I love going here. Good quality sushi for good price. The staff is nice also. I would definitely recommend this place. We got the crazy sushi boat last time we were here, we devoured the whole thing, absolutely loved all the rolls we’ve tried so far

Food and service has been top notch for YEARS. I’ve been going to this location since 2009 and I’ve never been disappointed! It can get crowded/loud but it’s totally worth it! I love so many of their rolls and they only take long if they’re baked rolls :) can’t speak on anything besides the sushi cuz it’s all I get! The dragon roll has been consistently delicious since 09’ and so has the Lion King roll (baked)! The lion king is BIG so if you get two of the usual rolls, I’d hold off til you see this one :)

My wife and I eat here at least 3-4 times a month! The food is phenomenal! The prices are fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and they are quick! They take orders over the phone if you ever need to-go orders. Everything about this place is great, we will definitely keep coming here as our go to sushi restaurant!

My girls & I have been here approximately 15x over those times we've had awesome service & a few of the times were never checked on once the food came. I can say the food is consistent & very clean & you can watch them prepa your food. I have lived everything we've gotten from here & out of the six of us only one would say she has other places that are her favorites. For the price I think it's great.

My favorite place for sushi in this area. We always get it to-go due to COVID. The prices are great, but I honestly don’t know why they don’t just price items at 50% already, since they always give you the discount anyway. My favorite is the tempura roll, but one time I did find an eyelash in the middle of one roll, but since it was the last roll and we had eaten the rest we didn’t call to complain, we just check every bite carefully now. The wait times can be crazy though, if you call after 4pm be prepared to wait over an hour!

Boring though, this definitely isn’t an upscale authentic feel type sushi restaurant. I wouldn’t bring someone here on a first date or anything. And the atmosphere was soo loud with many screaming children. Thank you to the kind waitresses who patiently allowed us to move a few times lol. I recommend an edge table. Don’t sit near the restroom in the far right corner because it’s not tucked away, it’s literally directly a few feet from the table. I think they need to install some sound insulating foam or furniture or do some rearranging. Everything feels amplified.

I had the crazy roll. I thought the sushi was okay....more cooked ingredients inside than the fish itself than I originally imagined. California roll was good though. I liked that the restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere and décor inside is nice.

Crazy sushi has VERY reasonable pricing. It's not a large establishment, so you can't really entertain a large group. I once tried to have a table for 10 and they weren't able to accommodate me. We ended up going elsewhere. Sometimes they have too much rice in the rolls and not enough meat. Overall, decent price snd food. Great place to go for a small group or solo, that needs to be quick and inexpensive. Not three best sushi, but certainly not the worst. They have an awesome appetizer called jalapeno bombs.

This was our 2nd time going, the food is good but the service sucks. Both times the sushi came out at the very end after all the other food, when everyone was already done eating. How do you have almost all your staff making sushi but the sushi is the very last thing to come out? I would understand if it was busy but both times it was super slow, there were 3 tables at most. They gave us our bill & we paid before we ever got the sushi, my husband had to ask for his to go. They have a “now hiring” sign, I don’t think they need more staff, just more efficient staff. Sucks because I really wanted to love this place.

Server doesn’t know what she’s doing. I ordered 6 pieces sashimi but got 2 pieces of nigiri. After reordering it Twice, was told this is last two pieces of tamago for today, like they have no access to eggs and target is not next door. Orders didn’t come with wasabi and ginger. Had to ask for Wasabi three times and thank to the chef behind the bar finally brought me some, two stars just for the chefs. Also got overcharged for extra order on the bill. Management should educate your servers better this is not acceptable.

Food is good. But not honest business practices. I ordered sushi rolls and then changed my mind within 2 to 4 minutes sushi rolls were not made but the said it was because the one I wanted was 2 dollars cheaper. On top of that they wanted to charge me 2 dollars extra to sprinkle sesame seeds on top of sushi roll. All in all like I said not the best sushi but good enough, I will never patronize again due to less than honorable business practices.

Worst service I’ve had yet! I came in and there was like three people who already were served all their food. I placed my order and waited for 30 minutes to get two rolls a California roll and a shrimp love roll. Ridiculous wait time for that and for not being busy at all. Maybe the people behind the bar should do less talking and more of their job working. I won’t be back for a while if at all. Rather go see chay down the street. His quality of food etc is better anyways.

