We were treated so lovely at this location in El Paso, Texas. Nick was our server and he did a wonderful job. Not only was he courteous and efficient, but he actually had a wonderful personality that just added to the dining experience. As a vegetarian, I ordered the Buddha stir fry feast. It was filled with perfectly cooked crisp-tender green beans, snap peas, and broccoli. I had not intended to eat the whole thing, but I did. The hostess also needs commenting on. She was really lovely, even though it was a Saturday night and quite hectic. What pros these people are!
This was my first time trying this place and I really enjoyed it. The soup was tasty as was the meal. We tried the lunch special and it was reasonably priced and well served. I would definitely return.
We dined here on a Wednesday evening and had a good experience. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was friendly. The banana spring rolls dessert was a delicious way to end the meal.
I love PF Changs and this is my second time dining at this location and this experience was definitely better than the last; our waiter was exceptional and the guy who brought us our dinner had great customer service and was friendly. All of the food was fresh and we didn’t have to wait long our entrees came before our appetizer. 10/10
Thanks for making my birthday great I love this place and will come back in the near future. Big thanks to blonde kid with glasses,Josh & Frida
We had not been to a PF Changs since before Covid, and never to this one in El Paso. This was an exceptional experience. Food was fresh, perfectly cooked, and served hot and quick. I ordered my old favorite Kung Pao Chicken which was delicious, my wife’s Buddha Feast was outstanding! Our server, Nick was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very attentive. Could not have asked for anyone better!
Excellent! We had the Valentine's Day special. The atmosphere was great. It was busy and crowded but not noisy at all and still cozy. The food was wonderful as always. We had the Longlife noodles with prawns and the Black pepper filet. Both were tasty and there was enough left over for lunch tomorrow. Service, as always, was quick, efficient, and friendly. Desiree was friendly and helpful! We'll be back soon.
My friends and I ate outside on a nice spring night. Our server Nikki was a sweetheart and made sure we were well taken care of. The food was delicious but the service was even better. 10/10 would recommend.
Today was amazing! I had a great time. As soon as I came in the hostess was amazing and suggested new items to try out. Our server Jacobo was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond for us. Definitely will be back!!
Smells great as you walk in and got seated very quickly- even during lunch. Meals came out quick and were exactly as ordered. Our waitress Destiny hooked us up and was a cheerful delight to meet. Would definitely return to this location.
Came to have dinner here since we were craving the lettuce wraps. Got sat right away. Nick, our server, was very attentive. Great service and great food. Knew the menu and made some recommendations. Will be back again.
We celebrated our birthdays, excellent service. Nick was our waiter. Food was delicious.and our dragon Margarita was incredible. Definitely will be back
I had an amazing experience at the restaurant, the food was delicious, It has a great environment to go with friends or family and during my time there I was assisted by a server called Natalia, she was very sweet and she made my day with a great service!
Michael is an outstanding server. We came in for our wedding anniversary and he surpassed all the expectations as far as service goes! Thank you Michael for your kindness and service today, it made us feel exceptionally special ☺️
Mia was a phenomenal waitress. She worked every aspect that we needed and went above and beyond. She was very attentive to our needs during the process and has been so competent amongst our experience and I will definitely come back for Mia.
Visited prior to the movies and found the restaurant to be well designed and comfortable. Our server greeting was welcoming and sit wherever you like. Cheese Fondue is awesome as usual. Alisa kept being attentive to everything we needed and our wants. Great experience and we'll be back.
Updates: We revisited after getting a response from the manager, and it was fantastic this time! Greeted and seated right away. Service, food quality, and ambience was all perfect. We ordered 4 course meal and it was filling and a fun experience. Definitely coming back! ‐------------------------------------------------------ Original post: When we went there, we weren't even greeted for more than 15 minutes. There was a server but she didn't sit us down or showed us menu nothing like that. She simply said they have a shortage of workers that day, without telling us how long we should wait or no apologies. There was another group who waited with us more than 10 minutes and we all left the restaurant. Pretty sure the only server wanted us to just leave. Understand that a shortage of staff is a big issue but I'm sure they could have handled it differently. I've never experienced a resutaurant just totally ghosting ppl when there were tons of empty tables. They could have came up with a waiting system or something like that. It was just bizzare..
