Stopped in to get a coffee and glazed donut for myself and get the wife a cup for her at her workplace. Speedy, friendly correct service was the order for the day!! Generally a smile from the counterperson when I place my order!

When I came in and sat down a hostile and aggressive African American gentleman began to yell and threaten staff with violence, the 3 white ladies who worked here held their ground and eventually made him leave, good work indeed, give these 3 white ladies a raise!!!! Good food and fast service also👍

Very beautiful inside. The inside is set up just like a brewery. Clean, friendly and easy to get to. The parking lot is shared between other stores so you have plenty of space. Five stars from me.

It's a Dunkin donuts. Has the same stuff as all the other ones. I do however enjoy this one a bit more then Corning DD. The employees seem to be a bit friendlier and seem to care a bit more about getting you a coffee and getting you out of there.

I use the app to order & it's always ready when I get there and I've never had any problem with my order. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

The Dunkin in downtown Elmira is one of the best I have been to. The people are sooooo nice and they always get our order right. I think working any drive-up would be a challenge, but even more so during a pandemic when walk-in service was prohibited. These folks rose to the occasion and were consistently fast with service and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. The folks working the counter are equally as nice. We love going here.

We walked up to the counter and order our food which took no time at all before it was on the counter. Everyone was nice and polite. The atmosphere was great (music in bathroom just a tad bit to loud) but overall I would definitely visit again.

Coffee hasn't been as strong and fresh lately. Depends on whose working. Other than that for the most part good service.

Good service though the ice coffee is full of ice...I know, but there is too much ice. Also the Dark Roast doesn't taste like normal Dark roast.

Convenient, busy, tight parking. No towel and air dryer didn't work in the mens room. Confusion in ordering and finding my order when it was ready.

Thw sandwitch was burnt and sloppy. It was edible but not great. They also don't let you in side. Thats fine but they sould put a sighn. They also were all out of donuts, we went at 1pm.

My english muffin one side was completely broken and hanging. The turkey sausage is very good. The potatoes were smoched together. And no napkins in the bag. .

All the people are awesome but I ordered a medium chai tea and it was just barely half full. I hate complaining especially when everyone is so nice and quick but paying $4-5 for a drink that is barely half full is heartbreaking.

My favorite coffee in the world!! But unfortunately the location at Madison Ave in Elmira has possibly some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. Every time I go there I'm waiting 10 to 15 minutes to get a coffee and a donut. The floor is usually filthy. The garbage can outside is overflowing with garbage and there's minimal amount of staff. The owners need to step up and hire more staff to keep up with the flow. I will take my business elsewhere if it this continues.

This is the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. If you like waiting anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes just to order then this is the place for you. I used to live 8 miles outside of Manhattan and those Dunkin’ Donuts get packed and they know how to hustle. On a positive note, I’ve never had an issue with my food and the employees are friendly.

The drive thru is so slow and this is the 2nd time I ordered 3 vanilla cream donuts from this location and not 1 of them had any cream in them. Guess I’ll stick with the one on Broadway!

It takes forever to get your order and they tell the orders way too fast for people to understand. They are very rude if you don't hear what they say the first time.

We have been to many locations throughout the state of NY. They only get our order right about 60% of the time. Also they frequently run out of favorite items by 9AM!!. Compared to their competitors like Tim Hortons or Paula's Donuts or even Tops and Wegmans I place them in the very bottom due to the smallest donut size as well as the least amount of filling AND glaze. Go elsewhere!

I was at the drive thru for 15 minutes and there were only 2 cars ahead of me.

The service is top notch and the food is good, although a bit pricey. My only complaint is the rotten, uncaring attitude that many of the workers have there. I bought 2 coolattas from there and accidentally spilled them outside in the store parking lot; I walked in and asked if I could replace my drinks and they very rudely said no and shooed me away. Now I know they did NOT have to actually replace the drinks if they didn't want to (it was my fault), but they didn't have to be so nasty and uncaring to me about it, especially since those drinks I paid for were not cheap!

