Allie the bartender is awesome!!! Has a great personality and is always nice to everyone. Has a great awareness and always remembers what we drink no matter how long it has been since our last visit. Food is consistently good and served in a very timely manner. Thanks Allie!!

The prettiest bartender I've ever seen

Popped in and through this location with my family on our way back to Buffalo from D.C. ……we don’t regret it one bit!!! Our Service was awesome and our waitress was too. Her name was Ashley (ash).. She recommend the patron margaritas (light and fun as she said )which we loved and would totally have again. She made us feel at home and kept our visit short, sweet and filled with laughs … best restaurant and Applebees experience we have ever had, hands down. We will stop by every time we can in passing!!

Food was great. Service was..... Interesting if you are OK with boxes being thrown on your table when you don't answer a waiter with a mouth full of food quick enough. The endless appetizer option was very yummy. However, every time you asked for another serving, portion sizes continued to get smaller. Prices are fair but do not reflect service.

What I loved most about this Applebee's is how attentive the manager on duty was. Not sure his name, but he made rounds to the tables himself checking on guests. My friend and I went last night after a play, and absolutely loved Matt and Molly who were on staff. Molly was an excellent bartender, and was so on top on what we needed and wanted. Enjoyed lunch with family. Our server was prompt in taking and serving our order even though it was busy. Brought a special "birthday" ice cream sundae to my niece.

I had wonton tocas they were so good. My daughter had bacon cheeseburger with fries. She enjoyed it. Grandsughter had parmasion steak and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. Don't plan on going on work lunch break. There were only 2 waitresses, so everything took a long time. We had a good visit so all in all it was fine

Wait times were a bit long depending on when you go, but service was great and servers were pleasant. The food was good and hit and fresh when it arrived at the table. The mixed drinks are very good as well as the beer. Overall this is a good place for food and drinks on a Friday night or on the weekend.

It's easy to bring my kids here because they like the menu. Alot if the food was cold and my meal came wayyy later than everybody else at the table. It was awkward. The waitress wasn't on it for drinks. Overcharged and underwhelmed.

Food was good and staff was nice. It seemed like we had to wait like 10 to 15 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. It was pretty dark at our table, so I had to use my light on my phone to read my menu. Anyone traveling with someone disabled use the curbside entrance there are ramps.

Everything couldn't of tasted or been any better. Promt service, hot food. Waitress was very charming.

my friend and I went last week for a quick meet up, so we just ordered an appetizer to split. We got the pretzel sticks with cheese sauce and it took almost 20 minutes to get to the table. We met around three in the afternoon so it was between the lunch and dinner crowds, so the restaurant was fairly empty. otherwise our waitress, Jazz, was a gem, and the food was up to par.

I was in town visiting family. We went for lunch to spend quality time and share a meal. Our waitress was fantastic! She made sure our requests were made to order. I requested the salmon with no spices. It was cooked to perfection. Everyone was very pleased with the food and service.

We do not frequent here in Horseheads as we once did, this was our favorite spot we loved the bourbon street chicken. The waiter we had was very good. The silverware could of been cleaner, the place is looking run down these days. On this visit we had a complimentary broccoli waiting for us when seated (see picture) I am certain the waitress will remember this for a long time. All in all it was an enjoyable visit, food was good and reasonable.

The choices of food are great but portion size could be a bit larger. I noticed any pasta is a smaller size at lunch time than dinner time. A few years ago my husband ordered chicken and shrimp alfredo and the shrimp and chicken were undercooked and raw. It's not our place of choice but we had gift cards and used them.

Fun casual atmosphere, server very cool, friendly. Food very good for fast casual, accommodated our larger crowd.

I absolutely love Applebee's. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better. The wait staff did a fantastic job of sitting customers, taking orders, checking drinks, and clearing off tables. They were quick on their feet which made a very enjoyable experience.

We stopped in for lunch. My wife ordered the quesadilla burger well done. Unfortunately, it was served medium, way too pink. The manager removed it from the bill. In our opinion, it is too dark, (low lighting) inside this restaurant. Will consider giving them another try in the future.

I am, disappointed generally with how this place is. Like most restaurants of the same style (Texas Roadhouse, Chili's) you can get the appetizer sampler for only a few bucks, get a ton of food from it and you won't be disappointed. Similarly the bowls are also very good. However every time I go here the staffing is a mess. The last three times I can remember over the past two years there have been wild staffing issues where no one knows what food goes where, what table to seat someone, no one collects the check, the soft drinks are always watered down or low on syrup. Once I had a great waitress but it was for a work group so I think they just had someone experienced come out but generally I think they're having trouble with training people. Food is fine, management needs to try harder to get people up to speed. Cocktails are nice.

