1-1-2020 I decided to stop at this location for dinner. I’ve never been to this location before. Everyone that helped me at the location was very polite and professional extremely helpful. When I brought the food home it taste very good. While I was at the location they were out of a few items and they were running low on a few more items. Must have been a busy day. The store could have been a bit cleaner. A quick sweep and wipe down would have made a difference. Overall it was not a bad experience at this location and I would definitely return.

My family and I like Panda Express. We probably eat there once a week. Today I went, asked for our drinks with no ice and this is what I got. I asked the cashier why didn’t you fill the drinks and she explained, “they tell us not to fill it if you don’t get ice”. I immediately felt unsettled. Is this the new norm? Am I over reacting? It’s never happened before; I also understand COGS. Unfortunately, this just seems like the business squeezing the customer for every drop, while making ranking in record profits. If I pay for a 24 ounce drink shouldn’t I get 24 ounce of drink even if I request no ice?

It was my first time getting Panda Express (I think) and classic, photos look great but then the food is blah. I went through the drive through, got the “better” steak bowl. One piece of broccoli and it tasted bitter and kind of bad. The meat was grizzle… just very disappointing. I don’t know that I will go back there.

I arrived in New Orleans have some MONTHS, and since that, every time I came to this Panda Express, it was out of SOY SAUCE! Yeap, an Asian store without SOY SAUCE for months! But that's fine, until today when I pass by drive-thru and ask A LARGE CHOW MEIN! not 3/4 of a large box! A full box payed! For my surprise when I open was like that, 1.5 inches less from the top! NAH NAH! I returned and complained about that directly with the manager that was very friendly and realized the problem without arguing! Great, than I ask about the soy sauce and he confirmed that have months limited to receive SOY SAUCE! So #PANDAEXPRESS, don't let this store close or without tour support! I love Panda Express and It will be said to see a store closing because of infrastructure. This was my experience. PS: If you buy any product Large/Small ask for that! Is your right! UPDATE: It's getting better because of that I will increase my rate! Hope yo guys keep improving =)

This site is hit or miss! I used the drive-through. Last week I ordered the Honey Sesame chicken with friend rice and an order of Super greens. Fresh, hot delicious!! Yesterday I ordered the same bowl with out the super greens. The rice was hard in some patches, crunchy in some bites and not very warm throughout. The green beans in the chicken were shriveled up and not crisp like last week. I was so disappointed. Sigh. If every visit I knew that my food would be fresh, I would continue to purchase from this establishment.

This is not a FOOD review because it was actually pretty good, portions are not adult size but it fills you enough. The person serving our food was very good at her job SO THIS one star is not for her, it’s for her coworker who interfered while she was cutting our Teriyaki chicken that came straight out the pan. She told our server not to give us the fresh chicken that we requested & proceeded to try to argue with the poor girl about it. Saying the other customers will get the old chicken if you serve them the fresh, like really? We don’t deserve fresh food? Are we peasants? I will call manager tomorrow to report this behavior because it’s ridiculous to not get HOT food requested that you pay for! If I want to wait for hot fresh food I should not be scolded & I don’t mind the wait. I attached a photo of the Panda Rules that are just like any other fast food place you can request hot fresh off grease or fresh off pans!

Without looking at the food availability options, I ordered a plate and got the mix of noodles and rice. Then I looked at the available food… it was atrocious! At least 80% of the food containers were about 15% filled and the food that was in them looked old and mushy. The only food that was 1/2 full was the orange chicken, which I ordered. She asked what do you want for your second selection? I examined the choices and said “ there is nothing here that is appetizing to me”, so she says “double order of orange chicken then”? If I didn’t already have the rice and noodles on the plate I would have walked. Very disappointed with this establishment. I have had panda many times in many places and this was the worst. One worker said if you wanna wait 5 minutes we can cook… I was in a hurry. Sorry panda, you guys can do better than this.

Panda Express used to be pretty good and consistent… The Orange chicken and noodles were horrible today. They didn’t give me ice in the Coke I ordered… something was definitely wrong with today’s food. I will never order from here again.

I eat at Panda Express all the time but this is the worst location I have ever been to!!! First off it says the restaurant closes at 10:00 p.m. not closed their doors and lock it at 9:00. The walnut shrimp is what I normally get and I understand that I pay the premium price and I spend a little bit more money than what most people would on their plates. The quality of the shrimp with soggy and falling apart. You are supposed to get seven shrimp because they count them out because they are some greedy people but this place will only give you six and then tell you that you're lying that they gave you more when you count it out for them in their face. The employees here are rude. Whoever corporate is should fire these employees. And, reconstructive this store. The quality of food is not up to par the friendliness is not up to par and they try to jip you on the food that they overcharged you for to begin with. I paid 16 something at another location here I pay almost $19. Something is not right with the store and higher management should really look into it

DON’T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! The worst location I ever been to! I had to go on Reddit to see if this situation actually exists! The guy serving food is like the food police! He only puts half of spoon fulls. The plates are smaller so no need to portion control it will still be less food than previous plates! He is kind of obsessive how possessive he is over the food portions, does he bring it home at end of night or something? They just throw everything away in fast food places so what does it matter how much you put on paid customers plates?! They made plates smaller to put hearty spoonfuls! I think this guy is manager but he needs to be replaced! He is awful.

People there are rude. I used to go to Panda express in other places and they had better service and food. I ordered Chow mein with orange chicken. Chow mein was dry and to be honest, it was mostly cabbage and big chunks of onions. Could not eat it. Orange chicken was cold and rubbery. Would never go there again!!!

Waited over an hour for Postmates to show up with an order that was completely messed up. This is the restraunts fault not Postmates. Even a container labeled broccoli beef was not what was inside. And to put the cherry on the cake the gave me 1 fortune cookie for 4 meals!!

I ordered a 3--entree plate…then saw the server put half-scoops in the dish. The king pao chicken is 80% inedible peppers. Such tiny, tiny little portions. Pathetic for the $$$$. Travelers: pass on this Panda and just get a turkey sandwich somewhere. Don’t waste your money.