Go the the heights dunkin. We probably won't come again. Our order keeps getting messed up and the staff is always complaining about something or someone behind the counter, even the managers. We haven't gotten an incorrect order in the heights in 4 years

This used to be the best Dunkin. Now 8/10 times I've been they have gaven me sweetened hazelnut despite me clarifying unsweetened. Then I'm stuck with a sweet coffee cause I don't have enough time to go in and get it fixed before work.

The service was horrible. There are many people working, and I had to wait over 20 min to get a black coffee. The place was dirty, garbage on the floor.

Went there for the first time on 5/7/24 and noticed it was very busy. My only complaint is that the drive thru took a very long time and they were saying it would 5 minutes before an order can be taken. When I got to the window someone was just texting on their phone..

Our experience has been crappie, we ask for different sandwich to see what we like best and what we asked for is made wrong . I can eat alot of eggs and when we ask for no egg the continue to put it on the sandwich. Or not toasted, or they even add butter when it wasn't asked. Like today I asked for an English muffin toasted , with just sausage and cheese, nope the put egg on and add butter. Ty

I usually don't post negative reviews, But today I was picking up an order for somebody, and as I sat there and waited at least 10 to 15 minutes to pick up the order, I couldn't help notice a lot of issues with the employees. One was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt, I'm not sure that's the standard uniform and it didn't look professional. Another employee used what looked like the remains of a bottle of water to add to one of the coffee drinks she was preparing. Another employee was taking her time preparing some of the food for my order. There is no sense of urgency, and I couldn't tell if she was just slow or she didn't care. She was nice so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. After this experience I don't think I'll ever go to a Dunkin' donuts.

You say online that the inside opens at 5am on the app…that’s a lie, service is ungodly so and the professional conduct…leaves much to be desired

I stopped here around 5:15 pm yesterday. The inner door was locked and the one employee inside didn't acknowledge me yanking on the door and then searching for the explanation of why it was locked. They had a little sign listing different hours for holidays including Thanksgiving and Black Friday, but nothing for the following Saturday. I don't know what was going on, but I didn't end up getting the Dunkin I wanted

So I'm having mixed feelings about giving a 1 star because I have had nice experiences at this dunkin in the morning, however later in the evening is a different story. I stopped by sunday may 2nd at about 5:45 to grab drinks from the drive thru and as I pulled up to the window all I heard was a foul mouthed female employee talking about how she got high on mushroom edibles, I had to wait a bit for my second drink and had to listen to her vulgar language and talking about drugs with my 8 year old child in the car. Super innapropriate!!!

I order 2 small mocha coolatta and they were horrible.... went inside to see what happened. They explained they don't have coffee coolatta anymore only frozen coffee... DUDE THEN WHY NOT TELL PEOPLE THAT BEFORE THEY PAY. FROZEN COFFEE IS HORRIBLE! !

I did go to Dunkin for a filled donut but ended up not getting anything. There wasn't any donuts I liked available, area was not clean, very disappointing.

Multiple ordered with errors. Some where size of the drink is incorrect. Others where the food ordered was completely forgotten. The doughnut was the easy part and it doesn't even get put in the bag.

Clearly stated large hot macchiato when I first pulled up to the drive-thru went through the flavor auctions could hardly hear because the speaker is so bad then when I get to the window I have a medium iced macchiato waiting for me I tell him it was wrong and a girl inside started complaining that they verified it and this and that and that customers that do that are annoying I spoke up and said well I clearly stated large hot macchiato in the very beginning of my order and the girl at the window got an attitude and said we heard you and we're trying to fix it even though I still only got a medium hot macchiato instead I've been going to that Dunkin for years and it has progressively gotten worse and worse the staff have gotten ruder and ruder and the orders have been messed up more and more.

Service is terrible. Music is loud and they talk low. Extra attitude for no reason. I suggest using drive through, or a different location all together.

The women's bathroom has been broke for forever now. I was forced to use the nasty men's bathroom which is worse than a truck stop bathroom. Today was the final straw when I got my sausage egg and cheese (plain) bagel because they were out of the everything bagel and I took a bit my bagel was barley toasted and the sausage was cold. When I took it back in the women was looking like what do you want me to do..

