I always get the Iced Ecstatic, Philz way. Which is perfect sweet and perfectly creamy. It can get very busy, so you wait awhile. However, you can order via the app for pick up. The food selection is okay. The always as you to take a sip before closing the lid to your coffee to make sure its perfect. If it's not to your liking they will correct it to your liking. If it is your first time, do not fall in the trap of ordering the mint drink. It is pretty for a photo, but everyone that has been to Philz and tells me they don't like it. They always say they ordered the mint drink and when I convince them to give it another chance, but order anything else but the mind drink, they fall in love with Philz.

It's a must have every time I go to Cali. Someone introduced me to the Iced Mocha Tesora and that is the drink I have to have every time. Definitely my favorite. Yesterday I also decided to try the iced mint mojito based on recommendations and its surprisingly really good, considering I'm not big into mint. I wish we have Philz Coffee up here in Canada but looks like I'll just have to keep going back to Cali for the amazing drinks.

I rarely write any reviews, But they have a staff who called Nick, He is EXTREMELY kind and sweet !!!!! I have some hard time to choose the coffee, But he really take his time to understand which flavor I like, And the coffee I get in the end, it feels like a Personal customization coffee, It really shocked me!!! 😆😆😆 Thank you Nick ~ To made my day ☺️☺️☺️

Such a cute space. And love the mint mojito coffee. Their coffee is truly remarkable! Also the strawberry croissant is to die for. Went twice in 2 days already! The people working there are also so nice

Philz Coffee El Segundo is a solid spot for a great cup of coffee. The handcrafted brews are consistently smooth and flavorful, and it’s easy to see why Philz has such a loyal following. I appreciate that each cup is made to order, so you really get a personalized experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy your drink or get a bit of work done. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, though during busy times the wait can be a little long since everything is made fresh. Overall, great coffee and a comfortable vibe. If you don’t mind waiting a bit for quality, Philz Coffee El Segundo is definitely worth a visit.

The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I tried the Mint Mojito Iced Coffee, and it was absolutely delicious—refreshing and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. The baristas are super friendly and take the time to customize your drink to your liking, which makes the experience even better. The cozy seating area is perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Plus, they have a great selection of pastries to pair with your coffee. If you're in El Segundo and looking for a top-notch coffee experience, Philz Coffee is the place to go! I can’t wait to come back and try more of their unique blends!

I came to Philz Coffee for the first time today. I’ve been meaning to try it and was in the area so I stopped by. Sadly, they don’t have any Matcha 😭. I’m not a huge coffee person but I got the Gingersnap iced coffee with almond milk and medium sweet. I appreciated the time the employee took to explain to me how things work there and how they prepare their drinks. He gave me two suggestions but I went with the gingersnap. The barista was also very nice when he called my name he asked me to taste it to make sure it was up to my standard which I was surprised at. That’s a very nice touch to the experience. Since I had nothing to compare it to I said it was fine and was on my way. There’s a nice seating area outside and some nice artwork inside. After drinking the drink more, I appreciated the tastes of blended spices, the caffeine in it is STRONG though and personally if I ordered it again I’d ask them to mix in a higher volume of almond milk to balance it out. They had another drink with caramel and oat milk. I probably would’ve liked that one better and will be back to give it a try. Stay tuned I’ll be sure to update my review once I’ve gone back. Love the mission and story behind Philz and for that alone I’d support them.

I had the iced mint mojo to, which is pretty good! I’m a tea drinker and usually don’t like coffee, but this coffee I can drink. The staff is really nice. However, the wait can get pretty long. They have a sign that says the line moves fast, but it’s not true, at least when I was there. Pro tip: take advantage of the mobile order, so you don’t have to wait in line.

Not spectacular. For the price of a cup of coffee, this is what I expected. I came in to try it out. I bought a Churro drink for my wife and the oatmeal cookie coffee for myself. I asked if they could make it without sugar, and they said yes, which surprised me. However, I was extremely disappointed to find that it was just the other ingredients, minus any sweetener. It tasted like dry cinnamon and nutmeg were added. Was definitely not worth the $8 or what ever I paid for the drink, not to mention that it took 20+ minutes for two coffees, they ended up getting one of the drinks wrong and had to remake it and I had to listen to the manager or whatever chastise three employees for not putting the nutmeg in the right place.

Not my type of coffeeshop, no espresso machine, just drip coffee and the sweet stuff. I would avoid, if you love coffee.

I absolutely love philz coffee, and the staff are so friendly, but when I order online and it still take 30 minutes before my drinks are done i can't help but be a bit annoyed. I ordered at 9:50, I've been standing here since 10:07, and I still haven't recieved it at 10:22. Staff is so nice but you need to give more realistic wait times if it's going to take nearly an hour

I placed my order at 8:50 am choosing ASAP pick up. Arrived at pick up time 9:30 am. 40 min after placing my order. The order was not ready. The only reason I received my order was because I saw multiple people walk in after and have placed their order in the store and received their order and asked. This Philz does nothing to prioritize mobile orders. After waiting I received my order almost an hour after placing it. On top of waiting for my drink and watching the manager ask the workers to prioritize my drink, my drink did not taste good very burnt taste. I thought the point of mobile ordering is so that your order is ready by the time to get there. 40 min is more than enough time to have 2 coffees ready. Needless to say, this was not a good visit. I've ordered on Uber Eats and it's quicker than this. I understand it was a rush and busy but this was ridiculous.NEVER AGAIN!
