This place was extremely busy and in sure it gets a lot of universal studio traffic. But it was good as always. Ordered in three app which helped tremendously

The food is good but this location has no parking, no sitting inside, just some benches outside. Not a great place to eat but for pickup only and even that's really congested and you have to go up and make a u turn and wait 15-20 min. I'm not that much of a Chick-fil-A fan to go through this often but it's the closest to me.

Almost a great experience here. Staff are friendly and usually mobile order so my order is ready by the time I get there. Wish they had an indoor dining place but besides that one of my favorites go to places for lunch

Excellent food and polite service (like all Chick-Fil-A's!). I don't know what they were thinking when they designed the drive-thru, though. You have to wait in the drive-thru line to enter the parking lot and pick up the food you ordered in advance. Nevertheless, glad to have them in the neighborhood!

The unsweetened tea always hits the spot and made just right-never too strong or watered down (used to go to Duncan and Starbucks for unsweetened black tea, but is was always made inconsistently). My food orders are always correct even with modifications, fresh and hot. The staff is always greeting you with a smile and so friendly.

They were fast and efficient. I'm always scared to eat chicken sandwiches because they have to be cooked perfectly. All of our food was cooked to perfection. I love that you can sub the kids meal side for Mac n cheese. I also love thag they aren't stingy with their sauces. They also have great and friendly employees. 👍👍

Excellent chicken! This Chick Fil A isn't in the best location for a drive thru or dine in but they have done a great job being incredibly efficient with their drive thru. I was just here today and the line was very long but it moved quickly and I was in and out (no pun intended) of there much faster than anticipated.

Best drive through ever. There was a manager outside assisting employees and customers and directing traffic. There were at least 6 people outside taking orders at 2pm. It was over 100 degrees and they were moving fast and were super nice despite they must have felt awful out there. They had a water station and cooling neck towels for employees as well. Everything was really fast and smooth and everyone was working hard.

As someone with gluten and dairy issues, I never eat fast food. However Chick-fil-A has gluten-free options. The grilled chicken with a gluten-free bun is great. Or go protein style! They also have salads and fruit bowls. So you can eat somewhat healthy fast food. As for service, be patient with new trainees. Fast food does have a high turnover rate, especially with new Summer hires. The staff does a great job overall. Be aware of the ten cent bag fee. Also be careful navigating the parking lot. You cannot make a left into parking from Ventura Blvd. It's best to take the Winnetka freeway exit.

Ordered drive thru, excellent service and good food

You really can depend on great chicken of any form here. Strips, nuggets and sandwiches. Always cooked to order, fresh, hot, juicy, tender and flavorful. Today, 4 piece strips and fries and lemonade. I love the sauces I hot the sweet & spicy Sriracha, Polynesian along with the chick FIL a. All are so good.

I am a tourist and I NEVER LIKE CHICKEN BREAST! It was until I try their chicken strip is so juicy and tender. Do eat them before going back 🤭!

I love chick-fil-A on the regular but seriously I have had the best experience recently with them they truly hire good kids. Gisselle and Nikou helped me with my order and were nice enough to be attentive when I needed extra napkins, and sauces as much as I bugged them since I took my 2 year old and he was a bit messy l. The drive through is a bit chaotic, but the staff are really good and get your through without much hassle. Needless to say this is a good location for Chick-fil-A in my opinion.

This location has nice staff and good service with decent fare. Please be advised that they only have outdoor patio seating. There are two combined unisex reatrooms that were clean and in good order. One orders and pays at one window and either goes to a pick up window if you have a to-go order or have your food bought to your table via a table top sign that they give you.

Spicy deluxe is good! Not at all spicy in my opinion. The fries are waffle style, taste good, but is too big for container so often you get less than the actual container itself and they are quite expensive.

Employees were amazing and the food was as amazing as you’d expect! Went over on the third day they were open and it was a bit of a ****show. The location is such that the drive through line needs to spill out onto the neighborhood road. Fortunately there were traffic cops keeping it under control. Also the end of the drive through dumps out onto Ventura so I got my food a good while before I was able to exit due to a line of cars waiting for Ventura Blvd traffic to clear.

I've only had their grilled chicken sandwiches and the market fresh salad and they were both pretty tasty. They are both pretty healthy for fast food. If I am in the mood for chicken salads or sandwiches, this is where I usually go. Also, all of their sauces and dressings are on point as well. All good.

