Much wow. Bigger, more employees, clean and modern. The parking lot is large and as far as I've seen, the dining room is now open past midnight as well! I haven't asked yet if the "open 24 hrs" applies to the dining room. They could've designed the drive thru better, but it's what happens when you're at an intersection. My only gripe is that as we were eating dinner, we were interrupted 8 times by employees asking us if we needed anything like napkins or condiments. While I appreciate it and it's helpful, they come by way too often.

You win some you lose some. The cashier was super friendly and complimented my hair. The whole point of not going to Mcdonalds was to have biscuits and gravy. Order a breakfast platter with a side of gravy. Get home, no gravy. I am from the south and have been craving that for some time now. Moral of the story, and something I should have learned by now, check your bag.

All was good with the order just a lack of communication or detail on their part. When asked how many ketchups I asked for 2. Apon arriving at home I have to pull out my bottle from the fridge because they failed to put any in my box.

Come here if you like raw burgers and food poisoning! Oh and long wait times , which is weird because if we’re waiting a long time then why is the food still raw when we receive it?

Literally terrible! Every single time we go they take forever. They literally had no line! First they give us our drinks 20 min later we receive the food. They make the fries, THEN the food. So by the time we receive the food the fries are always soggy and cold and our drinks are all watered down already lol. Literally never fails and we only order 2 meals!! 😒 wack

They delayed my order unreasonably. Then they asked me to move away from the window. I told them there was no one behind me. They still order me to move forward because my presence on the window negatively impacts their "timer". Still I had to wait another unreasonable time outside the "window" zone. They need to meet the requirements for their "timer", not make the customers move in order to bypass their timer regulations.

Well to start they dont have a kids menu for breakfast and to add to that their biscuits are dry and tasteless El tigre the gas station has better breakfast than this place

Stacy was not very customer friendly working at the drive thru window. She was rude and condescending when asked about the collectible cups. Don’t advertise the cups at the drive thru menu if you’re going to be “out of stock” and expect customers to know. Stacy, take a break and relax away from customers before your attitude gets you in trouble.

Tried getting the new drink on one of the collection cups that they sell you for 2.00 dollars more. They would not accommodate request even when I offered to pay extra for the drink. Funny thing is that another location in edinburg had no problem with my order. The cashier (laylay) was not very helpful and indifferent to my request.

I literally live 3 minutes away from this whaterburger and I went for some food waited 30 minutes to receive cold food went back inside asked for my food remade and it was supposedly remade but it's still cold i called them to tell them to speak to a manager but the employee argued with me that he made them fresh i honestly don't see how if my food wasn't even lukewarm wheen I go to do across the street nice hot steamy tenders whaterburger this is outrageous I didn't even eat this crap I want my money back order number1562680

I ordered a bacon cheese burger with no mustard. And I received a burger with mustard, which is not unusual for this Whataburger. Their quality control is practically nonexistent. I always find at least one thing wrong with my food and no matter how many reviews people leave, it doesn’t stop.
