It was my first time going there, and I wanted to try it out. The food was really good, and Chloe, who works there, was super nice. She had such a positive attitude toward me and my family and seemed like a genuinely sweet and outgoing person. I just wanted to leave this here to give credit to her and to the whole community of people who work there.

I recently tried Boss Chicken for the first time and the cashier Azul was super sweet and gave me her recommendations for food. She was really patient and helped me when ordering! Overall, she made my first experience at Boss unforgettable!

Azul has such a sweet soul! She is an amazing person who will help you with anything. I was struggling what to choose on the menu but she guided me on what were the best options. Kindest person ever!

This was my first time and it was honestly amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. A huge shoutout to Chloe, who helped me she was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect. Her customer service really stood out and made my first visit even better. Went through the drive-thru and Chloe at the window was very helpful. I noticed you can join their Boss Chicken club and earn a free meal. Chloe took the time to explain it to me quickly and efficiently and gave me my stamps for the visit. Can't go wrong with Boss Chicken. Great food and great people like Chloe.

I ordered the big boss which comes with four strips, i usually get spicy but i saw the lemon pepper option that piqued my interest. as i tried to make a decision, Rebecca told me i can do half and half so i went for it. the lemon pepper in the boss sauce was questionable so i got the buffalo too. lemon pepper was decent and the spicy remains the flavor of choice. especially with that soft toast. definitely a locally owned favorite. can’t forget the coconut tea and emphasis on Rebecca’s hard work and customer service.

I come here often and last night I was assisted by azul, she was so welcoming like a ray of sunshine from the moment me and my dad walked into the store, she had a smile on her face the entire time even tho it was pretty late at night, she complimented me and really made my night, she is the sweetest soul and will definitely be coming back here over and over again! My family and I came today to this location and we were a total of 9 people and must I say that from the moment we walked in, we felt very welcomed! General manager Rebecca I believe was her name, she was so patient in getting our orders in. Once our food came out there was another manager with her she was a little short, but they made sure our food was fresh and also quick! They both came back to check on us ever after we recieved our food! Something we don’t really see in fast food. But this location is lucky to have great employees and management! The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned like they were blessed by the flavor gods. That Texas toast? Toasted buttery perfection. And those sauces? I could bathe in them. Fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned just right. Every bite hit like a level-up in flavor. Now let’s talk about the real MVP—Rebecca. She was a total rockstar with customer service! Super friendly, fast, and made us feel like VIPs. You can tell she loves her job, and it made the whole experience even better. I love Boss so much, I literally crave it all the time. I also love how they always have specials going on throughout the year. The spicy chicken tenders are my favorite because they are actually spicy!! Definitely recommend all the flavors and the ice cream. Now I’m craving it again as I type this!

This was place is deliciously amazing!!! It is very similar to their chicken tender competitors but only better. The tenders were extremely juicy and delicious and they have different tender options - original, lemon pepper, spicy, and grilled. The family pack was a great option for us and it included the chicken strips, fries, bread, and 6 sauces. The custard is also amazing and the service was great! The do have a drive thru which makes the experience better/quicker. As an out of towner, I really wish this restaurant was all over Texas/US. A must try!

I visited on 3/6/2026 at 11:39 PM (ticket #305) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was hoping to try this place for lunch, but the service made it feel like my order was an inconvenience. The employee taking my order rushed me through the process and didn’t provide any condiments for my hot dog, which seems like a basic expectation. In addition, the fries were stale and discolored (photo provided), which raised concerns about freshness and quality. My custard order was also incorrect. I ordered butterscotch, but the sauce appeared to be barely added, as if the pump was pressed once without checking whether it was properly distributed throughout the cup. Overall, the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the food quality did not meet expectations. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t return, and I hope management takes the time to review both the service and food preparation standards at this location.

So we went threw the drive thru to pick up dinner for the family and when we get home they had shorten us some chicken tenders, called the store and asked to speak to the manager which was very rude, did nothing no apology nothing. I've always enjoyed this place but with this type of service I'd rather go elsewhere. Check your orders!!!

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. The bread and fries tasted old, like they had been sitting out since earlier in the day, and definitely weren’t fresh. The chicken tenders were also disappointing, and the lemonade was poorly made with almost no sugar. Overall, the meal felt like it was thrown together and wasn’t worth what we paid. This is surprising because I’ve had good meals from them in the past, but this time the quality just wasn’t there.

i don’t understand WHYYYY they ALWAYS feel the need to UPCHARGE my PLAIN HOT DOG to a chili dog. every. single. time. why even have a PLAIN HOT DOG on the menu if they’re NEVER going to do it CORRECTLY ????? i’m so tired of wasting my money here.