I was fully dissatisfied with my service. My sandwich was burnt, napkins wrinkled up in my bad like trash, no chocolate drizzle on our drinks, they took about 30 mins for our drink while the peoples food behind us was already packed up and getting cold. They didn’t even mention our drinks until about 15 minutes after we were sitting there. The workers also started taking selfies while flipping the camera off right in front of us, they are very unprofessional. Another thing to mention is all of the garbage from dunking on the other side of their building the least they could do is keep the area around their store clean from their trash.

Sadly, this store is ran by incompetent and irresponsible people... When our order was messed up which was obviously the store's fault. Person who talked to us at the window " not my personal problem. I don't have manager's power." Person who answers the phone the next day "I will remind the manager". But she never did. The manager who I finally got hold of the 3rd day "It's not my problem. I wasn't there when the problem happened."

It says this place is supposed to be open until 8:00 pm yet the doors are ALWAYS locked by 6:00 or earlier. The drive thru is hit or miss if it’s open after 6:00 as well. The evening shift is typically rude if you try to get anything, and have on a few occasions thrown our order at us and said “just take it I don’t feel like ringing it out” then slams the window and walks away. Ended up stuck with a stale plain donut instead of pumpkin muffin on one of those occasions. If this is how this place is , maybe it should’ve just stayed closed!

The service is crap. The employees are hands down the rudest people I have ever encountered at any establishment in my life. They NEVER get my order correct. I have a dairy allergy and specifically request my coffees black, and every single time, they put milk in it. They stole my change. When I called to let them know they had messed up my order, the guy on the phone kept talking over me while I was trying to explain the issue. He finally said "okay bye" and hung up in the middle of my sentence. DO NOT go here. If you want top notch Dunkin from some awesome employees, visit the one in Southport. They are the nicest people and always get my orders right. Very online the piece of trash on Madison Ave.

I am at this location pretty much every single day. Every time I go I make sure to mention I need almond milk because I have a dairy allergy (not to mention they charge for almond milk). They have been messing up quite a bit lately. Today I decided on my lunch to take my FULL coffee back since it was wrong. They said they couldnt help me because I came in this morning. Really?! Horrible customer service. (What happened to the customer is always right? Not to mention I brought the wrong product back.)

Took 40-45 minutes to get 2 coffees, loaded hash browns, and munchkins and never got them coffee was gross and the loaded hash browns were cold after “they just got made”

It's really not good when one workers' cologne overpowers the smell of fresh brewing coffee. It was terrible. Update. I went back today through the drivethrough so I didn't have to be acosted by cologne. I ordered a bagel with sausage and egg with NO CHEESE and instead received a bagel with double sausage , CHEESE, and no egg. Whatever they are paid is too much.

Quite literally every time I come to this Dunkin’, something goes wrong. They always burn my sandwich, and that’s if they haven’t given me the wrong sandwich. How does a power breakfast sandwich with turkey on the side turn into a sourdough sandwich? I’d understand if it was once, but every single time I go there? Not cool. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

We just got charge over six dollars for two ice teas. Six. Dollars. We go to dunkin doughnuts so frequently the people in both corning, horseheads, and bath know our exact order. So, needless to say, when our order didn't add up to 2.16, there was immediately an issue. When we tried to get the woman in drive through to explain why they were so expensive, she rudely brushed us off and sent us on our way. If I wasn't extremely pregnant, and extremely craving tea, we would have canceled our order and left. I'm so upset and will NEVER have the displeasure of going there again for anything. I can't believe we were just charged for the equivalent of three separate trips in one order.

The girl that made my ice coffee put so much ice in the cup she was struggling to close the lid. I also ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. They made my sandwich with a plain bagel. The manager was staring at the female staff in a very creepy way. I could tell the female staff felt uncomfortable.

I was in line for 20 minutes at the drive-thru when I got to the window the guy said. Sorry for the wait and I said you people make people late for their appointments, doctor's appointments, work etc. And all he had to say to me was well. You know sir. There's other Dunkins around you can go to. I was appalled. never going back there.

