Food received tasted pretty good, but we received the wrong kind of salad... My picky teen didnt eat... Receipt clearly said "garden salad" & we were given chicken Ceasar...

Seriously the pizza is over priced. One topping large pizza $19 for being a take out place. Not worth it. taste , not crazy about it either. Toppings on the sausage I could barely see it. Big gaps. What staff? Same guy took the orders, made the pizza cut the pizza and packed it. Don't even if he changed or used gloves. Anyway . You all keep loving this expensive pizza. I'd rather order from a restaurant .

Horrible food. Pizza not done. Wings not done, asked for bbq wings and it was uncooked wings with barbecue sprayed on top DISGUSTING

This has been the worst experience I’ve had with Dominos. They’re took forever with the pizza, they had no communication with the customer I would ask for the order an they would go to the back of the kitchen and not tell me anything piss poor communication seem like absolutely horrible management.

For years I’ve ordered from the Domino’s in Elmhurst, IL and always had great service, good pizza, and friendly staff. I usually order online and use drive-up with no issues. Last week completely changed my opinion. I paid in cash at pickup and asked for a small cup of olives. After handling my cash, the employee went to the back, did not wash her hands or put on gloves, and grabbed the olives with her bare hands. She then handed them to me. I didn’t say anything at the moment, but I threw the olives away. This is a serious food-safety issue and exactly how people get sick. It also made me question how food is handled behind the scenes. Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust in this location, and I won’t be ordering from Domino’s again.

Pizza was so soggy! It was horrible. Ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 sausage, received 2 pepperonis. Ordered sprite, received coke. When I called to order my card kept declining because the lady kept putting the wrong number in....3 times!! They delivered to my hotel and told me they could not come in the hotel? I asked the front desk, they can, just not up to the room!

Call August 5 a sunny night girl on the phone like she never heard of cheesy Gaelic bread and 1 or Parmesan knots right?? I will ever call this one again, then they they don’t so my husband got up to go pick up our order. Worse customer service ener? If we had to leave the house that was false information because after our address was given she said oh ya, and then at end she says no delivery, I will continue to or from my usually , always perfect and great delivery the, just my husband a take for lave cakes witch I will get him also at out oil faithful ✌️if we had to leave out house I would definitely gone somewhere better…

Consistently great service and good food. Nice delivery folks too! Edited: December 2023 - bizarre and severe drop in service. 1+ hour late deliveries without warning. Just ordered and had the order cancelled by the store 1+ hours later after waiting patiently. Phone calls go unanswered. Something is wrong here. I would order from elsewhere for now. Edited again: January 2024 - happened again. Gave them another shot - hour+ to deliver a medium pizza, then the driver pulled up, opened his car door, got back in the car and left. No delivery, but reported as delivered in the app. Unbelievable. (We've kept the Nest video showing no delivery). Then when I called, 20+ minutes with no answer, rude person answered, no apology when I said what happened. Still awaiting a refund. Used to be reliable and good pizza. No more. Go somewhere else. Final update: For those wondering, the responses to these negative reviews on Google invite an email response. I provided it along with my order number. No response. No refund. Still no pizza.

Waited 2hrs for an 8 min away delivery. Didn't show up and app wasn't updating so I called. They said "it got lost" and would take another 20 minutes. Another hour goes by still nothing I call and they just put it in the oven. They said they couldn't control the staff they had. So now that's implying they never did my order in the first place. I wanted a refund and got it. Horrible!!! I even gave them time and respected it until it got ridiculous. The manager Melanie gave me attitude when I explained I just wanted my food!. I was too hungry but was patient for 3hrs too long.

( July 24 ) The people working there tonight did their best. I was impressed with how they handled the customers under the circumstances. I feel whoever owns/ manages this establishment dropped the ball. They did not have enough workers there at the time to handle the demand. At one time they only had one employee to make pizza's answer phones and talk to customers . It took them about an hour to get a pizza out of the oven. There were about 3 different customers with family members all waiting for pizzas and all very disgusted. I feel whoever owns this Domino's set their employees up to fail............. Do better

Undercooked pizza when ordered “well done”. Literally dough left in the center of our pizza. Deliveries are always an hour at minimum and they WILL bring you the wrong order. Ordered a sandwich and pasta to which they brought me pasta and some tater tots an hour later. Called and asked for the sandwich to be redelivered, which they did with no issue. Waited another HOUR for them to bring me another pasta and not the sandwich!!! This location needs to be closed or get a new set of staff. Do not order from this location. If you need pizza, order from a local chain. Our family loved dominoes pizza but we will no longer order from this joke of a restaurant.

I was not acknowledged in any way as a customer until I was on my way to my car. At that point, a "polite" gentleman let me know he thought I was a thief. Sure, cheap pizza... but there's a reason for it 👎