The store and staff were GREAT. I am only giving 3 stars because I chose the shrimp covered steak instead of my usual Bourbon Street steak. Thought I'd give it a try. It was very bland. I was not impressed. But the Bourbon Sovereign steak is INCREDIBLE! LUV IT!

mixed review. The first time we went(on our way out to Niagara) the meal was wonderful , server polite and very personable. One week later , same restaurant , different server , order was not filled correctly (but was corrected at no charge)dessert was ordered but not served until server brought check and we reminded her of dessert.

We ordered a steak for him and chicken for me. Why were they both burned with black crust! You know that black stuff that stays on your grill if you don’t clean it, that is what was on our food. Shame on you, clean your grill or griddle and stop burning the meats!

Well this particular Applebees used to be our normal date night spot. Tonight we had a less then attentive waitress. We ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo [which we where told came with a breadstick], breadsticks and Alfredo sauce [which we had to explane was indeed on the menue and even pointed to it], pretzels and beer cheese [which I find very good comes with honey mustard], the new strawberry rainbow lemonade which was very nice comes with one refill, the quesadilla burger which I like but that's a personal preferance, and lastly I asked for the strawberry mango blended margarita produced ID for both at the table as is asked for ever other time I'm here and two where produced. (This is inportand because as the driver I cant have 2 and my wife will not drink tequila. We even had explained all the mistakes of the previous visit to the waitress before we started in that we where missing some item on the last visit. Though we have had some very good times at this location just not recently.

Well, I met my parents here around 4:30pm tonight and I came in and sat down. Waited for 15 minutes but noone came to wait on us..but there were waitresses walking by and noone stopped. We had to ask the host to get someone to wait on us. She came over took our order and brought plates and silverware. Except we asked for ranch with our mozzarella sticks, didn't get that. Our food came and our chicken was overcooked and dry, broccoli was cold and we didn't get butter. We had to ask for that a couple times, by that time our potatoes were mostly gone. I might give it another chance but not sure.

I paid over 40 dollars for my fiance and myself to eat and the food was not great, not terrible, but was rather Disapointing for the absolute rediculous prices I paid! And after paying that I ate everything they gave me and was not enough to fill me up so basically showed up hungry, spent a huge amount ,and left still feeling hungry! We ended up getting some desert at Taco Bell that was way cheaper and better tasting for sure! The staff was super polite, professional and handled themselves perfectly! Only decent part of my experience! Great job! Your employer ...... Not so much! They should definitely consider increasing the sizes of their proportions especially because of how damn much it cost to eat there! Just sayin! Lol

Totally did NOT pay attention to what I ordered. Ordered my boneless wings last night to have for lunch today at work. Went to open them and didn’t get the bleu cheese like I ordered and paid extra for. Gave me ranch instead. I swear people don’t pay attention anymore. Probably won’t buy again from this location.

Ordered Carside to go two for 26 meals and a margarita. We were staying at a hotel literally around the corner. All of the food was COLD. The steak was like a hockey puck overcooked. It was so tough that my husband had to cut it up for me. I wouldn’t bother to eat it but it was this or nothing. Mozzarella sticks were firm, not a melty bit anywhere. Everything had to be microwaved. I asked for cutlery, did not receive it. I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. I tipped 20% on ordering and feel that was a mistake since there was no actual service.

Was not pleased at all.. right from entering the building. No hostess in site.. finally came from out back and was rude. "How many in your party". Not a hello or nothing. The server..oh man she tried buy was very knowledgeable about items on the menu. Appetizers were brought out and not 2 minutes later entrees. Cold French fries, burgers not cooked properly.. just very unhappy..won't go back

After waited what seemed forever and finally received our food (bacon cheeseburger with fries was cold my wife’s fish looked like it was deep fried three times )men’s room was nasty just seemed dirty and sticky.

We always order 2 for menu. I got the bourbon chicken and my wife barq ribs. Both came out dry and burnt. The ribs were overcooked, burnt and dry. My chicken had a burnt flavor to it. My wife sent hers back and the next ones were only marginable better. However, they took ribs off the bill. I order $5 Baha Mama drink. It looked big and good, but it tasted like blue water, almost zero in it and almost all ice. My wife ordered one but they forget it but no issue since it was not any good. Only thing that was okay french fries and mozz sticks. Very disappointed, I used to really enjoy this location in Big Flats, I will avoid in future.