My wife and I had an amazing date night at the Melting Pot El Paso in Texas and we must say that this place was spot on… everything was perfect under the care of our FIRST CLASS WATER, Mr. Cesar!!! He was extremely polite, explained the process of cooking our own food, and treated us with extra desert at the end… we highly recommend this ROMANTIC RESTAURANT to anyone in El Paso without a shadow of doubt. Look for Mr. Cesar as your waiter and you’ll be glad you did… #meltingpotelpaso
Such a wonderful experience celebrating my husband’s birthday here. We had a four course meal and the food was a 10/10! The service was top-notch,our server "JOE" was very attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The ambience was exceptional and set the perfect mood for the evening. They even made the birthday feel extra special, which we truly appreciated. Overall, everything from start to finish exceeded our expectations. We'll surely be coming back! 🫶🏼
I love visiting El Paso in part because I know I’ll have a good dinner at The Melting Pot! After a long travel/work day, I love coming here to relax. All the other ones I’ve been to are always packed full but this one is like a hidden gem for whatever reason. It’s always quiet, the service is usually pretty good, and you can’t go wrong with any order. I typically skip the meats and just do a salad, cheese fondue, and chocolate fondue. It’s perfect! Can’t wait to come back!
Came here for my surprise birthday dinner! Was my second time here, but my first time coming for the full 3 course meal! Let me tell you, you will leave here not hungry! Everything from the salad, to the main dish to the dessert was exquisite!! I really did enjoy the dinner portion with the protein and the broth. I have had the dessert before so I knew the taste! So when you come, you need to come hungry! The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. They made my special day beautiful!
If you want something different for dinner I recommend here. We had the 5 course meal and it was amazing. They did rose pedals on the table like requested. Just everything was perfect you have to do this at least once. Joe was out server and he was very helpful and just helping us with any of our needs.

Caesar was an amazing waiter. Very hospitable, easy to talk to and knew his job insensively. Whenever my partner and I return, we would love to have him serve us again!

My husband brought me here for my birthday & it was quite the experience. The environment was very nice & casual, yet fancy. Our server Erik explained how the 4 course option goes & recommended met…
It was a great birthday meal and Thanks to Isaiah we had a the best experience anybody could have! We will go back and hopefully that very nice waiter will be there.

Went here to celebrate with my daughter on an off hour ~4 PM, while staff was friendly service took awhile considering there were only two other people in the restaurant. While the food was good, it was not congruent with the price. The dessert experience is exceptional and delightful. We got the four course meal and it was nearly $200 for the two of us with tax and tip.
We have come here multiple times for dinner, but never for lunch. I looked at the lunch menu online and decided to give it a try. Upon entering around 11:20, the restaurant was empty and there wasn’t anyone in sight. We stood around for about 5-8 min and finally, our server saw us and seated us, but gave us dinner menus. I asked about the lunch menu and the server, Joe, asked if I meant the brunch menu? I said, the lunch menu that’s posted online. There was some confusion bc he said he only works nights and was just filling in for someone. He brought the brunch menu and it showed $25 for the “Fondue in a Flash”, but the website showed $20. He honored the web site price, which we appreciated. We ordered 2 of those and my sons got a burger and a chicken sandwich. The size of the burger and chicken sandwich was very generous for $15 and came with fries, which were very good. Our cheese fondue tasted like it needed salt or something bc it was quite bland. The salads were good. The skewers were a good portion and tasted good but were dry with no dipping sauces. Joe told us it was just him and one cook there. The cook even came out and let us know the skewers were coming and apologized for the delay bc we had mentioned we had an appt to get to. They were both excellent and provided great service. The restaurant was FREEZING though and the bench in the booth we were seated in was all torn up (see pic), which looked terrible for a somewhat nice restaurant. Another lady came into the restaurant when we were eating and stood around, but since no one was upfront to assist her, she eventually left. Eventually, there was only one other solo diner while we were there - they must survive on the dinner business? Overall, we would prob go back, but if it got any busier, they would need more than one cook and one server to run the whole restaurant.
