A simple place, but one that leaves a lasting impression. The rooms are basic, decorated in a Castilian style, and the furniture is functional. But the best impression we got was from the staff. From the moment we walked in before dinner and stayed overnight until after breakfast when we left, everyone was incredibly attentive, professional, and thoughtful. For example, they brought us gluten-free bread for both dinner and breakfast. We'll definitely keep this place in mind for future trips. Thank you for everything!

The Dulcinea Hotel Restaurant in El Toboso is a landmark in El Toboso. The property offers numerous well-appointed and soundproofed rooms, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay. The welcome was direct, simple, and quick. The owner personally escorted us to our room, providing us with the right directions. That evening, we dined on-site, and the experience was excellent. We ate divinely: a beef entrecôte, the Dulcinea burger, and the Dulcinea dessert. Truly wonderful. The next morning, we had breakfast, which was included in the room rate. Unfortunately, however, we were only served a tostada, a rather tasteless dessert, and two coffees with milk. We noticed that, given the subsequent influx of guests, other guests were served tapas and the traditional potato tortilla while we were having breakfast. We were a bit disappointed by this, especially considering we were guests at the property and had also dined there the previous evening. This is a detail that doesn't detract from the overall positive experience, but we felt it was worth mentioning so that, perhaps in the future, a more comprehensive and representative breakfast can be offered to all guests.

Impeccable service and excellent customer care. A menu brimming with delicacies, all served with enthusiasm and skill. I highly recommend it. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, and, something rarely seen, the mattresses and pillows ensure a proper night's sleep. The customer service is outstanding. Very important to my wife and me is that they offer motorcycle storage inside; few places do that, and it's worth mentioning. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We will be back.

Highly recommended. I tried the black pudding croquettes with roasted apple and spicy peppers, and they were spectacular: crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and with a very original combination of flavors. We also ordered the broken eggs with shavings of Iberian ham and truffle aroma, a generous and flavorful dish, perfectly presented. The cuttlefish is also highly recommended. The portions are very generous, the value for money is excellent, and the presentation of the dishes is impressive. Definitely a place to return to and recommend. 👏🍴

El servicio y la atención es buena. El menú de 30 € de fun de semana, de baja calidad relación calidad precio.

Para el tipo de local menú de el día subido de precio y sin platos destacados que había antes. Han ido recortando. Habrá que esperar a la vacas flacas en hostelería.

La atención del personal excelente, el restaurante y la comida muy bien, la habitación que nos tocó bastante mejorable, el colchón se hundía al centro, no había mesilla de noche en un lado de la cama, las gomas de la ducha dadas de sí y todas dobladas. El restaurante donde teníamos que desayunar habría a las 10:30, por lo que nos derivaron a una cafetería Hnos. Martinez que también pertenece al restaurante y la experiencia absolutamente nefasta, nos recibe el encargado con muy malas formas y poca educación, el desayuno que estaba incluido bastante precario y casi nos lo sirve haciéndonos un favor, vamos que la experiencia es para no repetir y desde luego no es recomendable.

We booked in advance for the town's carnival for 21 people, but were shown a table for 16. After asking them to set up a table for us, they told us to take a table from the restaurant's dining room and put it where we were sitting. Furthermore, the wait for our food was very long, up to 40 minutes, which was somewhat understandable given the special occasion. However, the food was very good overall.

La verdad es q el personal es amable pero el hostal no se corresponde con las fotos (solo el comedor), porque en la publicidad del hostal ponen una suite nupcial ( creo yo) porque la habitación q nos dieron a nosotros la verdad es q más pequeña no podía ser y encima con vistas a la terraza donde apenas se veía ni el campanario de la iglesia. No me parece bien q no publiquen como son realmente las habitaciones y pongan una suite como ejemplo. El baño la verdad es, que un poquito más grande la ducha no estaría de más pues mi.marido no cabía apenas y no es ningún Rambo . No fue una experiencia para repetir, solo si vas de paso para una noche, tampoco nos gustó que mientras desayunábamos estaban barriendo y fregando el suelo, yo he viajado bastante y la verdad es q esta situación nunca me había pasado, quizás allí se trabaje así pero a nosotros no nos gusto. Aunque tuviera q pagar más hubiera preferido otra cosa.Para pasar una noche de paso bueno, pero para estancias largas yo no volvería a ir. Lo siento.

Un hostal donde parar si no hay otra cosa. El baño pequeño, la ducha, más, la temperatura del agua incontrolable, sin vaso en el baño... La cama grande, pero la habitación pequeña. Sin registro. Supongo que el pago se fue al restaurante y libraron de declarar 3 habitaciones.

We booked a table on All Saints' Day based on several recommendations from acquaintances. We were seated in a wedding hall; in fact, it felt like we were at a wedding, with wedding waiters. The hall was packed, with approximately 300 guests, so there was absolutely no privacy or tranquility. The waiters were clearly overwhelmed, rushing around and not attending to customers' needs with sufficient attention, feeling rushed and providing poor service. I ordered a glass of wine, a crianza. The first one they brought me was a good organic wine. Then I asked for the same glass again, and they brought me the chilled wine from the set menu without informing me that the first one wasn't included (I assumed). I asked for a change, and without even listening, they brought me a warm Tempranillo. The seafood bisque was good, and the wild asparagus was passable. For our main courses, we had three ribeye steaks and beef cheeks. The beef cheeks were good. The beef entrecôtes were tough and inedible. We told the waiter, and his solution was to inform the kitchen; he wasn't able to offer us any alternative from the menu. We ordered an herbal tea with a splash of anise, and they added way too much. It was difficult to find him to complain because he was running around like he was at a wedding. Honestly, I would describe it as a disappointing experience. The set menu was €30. We won't be returning, simply because of the service. There are better places to eat in the area. I don't recommend it. If they can't handle so many reservations, they should close. They need to provide decent service.

We came to the restaurant for dinner based on a recommendation. The food was very good and the portions were generous, but the service and atmosphere in the bar were terrible. Waiters were shouting and arguing, there was a lot of clattering of plates and cutlery (they were practically throwing themselves at the table), and the main courses arrived at different times. I must say in their favor that there weren't enough waiters for the number of tables, but that doesn't excuse the fact that you couldn't even have a conversation in the bar. We'll come back another time and hope for better luck because it was a truly awful experience.

Primero nos dan una habitación que hacía 10 metros cuadrados., vamos a abajo lo comentamos y nos dan la habitación qué habíamos reservado. La calefacción no va pero tenemos una estufa pequeña. Me hubiera callado todo esto si no es por qué hemos ido a desayunar y mientras desayunamos una tostada y un café con leche, nos estaban barriendo los pies dos señoras un por un lado y la otra por el otro. Con lo cual respirábamos y comíamos polvo. No entiendo estos restaurantes y hoteles.

Buenas noches os aconsejo entrar a ese hotel el trato de los camareros hacia el cliente es orrible con poca vergüenza desprecio mal tono de voz como si fueras un perro yo me tenido que salir porqe estando pagado me reclamaron el pago otravez

Hemos ido a comer y no había sitio en el comedor y nos han dicho que podíamos comer en el bar, perfecto, nos sirven la bebida pedimos para comer vamos con dos niñas pequeñas y después de pedir nos dicen que la comida no va a salir… deberían de no querer abarcar tanto, si tienen el comedor lleno y le dan prioridad me parece bien pero que no digan que se puede comer fuera si te van hacer esperar para NADA
