I like to go to local and small restaurants. Some times you can find jewels. I can't say this is a jewel. It may be adequate when another place is so busy you will have to wait a long time and you are hungry now. As you may know. I compare the dishes I try to my mother's cooking. This does not feel like home cooking. It is differently feels you are away from home. This is a partial review since I have only gotten one dish. I may go back and try the staple of the house. I posted new pictures of menu since this day in age the prices are going up every week. Happy hunting.

No to the Mexican plate. The burger and fries were good but had no seasoning whatsoever. But after adding salt and salsa was good.

The food portions are normal but the prices are quite high for what you get. The flavor was average and didn’t really justify the cost

Food is good but not great. Prices are stupidly high,down the street on North loop or even Carolina,you will find places better and with better prices.

Been coming here for over 10 years, its funny they have the same two waitresses, slow AF, its like they ask if you need anything once and the two ignore you. A few years back I would just get up and refill my own damn soda, they don't like that but Its frustrating waiting for the HH divas....the food is really good, however the portions are small.

Food is moderate,nothing special. Prices are way overpriced. There is buffets in the area for the price of a menudo there. I really do not recommend this place.

The prices are crazy how they price potato Tacos with crumbs of ground beef. For $14 the ladies that work there are Rude and the food is so mediocre. I try to support local business but this was a miss this place used to be ok. The price and quality of service will not have me back.

The food was ok, nothing special. The waitress was extremely rude!!!! She acted like we were bothering her. She kept forgetting things we’d ask for and would take forever when we reminded her that we were still waiting for items. Plus, we had to go looking for her to ask her for things! One time she blatantly ignored us!! Another waitress rung us up and I don’t know how it came out to almost $100 for 4 people! We asked why it was that much and mumbled a bunch of nonsense. Apparently they don’t give itemized receipts. Will NEVER return!!! I do NOT recommend this place at all!! P.S. They have zero high chairs for kids, only a booster seat that my grandchild was way too small for!

Yesterday my husband went to buy me a caldo. He was told they don’t have small to go cups only large. To top it off they sold him the caldo for $15 when i had already called and was told it was $12. We really like to go there to eat but when we do every lady there is always eating and chewing their food while taking orders…their floors are always dirty and when you want to talk to the manager/ owner she’s never there.
