Incredibly busy on a Monday afternoon during Thanksgiving week, especially with all the children out of school on break. Despite this, the staff maintained prompt, kind, and professional service. It took me no time to order even though it was a long line when I first got inside & my meal came precisely within 10 minutes of putting in my order. Spacious outdoor seating area to enjoy my Cobb Salad & vanilla iced coffee under the sun. Special shout out to CC for always having smile as she was running orders to customers outdoors.

Amazing quality and service. Customized everything on my order including special notes and it all came perfect, the biscuit was honestly one of the best things I’ve eaten! Super impressed with the efficiency and accuracy. Employees are very friendly too

Nice Chick-fil-A my experience here was pretty good no problems, I got exactly what I ordered quickly and as usual it tasted perfect. Everyone was nice and efficient here. They also have a nice outdoor seating area.

Quality is slipping here. Last two orders I’ve had were incorrect. Todays chicken sandwich had the smallest, cold piece of chicken breast I’ve ever seen at Chick Fil A. Ordered a deluxe sandwich regular (not spicy) and it came with a slice of pepper Jack instead of American. Employee brought out a slice of American to correct it. I’m writing this as I finish my sandwich and the cheese is still cold, unmelted, as the chicken breast had no heating properties to it. Long story short: the value isn’t there anymore. $7 for a tiny, cold sandwich isn’t it. I don’t know they they have any incentive to change as there’s always a line around the block, but I will be voting with my wallet and coming here less. I filled out their survey the last time I was here and got an incomplete order. Wasn’t contacted, no apology. I think they just have more business than they know what to do with, and that’s fine.

Normally I would give this particular location stellar reviews. I came here to get my meal prep for my work shift tomorrow. Drove 20 minutes which is fine and walked inside to get my to go order. When I got my order I looked to make sure all was well. I should have looked in the box which literally is the same box for 3 count chicken strips. Got home and it was a box of hash browns. I called and asked to speak to the manager. Usually I would be super cool about it but she put me on hold and after 15 minutes of waiting never came back. For a manager that is poor customer service. I will not return!

Absolutely terrible service. I’ll never come back to this location. The employees treated me with no respect, were not helpful, and wanted to argue or point fingers at me before offering any assistance or apologizing for the confusion on their end.

Really? Now Charging for Bags!! This will be my last time at Chik-fil-A. Their philosophy reminds of Disneyland. Nickel and dime customers for everything while simultaneously raising prices. I became unnerved when I did not want to pay for a bag. I don't care if the bag is 10 cents I did not want to pay. However, it's no choice! Personally I don't like to be monetarily bullied. I don't care if it's 10 cents, a dollar or whatever. The prices are equitable to a sit-down dinner at a cafe, with more healthy food and more variety of choices. Chik-fil-A, I won't ghost you but this relationship is a done da da.

I was not happy about the quality of my order last night!!! I paid $9 for just this! A gas station sandwich looks much better than this… I’m used to a better quality from Chick Fil A!

Don't bother with this location I advise you to go somewhere else. I arrived here the other night at 930. The dining room was closed and only the drive thru was open. Unfortunately for me I had cargo on my truck that wouldn't allow me to use it. So I ordered on the app and went to the door and waved one of the employees, she came out to ask me if everything was alright. I told her I couldn't make it through the drive thru and placed my order with the app. She asked my name and I told her and she went back inside. A few minutes later she came to the door with my food. I sat down outside on the patio to eat it real quick. Mind you the restaurant isn't closed. A few minutes go by and two San Diego County sheriff's show up. I tell them the dining room is closed and they would have to use the drive thru. They then ask me what I'm doing there. I then realize they are there for me. After I explain the situation they quickly realize it's a mistake. I see them go inside the restaurant and speak with the employee. I then realized they called the police on me. The cops come out have a chat again and it's all a mistake. Here's the kicker not one employee came out with the police to apologize. NOT ONE. They train their staff to say "My pleasure" but not "Sorry I called the cops on you by accident". After that the cops left and I left. I called the the restaurant the next day. Got ahold of the manager. He basically told me that employees fear for their safety time to time even if it's a mistake. Totally understandable but again were was the apology then? He goes on to apologize and tells me he appreciates my feedback and he's going to reward me some food. I check my Chik Fil A app the next day and he sent me a free Chik Fil A Sandwich. ONE. For being harassed by the police. It seems like Chik Fil A automatically sends me a sandwich like once a month anyway.... I couldn't go to bed til 1 am after being worked up by being harassed by the police. But hey here's a free $4 dollar sandwich... What a joke. Below I've attached the photo of my truck and the cruisers in front of the restaurant. Updated review... Owner commented below saying there Head of Operations reached out. This is false no one reached out to me. I called the store and they acted like it was nothing.

Quite possibly the worst Chick-Fil-A location in the US. This place has some of the slowest service I’ve ever seen at a Chick-Fil-A location. What’s worse — both times we’ve been to this location they’ve completely messed up the order. For instance in the photo you’ll see a request for an egg white chicken sandwich of which there is no egg. Literally mind blown at how horrible this place is. The service is pretty subpar as well, lines are very long - normally other locations move the cars through pretty quickly. Very disappointing - the GM should overhaul his staff. STAY AWAY. Go to the other locations. Trust me — this one will let you down more than your parents at Christmas time.