Went at around 2 o’clock, we did not really see our server. Our spinach and artichoke dip was only a half inch deep and in its normal container.

Just waited 20 minutes after being seated (with one single menu for the table to share) with no serve to even take a drink order. Multiple servers walked by the table, not one stopped. "Have a nice night, " the manager said as we were leaving. What a joke. It will be a nice night once we go to TGI Fridays across the street where I'm sure we won't be waiting 20 minutes at the table without having a single bother to stop, even to let us know it will be a minute before someone gets to us.

Service was good. Hamburger and onion rings great. Fish fry was poor. Not cooked well fries old and cold. Cole slaw sour.Steak was like shoe leather. Fries were fresh and hot. It was near empty at lunchtime so no excuse from the kitchen but now we know why low customer number st this location.

I felt sorry for the manager or supervisor or whatever he was, running his rear-end off. They were obviously understaffed. Waited long time to be seated, with the employees just looking at us as they worked. The waitress was pleasant, but the order got messed up, in that one plate was supposed to be shrimp and they brought chicken. We didn't get two of the drinks that were ordered. And when we brought it to their attention it still took too long to get the one, never got the other. It seemed as if their was only one person working the kitchen. There were only a couple of servers and the supervisor, and one guy bringing food out from the kitchen. Applebee's ISN'T a quick meal, but that day was ridiculous. And I'm not one to complain. But I will never waste money or time in the Horseheads/Big Flats Applebee's again. It's not going to suffer from MY review. All the restaurants in the County Road 64/Chambers Rd area are always busy. That's all we have here.

Do not order the ribeye from them. Paper thin, full of fat and butter to make up for taste. Ordered a side of shrimp, thrown on the steak like I don't care. 100% fail on this place.

first of all I made this mistake of asking for a few extra minutes when she asked if we knew what we wanted. she took out drink order and didn't come back for 15 minutes. we were just about to get up and leave and she showed up. I ordered the honey pepper chicken and penne. it was around $17 mind you, it came and was just enough for me to eat, nothing extra. barely any chicken on it, some noodles were dry. definitely not worth $17. my husband got wings and asked for extra sides of blue cheese and he received 3 tiny cups of ranch. it sucked. we wished we had got up and left . next time we will just go to Mooney's.

Food was good but it was not busy and it took more than 30 min to get our check and then another 10 min to get our money back. Service is not good our waitress came to the table maybe 2 times and messed up my drink twice. Recommend the Applebees in the Painted Post.

Cocktails where alright. My husbands drink that he has all the time when we go to applebee tastes like she over poured on alcohol and honestly ruined the taste of the cocktail. The cosmo was too much, she definitely over poured on that and it's hard to mess up a cosmo. The green apple sangria was horrible I had not apple taste at all just straight alcohol taste. But however the wonton taco were soggy, the quesadilla was way to over buttered, the boneless wings where smothered in sauce which then made the wings soggy. We got no napkins and we didn't even stay for dinner cause of pour service. Waited 15min for hostess to sit us cause she was too busy hitting on a couple of customers. She took us to our table and then continued to sit with the customers she been talking with. Honestly poor service and I was giving this place a second chance after the first worst experience we had at this one. Honestly definitely not coming back to this applebees again.

The food was great! We came for Veterans Day dinner, the crowd wasn't bad, however we had to wait to be seated....at a sticky table. The host did come clean it, after we asked. He was friendly about it. Our server Maureen, became MIA right after the hostess brought our food to us and asked if we needed anything. She never once came back to the table to ask how our food was or check for refills. She was no where to be found to ask. We had asked a hostess for a to go box. As we were sitting there waiting, she finally showed up and asked if we were ready. I told her we had been ready. She brought our check, still without asking us how our meal was. Brought our change back and set it on the table and walked away. There wasn't any courtesy, she didn't wish us a good night, she didn't give me a $5 return card for being a Veteran. She seemed very unprofessional for a server. We were not impressed with the service which is the face of your business.

The food and the service was good however the rest room was horrible I could smell it as I enter the passage walking towards the rest room. The sent hits me it was a awful scent the rest rooms need attention for a food place I was disappointed.

DO NOT get the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich it is gross and there is coleslaw on it. Unles u like that !

Was seated at 1:10 for lunch. Not busy,maybe 10 booths full. Waited 10 minutes. No one came to table to wait on us. Left and went up the road to Chili's where we had excellent service. Will not be returning as apparently they don't need my business.