This Chick Fil A is pretty good. I go there every now and then on my way to work through the drive through! The food is great, the workers are nice but they take a while for the food to be prepared.

Really nice and caring staff. Food was ready quickly and given to me. I'm pretty sure an employee was leaving for lunch but she made it a point in giving me my meal before that. My only complaint is the outside eating area has enough dirty tables to notice.

Food was great. My son loves the strips and nuggets. Had a few mishaps during our 10 day visit but nothing they couldn't fix. One girl in particular was amazing she was so friendly and outgoing and wanted to make it right for us. Really appreciated her kindness. She had glasses and ponytail. You rock! The parking lot is basically non existent that's the only complaint. It would be nice to have somewhere to park and go in or stop and eat.

Honestly, almost no complaints about this location; food is delicious, customer service is excellent, but there is one problem: the metal chairs in the outdoor section are horribly abrasive to the ears. They make a grinding sound when they are slid on the concrete- metal chairs are not the best choice for an outdoor cement patio. Otherwise, great location.

The food is good. Would I say it’s the best? No. Got the chicken biscuit sandwich which was good and better than most other places. The hash browns were okay, kinda soggy with oil. Their coffee is alright for what it is too. Is their customer service good? Yes! Went to this location for the first time on a morning during a weekday. Whoever the young gentleman that was working the drive thru window was super pleasant.

Reason for visiting: brunch/early lunch; went to grab bite while my car was being detailed Date/time of visit: Friday afternoon, ~11:00 Pm Parking: there's parking in the adjacent lot and/or on the street. There should always be parking since there's limited outdoor seating. Party size: 1 Environment/ambience: no indoor dining. Mostly drive thru and pick up orders. There's outdoor seating, not too much. There is a restroom but didn't use it. Service: was ok. Initially no one at the front to take orders; had to walk around and ask the folks working the drive thru line. They'll bring your order to you if you eat there. Food: was great. I had the deluxe chicken combo, #1 and/or the first choice on the menu. Waffle fries were good with the Sriracha sweet sauce. Arnold Palmer was good too. Cost: ~$9

The people (employees)were fine. The food was fine. Location? Not so much. Drove past on Ventura, eventually made a u-turn, onto White Oak, and the only way into the line is another u-turn. But they must have annoyed the neighbors so much that there are "no u-turn" signs for a significant distance beyond the store and into the two-lane residential street. It was so frustrating I wanted to give up, but we had already placed an order on the app so it was in and paid for. Grrrrrrr!

I love this place, but something always missing from my order

Food of course is bomb, but what is disappointing is when we get to the house all happy & hungry looking forward in eating our order just to find out how disappointing our fries were after ordering the largest fries they had and to see that each of our fries were filled up less than half inside the lil fry holder box like maybe a good ten fries in them each. I should of known better seeing that there was nothing but teens working in there that weren't paying attention. I never received the sauce I ordered but I let it go since I was already waiting for a good minute but hopefully they have improve and most definitely will check my order next time before leaving which I shouldn't have to but I will just to avoid another disappointment.

Food was good, but entrance to this location was rediculously difficult. There are traffic cones of control and no U-Turn signs all the way up the street, and you can not make a left turn into the lot. Sorry Chick-fil-A, whoever chose this location made a poor choice. On 3/4 , the employee working the walk up window left people standing for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment.

We ordered meals for 7 people. We requested 2 sauces for each person like they allow. We didn't received a single one.

I never do reviews, but I have to comment on how poorly positioned this location is. The drive thru line spills out into White Oak and blocks up the intersection. It's literally hazardous, yet for some reason there is only one entrance to both the drive thru and the smallest parking lot ever made. This is kind of a nightmare.

I love Chic-fil-a but this location is out of sorts. They are completely disorganized serving cars in line while the car at the window is holding up everyone. The bun on my sandwich was hard as a rock and the lemonade slush was like warm melted ice cream with lemonade in it once again I love Chick-fil-A but ill never go to this location again

they don't cook food at all. This is some kind of sandwich without the use of frying equipment and without any traces of theft. frozen mass heated in a microwave oven. taste buds just ask not to come here anymore. respect your stomach!!!! Worst chicken on the planet.

