
Very good food, service is quick and nice. You ordered first and then get a seat, put your number on the table. The waitresses and waiters will take your order to you within a couple minutes. Overall, it’s a good dining experience here and I will definitely come back and try the other dishes if I am around. Recommended their croissant, really tasty.

We’re so disappointed, this is the first time we’ve had such a bad experience here. First we were told there was no bacon, so we ordered sausage, then bacon came out on the plate. We ordered French toast with over easy eggs, but received scrambled. The food took way too long and was cold when it came out, maybe they forgot it. Also the crepe was too tough to eat and the eggs inside were over cooked as well. We’ll probably stick to the
The quality of the food has gone down tremendously! I always order the French Dip and the Coconut Cream Cake but was very disappointed. The Au' Jus was just flavored water and the roast beef lacked flavor and was truly just microwaved or bain-marie. The coconut cream cake was dry. Doesn't seem like there's a manager onsite to ensure the food quality is good or to stay on top of the staff; which were too busy standing around laughing and talking. Not sure if we'll be back...such a shame because the coconut cream cake was one of my favorite desserts.

I am writing to formally report a very disappointing and unacceptable experience my family and I had at the La Madeleine location at The Fountains in El Paso on Saturday morning. My sisters and I were visiting, and this was meant to be a special experience for them, as they had never been to your restaurant before. Unfortunately, from the beginning, we were treated with disrespect and poor service by Jonathan, who identified himself as either the assistant manager or manager on duty. While placing our order, Jonathan left the front and loudly instructed our server, Jaffaline (who was very kind and professional), to take the rest of our order. We eventually received our food, but our specialty coffees were never delivered. We were not offered water, and we had already finished our meals before any drinks arrived. In the end, we never received our coffees at all. When I requested a refund, Jonathan initially refused. It was only after I contacted corporate that he agreed to process it. I also asked to speak with a manager above him, and I was told that “Jesus was too busy” to address our complaint and that he was with his family at 7:30 a.m. This response was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. At no point did Jonathan apologize or take responsibility. In contrast, the female staff members were polite, apologetic, and did their best to help, and I commend them for their professionalism. This experience was upsetting, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable, especially as I was hosting my family and hoping to give them a positive first impression of your restaurant. I am requesting that a competent representative contact me regarding this matter. I would appreciate a follow-up to discuss what happened and what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. I can be reached by email or phone at your convenience. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. Sincerely, Kimberly Turner
TO Jonathan the little boy opening store left in charge to treat customers badly , needs to be fired . He treated 3 ladies with total disrespect after we COMPLAINED that our cappuccino s were not ready or even attempted to be ready with our food . He kept angrily telling staff he had other things to do . Johnathan was rude, disrespectful to us and his employees .!.he refused to make things right he refused to apologize for his disgusting attitude and the distain in his face. He finally refunded coffee and said ill refund only if u dont drink the coffee..that he had another employee make as we were walking out , we left after manager he called jesus* refused to speak to us on phone. Attitude reflects his leadership. Do better jesus*. Johnathan God forgive u and have mercy on you .! Sorry to the females working under him . Ladies you can teach this man child. Find another place to work this place will shut down soon. Jonathan DO BETTER!!!!!!!!! BETTER YET QUIT ,FIND ANOTHER JOB. Ok bye..
Used to like it here. Stopped by at 830p tonight for hot chocolate and a dessert. Had our dog with us. Patio chairs were all stacked up. We asked if we could unstack a couple since we had our dog. They said no and said they were closing in 30 minutes anyway. Didnt want our business at all. Disappointing. Took our business to a place that wanted it instead.
Place it’s beautiful but the food comes short. Had to return two items. Latte is not a latte. More like milk and water. Daniela was extremely rude and unhelpful. Had an attitude, rolled her eyes and was a smart ass about the latte. I would like to highlight Chris was very helpful and so kind. Thank you.
Not the typical location i come to, which i will never do again. Staff was very rude when we arrived 30 min before closing and they were refusing to serve us dine in when there was about 5 tables some which looked like they were waiting on food and others who barely started eating. they ended up allowing us to eat there as long as we took it in to-go containers… Not even 1 min after sitting down an employee comes by to let us know at 9 they will “take everything from the table” when we had JUST sat down.
The food and coffee was good. However, they took 20 min to prepare 2 cups of coffee. We had to go and ask aborto the coffees so that could make them. The explanation given was that the manager stepped away and did not tell them. The two coffee cups were right next to the coffee machines for 20 min.
There was a line when we got in, no issue but the menus were only at the very front of the line, right where you order, the signs above showed nearly none of the menu and most of it was blocked by walls. The menus were outdated. We tried to order a beef dish to only be told all beef items have been cancelled. The staff was nice but hard the hear. The whole restaurant was just loud which made ordering harder. The salad was extremely water. The "grilled" cheese was more baked in an oven, cheese wasnt even melted, MIL got the BLT and the edges were burnt, and spouse got a Croque Monsieur, it was also horribly wet. For how bad all the food was, it was way over priced, was very basic sandwiches and not a single one was cooked properly. The only nice thing was the restaurant itself, the decor was nice. The layout and design was nice and made it feel comfortable and secluded as it had several separate areas but that is what lead to not being able the read the signs.
Very nice ambience and good service. I didn’t come for the ambience and the service though. The food is clearly pre baked somewhere and the recipes are not even close to being that of a French Bakery. The facade and reviews got me in here but this is the first and last time. The quiche has a crust of a stale pot pie and the contents have the taste of leftover ham and eggs. The coffee ( French roast ) will definitely beat any 7-eleven coffee on its best day ( and no, it’s not a compliment) It’s diluted and not hot. The pastry ( cherry danish)reminds me of the Starbucks brand, yes the one that they pull out of a plastic wrap and throw it in their quick warmer.