Overall experience...pretty good! Ordered the 4 course dinner! To be honest....got full! Well worth it.....fresh and flavorful! I took the option of cooking on the cast iron....next time I would use the broth option! The dessert portion was absolutely amazing! I gave 4 stars for only having 3 servers which delayed our service to the table
Flies everywhere and had to rush to eat before they got on the food wonder what the situation is like in the back

First the good stuff, drinks are good and sushi rolls are good. The bad, the old PF Chang model is gone, no more family sized portions for sharing, no more table side sauces made to your spice level and my favorite dish, spicy eggplant is gone too. Not a lot on the menu to make me want to go back unfortunately.
I eat at PF changs in many cities. This PF Changs has the vibe of a fast food chain without fast food. With the location very empty, our party of six was left waiting about 15 minutes. Then once we were at the table no one came to take care of us until we chased down a waiter. Their spicy tuna roll was not good. All ther food was adequate . Plates were brought out at different times over a 25 minute timeframe with one person getting their plate after everyone else was half finished. Tea refill with warm tea that left no ice in the glass. Several requests for siracha before it finally showed up. My padthai noodles were poorly prepared compared to other places. They mixed my ladies pad Thai (no egg no soy) with mine that was normal. Requested their signature cake for my daughter’s birthday but they “sold out” over the weekend. Poor management planning and stocking. They seated us in front of of the door where every time the door opened cold air pushed across our table. The crispy shrimp appetizer was excellent. One plate out of five was correct. Severely disappointed in what used to be a treat. I do not recommend bringing someone out for a special meal at this place as it is currently running.
First timers here! Atmosphere and decor were cute and very romantic. Service was top notch five stars there. Was greeted upon entrance already made a reservation so was seated promptly. - Glassware was spotted and looked dirty dishwasher needs rising aid for nice clean dishes. My husband and I order the meal for two $115 Picked spinach artichoke cheese fondue It tasted okay barely any spinach or artichoke in the dip. The breads given were a little too hard for me, carrots and cherry tomatoes were okay need other veggies more variety of veggies and breads maybe like a sourdough etc. Also green apples given for cheese dip?? We saved those for the chocolate because green apples with chesse was not for me. Salads were good no issues. I loved the salads! Main courses (pacific rim and create your own all chicken) were good nothing blew my mind to make me want to come back. The sauces served with meats were not fancy or gourmet more like canned or bottled sauces. 🙄 Last course the ying/yang chocolate was good. I would come back just for a dessert date. Over all it was just okay, we paid for the experience and that's really what we got.
Ok. Before you get angry at my review it's my review. I had never tried it and well I wouldn't try it again. Did the $120 for two Steaks lovers Meat and seafood Grill skillet cooking option So service was great. Host greeted us like we were at Ruth Chris. The waiter was good. This review is not on the service but the food and experience. I personally did not like it. It was practically a self checkout experience. Pay to cook your own food. It took 3 hrs to have the full experience. It maybe good for a 1st date but my wife and I have more than 1000 dates recorded. Was not our best experience. The fries were good. The chocolate fondue was good. Caesar salad was great . But that's it.

Went 5 times to this place since I love P.f. Chang’s so much in florida. It was to standard 2 times mid par 1 time and not at all to standard the recent 2 times, food I leave in the fridge 4 or more days taste better. The hostess ignored me 3 times walking near by no hello nothing, it must be that hostess because the other two I’ve met were kind, Had to walk over to the bar tender to assist she was kind enough to get my takeout that was sitting there. Worst P.f. Chang’s been to best one on Biscayne Florida. I love this brand it’s just this location needs total training on service and food standard.
Ordered dinner sized pad Thai, (no shallots or scallions) kung pao Brussels sprouts, kung pao rolls and chicken lettuce wraps (with romaine lettuce) off Uber Eats. Price was about $75 before tip, no delivery fee. About 45 minutes from the time I ordered did my food arrive. Driver did great, PF Changs did not. There were no sprouts, cilantro or lime in the pad Thai which left it completely flavorless and it was totally cold. Brussels sprouts were heavily overcooked and soggy, also completely cold. Lettuce wraps came with iceberg lettuce instead of romaine. I didn’t even eat those, gave them all to my husband. The only correct/ decent part of our order were the rolls which were great. I took pictures for Uber Eats but they didn’t auto save to my phone. Oh well, won’t order via Uber Eats again. Disappointed.