I'd love to know how this place even has positive reviews.. The employees aren't really professional, people have gotten sick off of their coffee and food. This place honestly needs to be shut down.

I ordered 3 coffees through the drive through, 1 with cream and sugar and 2 just black. Once I got back to the office and gave everyone there coffee, it was found that one of the black coffees had cream and sugar and unfortunately that person could not drink her coffee, so it was just wasted and money down the drain. I never received a receipt and I tried to call the store 3 times and nobody answered and there mailbox is full so I am unable to let them know of the mistake so I am now here writing this review in hopes the owner receives this.

We came here 3 times and it sucks, are order is wrong we asked for sausage egg and cheese croissant and got egg croissant,. I don't think they even make their own donuts in house if so they we're day old not fresh. Sucks sucks . I understand Dunkin' is a popular chain. I understand they're busy. What I don’t understand is why a customer standing at the register, the first person in line,gets completely ignored for over 15 minutes. I walked in hoping to grab a quick coffee and maybe a breakfast sandwich. What I got instead was five employees bustling around filling drive-thru and online orders like I wasn’t even there. Not one of them acknowledged me. No eye contact. No “We’ll be right with you.” Nothing. It was clear my presence at the counter was irrelevant. Apparently, if you’re not a car or a mobile order, you don’t exist. If this location doesn’t want to serve walk-in customers, maybe just say that outright so we don’t waste our time. I left empty-handed, disappointed, and frankly angry that my time meant nothing to your team. Do better.

I don't know how this place has ONE positive review. This is their new Dunkalatta (or whatever it's called 🙄) it's a drink MADE WITH ESPRESSO and I also ordered another shot of espresso in it on top of that and it taste like milk and sugar that's it. This happens FREQUENTLY. I'll order a shot of espresso and it's almost the price of another small coffee and they don't put it in there or the drink barely has any coffee in it period. Plus it's half full with mostly whipped cream. Sometimes I wish I could go back there and make it myself I don't know why i keep going there honestly i do this to myself i swear to God. Sometimes the staff is very rude. I rarely get my drink correct, RARELY. If it's right which is few and far between it's my lucky day. I literally purposely don't dump my coffee in the morning at home because i know in the afternoon when i get Dunkin' i have to go home and add my OWN coffee to it to even get a damn taste of coffee in there. It's awful.

Just went to get donuts and the girl that came to serve us just had her finger in her mouth and I asked her to wash her hands before getting our donuts and she refused and argued with me that she didn’t have her fingers in her mouth after me physically seeing her do it. I asked her nicely and she turned around and went back to her window. We walked out, disgusting.

No soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms. My order has been made wrong at every Dunkin location I have EVER been to. People making drinks and food are rude and all the company every offers for disgruntled customers is I'm sorry and have a free donut. The drinks aren't flavorful and everything is subpar. The owners are the greatest people. Usually get great service. In and out in only a couple of minutes, but whoever was working a couple days ago, took 10 min to take my order, the 20 min to get my order out to me, after I kept bugging them, mid day. They kept taking mobile orders, and ignoring mine. I would have left, but I was already invested in time, and kept thinking... any second. After I paid, I felt obligated to stay for my coffee. The guy who ran the window saw that the counter girl was not so organized, and helped. Coffee was cold and tasted old.

Update: This location continues to not train their employees properly. I ordered a nitro coffee today, the first one had sweet cream and it was mixed and frothed up so that half the coffee was missing. I had her make a new one (omitting the sweet cream), and she put ice in it and a straw top on it. She said no one orders them and she doesn't know what they are supposed to look like. I don't blame her, if she was properly trained it wouldn't be a problem. I couldn't drink this one. See the image for a laugh. Original: My kids love Dunkin Donuts for their munchkins and doughnuts, so I usually grab a coffee when I treat the kids. The employees need better training on making standard coffees because I am frequently having to get mine remade. For example, just today I ordered a small skim latte and got a very sugary sweet drink. A latte is just milk and espresso. No syrup or sugar unless it's asked for please. I like the coffee....when it's made right! Thanks!
