My momma bear and I ventured out into the world for breakfast and decided on IHOP. One of the best decisions we made that day. The service was top notch! We were greeted and seated almost immediately. Our server Mei showed up within minutes to offer some delicious fresh brewed coffee. The food was heaven 😋 I ordered the cheese burger omelet with the mustard & ketchup on the side, and my mom got the Colorado omelet.

Good place for "big-american" breakfast..their pancakes are out of world. Portion sizes are big.

Visited on Monday Jan 26, 2026 around 9 pm and the waitress we had was absolutely incredible. Kudos and give her a raise she was funny and kind and we enjoyed our meal even more because of her, don't remember her name but daamn she was great! Although other times I've been here after midnight and it take forever to get service, even then staff is always nice.

Sorry if I misspell the guys name, but Yahir is a sweet and kind guy. I came in late with my son rushing to grabbing some food right before the bus was coming. He was able to get my food rushed, and the night Manager I believe was also very helpful and good. I witnessed him helping a Uber Eats driver, we need more people in the world who are like them. Was our first time at IHOP being international travellers. Our whole family loved it. Great service, good atmosphere, value for money, and easy way to pay via barcode on table. Well done to the team at IHOP👍

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Alejandro & Leslie! We had such a wonderful experience at IHOP thanks to our server Alejandro and the manager Leslie. We were visiting from Seattle, and they truly made us feel right at home. Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Even though the restaurant was busy, she checked on us multiple times and made sure everything was perfect. My mom didn’t like the taste of her drink, and Alejandro immediately replaced it with a smile — no hesitation, just amazing service. Everything we ordered arrived quickly and exactly right. Highly recommend this IHOP location. We’ll definitely be back! 🙌🥞❤️

It’s been awhile since I’ve done at an IHOP. We woke this morning craving pancakes. So we decided why not go to ihop. They never go wrong with that. My wife cleans her plate and I devour my delicious buttermilk pancakes. The entire staff here was wonderful the moment we walked in. Sometimes a nice simple breakfast to bring that the nostalgic feeling is better that on overprice trendy instagramable brunch. Thank you Eduardo for the great service.

This was fast service, food was tasty. We were all ravenous, delighted with food. We started eating before I took pictures, it all was actually prettier when it arrived. We kicked things off with mozzarella sticks — crispy outside, gooey inside, a solid starter. For mains, we had the steak tips with scrambled eggs, hash browns, and onions, a stack of (protein) chocolate chip pancakes, and the cinnamon roll pancakes loaded with caramel, cream cheese drizzle, and whipped cream. The steak tips were tender and flavorful with the sautéed onions and mushrooms, eggs were fluffy, and the hash browns had that perfect crispy edge. The pancakes hit both ends of the spectrum: the chocolate chip ones gave classic comfort, while the cinnamon roll stack was pure indulgence. The coffee was great — smooth, hot, and refilled often, which is always a win. Service was quick and friendly too. The only downside isn’t the food, it’s the location. The restaurant itself is good, but the area feels a bit unsafe with a lot of homeless activity around. The back door was locked, so we had to walk around to the front entrance, which was inconvenient. Overall: solid IHOP food and service, but the surroundings may be off-putting depending on the time of day you visit.

We visited iHop on our travels in LA, where I had experienced it before but it was my wife’s first time. Food: I ordered the Protein Power pancakes, with a side of hash browns. My wife ordered the Chocolate Chip pancakes with a side of hash browns. I got a water, whilst my wife got a coffee. The pancakes were nice, the chocolate chip ones were nicer than the protein power ones, although could be sickly after awhile. The hash browns were very nice and could argue were nicer than the pancakes. There is a selection of syrups available including: Strawberry, Blueberry, Old Fashioned and Pecan. Strawberry and Blueberry were the best ones, the others I personally don’t think have much taste. Service: No complaints, the food arrived within a short wait and the waitress came over to check in on on us and presented the bill promptly. Atmosphere; It was pretty busy when we went at around 9am but it was lively but not too noisy. Overall: A decent breakfast experience where it’s not bad food BUT at $20 for just pancakes, it seems a little high. They do offer a bottomless pancakes option but they’re thick and dense.

The food was overwhelmingly sweet to the point of being downright unpleasant. This was only my second time at IHOP, and honestly it felt like being served diabetes on a plate — an absurd amount of sugar that completely ruined the meal. With the amount of sugar I put inside of me, I almost felt like punching an elephant. That said, the service was excellent. The waitresses were genuinely kind, smiling, and attentive, which helped salvage the experience despite the food. Great service, but the menu seriously needs to rein in the sugar.

When I entered this establishment, I was sat at a secluded area. They eventually forgot I was even here and it took 40 minutes just for them to take my order. Whenever I go to this location is always good but on Tuesday night October 28th it was horrible. Around 11pm Starting by unfriendly greeting and followed by a lazy service. There were about 5 tables being occupied at the moment. The server refused to make a shake saying he was out of them even after I saw one on the table next to where I was sat, I understand that's what they say when they are busy because it takes them time to make them. Let's say he was 86 in milkshakes, I asked for an iced coffee and the server said he couldn't make it because he would have to steam it. I asked for an iced coffee not a latte or capuchino. He said he only had regular hot coffee and coffee from the espresso machine, he said the IHOP rules wouldn't allow him to add ice to the coffee and therefore he couldn't serve my iced coffee. i understood the server was unhappy working there and didn't want to accommodate making an iced coffee, I guided him step by step on how to make it and even suggested putting ice into a Togo cup and then poor coffee if he wasn't allowed to put ice in the glass to make it an iced coffee, including an espresso shot and then add ice and water to make it iced. He refused and he said IHOP doesn't allow him to do that. I'm a server myself I've been serving for about 13 years and I know what's possible and what's not possible. The server was completely unwilling to serve. Im a big lover of IHOP, IHOP is my favorite restaurant, it was the first restaurant I tried after getting my visa and coming to the USA. I've never had any bad experience at IHOP in my 18 years going to the restaurants. One bad experience from an unprofessional server ruined it all. How could you say you can not serve iced coffee when you have coffee and blame it on the IHOP protocol and it's rules.

Cost entirely to much to be served pre cooked bacon, sausage and square of ham was burnt and not freshly cooked, said well done eggs and they were over cooked, not enough french fries with the chicken strips were hard in places and coffee Cost $4.99 for 8 oz.Cost $92 to feed 2 adults and 2 kids no thanks ihop, food was subpar and we won't be back.And 3 of the four of us ended up feeling ill later after eating this food, so it makes me wonder if proper hygiene and food safety protocols were followed. Won't return to eat there again.