We were so excited to finally try this place because I heard nothing but great things about the experience Melting Pot had to offer. We walked in about 7:15 pm so not too late as they close at 10pm. We were two adults two kids. Right from the beginning they only brought one kids menu and two sets of crayons no biggie we diffused that hiccup. There were 5 tables total with only one large party of about 10 people and nobody at the bar. Two waitresses and one hostess only. Unfortunately I think Our waitress had had a difficult day as any question that was asked she rolled her eyes. The service was incredibly slow and neglectful. She came around about twice. At some point we asked for a condiment however we were advised that it was “all gross and old” so they rather not give us any. My son’s drink spilled about halfway into the dinner experience and at no point did anyone come over to see if we needed a replacement or to come clean up the spill. I have to say the food was great in taste but the portions were less than impressive. 40 dollars per person and I couldn’t say those portions were worth it. Regardless we were glad we went even if it didn’t leave us with any desire to return. Here’s hoping nobody else has an experience like this.
Just no. Save your money. We did the most expensive thing you could. $150 for the a multi-course for two (land/air/sea). A joke. So expensive for an expensive. I’ll give them that. It was fun and unique but damn, I am not boiling a 1in by 1in strip of meat for 2-3 minutes 20 times in one session. I came starving, ready for lunch, and left starving, ready for dinner. Sweet staff and cool experience but if you do it more than once a year, you’re a silly goobert.
Our food took to long waiters didn't care and when they brought our food there was almost nothing on our plates.

PF CHANGS more like PF BLAND The food was mediocre Panda Express beats it by a high mile and if you want a good Asian place this isn’t it bland rice, mid chow main terrible fried rice, tasteless crab ragoo, and the dumplings fried where almost raw god forbid someone got steamed they might as well be raw at least the drinks where good anything else is an absolutely waste of money
First of all, Me and my friends had arrived, and there were many open seats available, but they sat is next to the kitchen doors, where it was loud, and honestly just overall uncomfortable place to sit, but it’s fine. Whatever then our waiter came up to us much later, and asked us what we wanted to order, and I had a question about the prices, and he had told me that the chef feast was for two people and cost in 19.99. Therefore, I ordered it for me and my friend. Our food came out super cold. My rice was overcooked, and barely had any meat in it considering how expensive it is, also had egg shells in the rice. We ate our food but our waiter never came by and would just walk past us and only refilled our waters once . we felt super ignored, and I’ve tried to get his attention multiple times, but he would constantly just walk by and I would get ignored. Then I proceed to tell him that it was my friends Birthday, and he gave us an option for the free dessert. But when he brought it out, he just dropped it on the table with the bottle and left. It was a very awkward experience and even worse was when I got the bill and saw that the total came out to $20 more than I expected. I realized that the chef feast was charged $40. When the server told me That it was 19.99 for 2 people. I spoke to the manager and she politely addressed that it was per person if I would’ve known, I would’ve just ordered a side of rice instead of the whole feast. I was planning on leaving a great tip. About 20%, but after the night we had had and the service that we were given, I only tipped a small amount(7%). I understand that we are teenagers and that good services are mostly given to people that appear with higher class. But still there is no need for all the negligence and overall bad service. I understand when kids and teenagers are a nice restaurant it can be a bit obnoxious and you might not expect much but you never know. Like I said I was going to tip well over 20% because I am an adult with a hard-working job. But you judged a book by it’s cover and therefore I left a tip that I didn’t want to give, but that was deserved.
My husband wanted to surprise me for my birthday and made a reservation at this restaurant with a romantic table. The plan was to arrive and have everything be perfect, but when we got there, nothing was ready, they didn't even have a table for us. They told us they would set one up, but of course we said no, we canceled and left. Everything went wrong.