I went here on Friday, August 27 with my girlfriend and her elderly father. Due to the heat and smoke, I asked the cashier if it would be possible to reserve a handicap table due to the fact we had a disabled (and elderly) person with us. Not an unreasonable request by any means, and she said she would see what she could do - they never called me about my table being ready even though I put my name and phone number in their system. So I don't have anything to say about their food because I never ate it, but I highly recommend anyone to avoid this place if it is busy and they have an elderly/disabled person with them. Oh by the way they were keeping tables "socially" distant, despite the fact that every other restaurant nearby was not - apparently they missed the memo that the vaccines have been out?

People are rude there I asked for Saracha sauce. There was no sign displayed saying there's a shortage of the Saracha sauce. They was so quick to take my money but not tell me that. I asked for a refund where they refused to give back at first. I asked for a manager the waitress said he wasn't there all of a sudden he pops up being rude. I was will to pay more also, he said he was only providing it for someone dining at the table when I'm paying the same price but taking it to go. I felt stereo type for being black and denied of service of something g I was paying the same price for. Then he final tell the waitress to give me my money back stands behind the counter laughs and talk in his language with the cooks. I went off again of them providing bad customer service. He walks over to me and tells me this will be the last time I will there like he was threatening me. They are racist and don't like black people. I went to mukinis instead and yes they did give me saracha sauce to go. I do not recommend anyone black to eat here.

I went here last Sunday. The waitress was rude and completely ignored us. They are short staffed but the other waitress served her customers fast and politely. Our food took forever, it sat on the counter for 20 minutes. We asked her if she knew how long a wait it would be and she pretended to ask the chef and then ignored us. We had to fetch things for ourselves. And I got food poisoning. My friends's lion king rolls were awful and didn't even taste like lion king should. Do not waste your time here.

This place used to be the best sushi spot in town until the service became HORRIBLE. My siblings and I came with my baby niece and we ordered over $80-$100 in food just to be kicked because my baby niece had a couple fries in her hand. People understand the ‘no outside food’ policy but she’s just a child and we ordered more than enough food for 3 people(8 rolls, plus 2 for takeout). The other customers and servers were even telling her to leave it because of how much we ordered (the food was already on the table at this point). Crazy sushi has lost long time customers over a child’s fries.

I have been waiting to write this review. My family and I went in last week on Wednesday to have dinner. I have a 9 month of son who doesn't have many teeth yet. I always pack him a gerber to feed him while we eat. We sat down ordered and asked for a spoon because I had forgotten to bring his. The appetizer came out and drinks and then the waitress told me I could not have outside food. I asked her do you mean this gerber? She said yes that she could not bend the rules for me. I was surprised by this. I even asked what was I supposed to feed my son. This is a ridiculous policy to have. I've worked in the restaurant business for 10 yrs and we never made families feel discriminated against because they bring their baby food. I have been to other restaurants and never have I been told me. It is a shame because this was one of my favorite places to eat. I will taking my business elsewhere.

Crazy Sushi just lost our business for good. Very highly disappointed of this place, after years of coming here with my family. Sorry, but our time has come to an end coming here and door dashing from here. Our daughter (almost 2 years old) who has severe food allergies can only eat certain foods so whenever we go out to eat, we bring her own food and have her epi pen on standby. I get the policy of no outside food, but for goodness sake our 22 month old can't have anything on the menu, but our family would still like to enjoy eating there. So as we entered the restaurant on 9/23/23 at approx 1340, we were told we couldn't have our daughter's food inside. I kindly explained our daughter's medical condition and not only did the server say no, but did not care to ask management due to the medical condition. So I kindly said, "Okay, we will go somewhere else and left for good. The feeling we got was as if they didn't care. I wish Crazy Sushi would be more understanding/accommodating to medical situations as such.

Ordered the chicken teriyaki plate. The rice was super hot but chicken came out cold like it was from the fridge. Took someone 15 mins to come to our table. Explained what was wrong and they didn’t offer anything. Took forever to get someone to help us and take our payment.

I came here for a pickup. They don't even have the sense to realize that I'm a customer. I touched the madam's hand. I needed to use the restroom. I'm a blood pressure and diabetes patient, but they didn't let me use the restroom. They disrespected me. They said they would only give it to "big customers."