I love chick fil a and have been to many, this has by far the worse customer service of any. They've missed something or didn't have my mobile order ready after i place it from home, Food good but if you appreciate chick fil a usual customer service, just drive to burbank location. This is pretty much the worst location out of all the Chick-fil-A’s in the valley. The service is really slow, the chicken doesn’t look nor taste very fresh, and twice now when I’ve asked for extra pickles, they put none instead. Like come on, once is whatever, everyone makes mistakes. But twice? So over this place and will now make the drive to the Northridge location, which is a thousand times faster and accurate despite the heavier foot traffic.

They forget a piece of the order almost every time. It’s crazy. The food is great if I get it. It chick-fil-a, you know it’s good food. But twice now, back to back they forgot an entire piece of the meal. Figure it out guys. Your current system of checking that is not working. This location stinks.

The layout of this restaurant is insane. The drive-thru and the tiny parking lot share one entrance, and it's a chick-fil-a, so you know that drive-thru line is pouring out into the street during the dinner rush. This means that you have to wait in the drive-thru line to even get to the parking lot. Then, once you're parked, you have to walk around the entire building to the opposite face of the building where they have walk-up windows to place your order. Their "dining area" is a small group of outdoor tables that don't seem to get cleaned. The placement is so puzzling. This restaurant takes up a decent chunk of real estate, but the tiny outdoor dining area is shoved all the way into the corner of the property, mere feet away from Ventura Blvd. And please get some trash cans in the parking area! You don't have any indoor seating, so you know people are going to be sitting in their cars to eat, especially on cold nights. Don't make me make multiple trips from the parking lot to the front of the building. Very perplexing experience.

White oak Encino Chick-fil-A Hass to be the worst with Customer Service only because they forget those standard qualities that Chick-fil-A a pose like ask you how many sauces you want making sure your fries are fresh and hot not soggy. They actually don’t take request for fresh to order fries you have to order them without salt to get them fresh. Being attentive to customer needs would always be great in the end

Only 3 compact parking spots in a decent size lot. The rest of the parking lot is all blocked off to make a second drive thru lane. Just a really bad experience when we wanted to eat there and it’s Togo only unless you are illegally parked. My husband circled the area while I got out and waited for the food. It should be called a Chick fil A drive thru or “express” or differentiated from typical relaxing & welcoming chick fil a’s. Because of the set up, more than that they are busy, they are closed off to being friendly or proactive with greeting you like normal chick fil a’s. It’s 11:15am and more like a lunch mill /traditional fast food service. Doesn’t feel on brand with chick-fil-a experience at all. The parking security or attendant(?) serves next to no purpose. Just stands around and doesn’t guide anyone. He’s way too aloof to be doing either job he’s assigned. Just standing in the parking lot blocking cars from exiting.

I had to keep advancing in the line and my order wasn’t taken til way after as I approached closer to the window. It made no sense. I have always enjoyed the meals and customer service at chic-fil-A, However, I cannot say that about this location. My order was wrong and when I returned to the store to let them know about the error, the manager ( Valerie ) who was on duty at the time was very rude. Rather than simply correct the error by replacing my order, she argued for several minutes about it. The staff and Valerie in particular needs to be trained on the importance of customer service. I know this location just opened and it’s probably not up to speed yet, but that’s no excuse. GET IT RIGHT!!!

Staff not as friendly as other Chick-fil-A's (bordering on rude) and the service is very slow. I ordered a kid's meal through the app for drive-thru pickup and they told me to pick it up at the walk-up window. I back out of the drive-thru line as instructed and park my car and walk up the counter. After I gave my order again, they said they couldn't find it and told me I should go back to the drive-thru. I proceeded to tell them the drive-thru associate told me to come over to the window and they found the order after searching for a while. It still took over 20 minutes to hand it to me (2 chicken strips and a small fry...) The cars I was in front of in the drive-thru line got their orders long before me. Easily my worst chick-fil-a experience and I've been to quite a few locations.

Wanted to get a cup of whip cream for my dog & it’s fine if their policy is to not give whip cream cups away for free but I offered to pay for it and they still refused. Did I have to buy a milkshake and get whip cream on the side? If I can buy a cup of whip cream than they need to update there employees because when you ask for a cup of whip cream they all stand around looking lost.

Ordered in person. I had them confirm my order before. She said they always do. (Seems like I reminded her…) but ok… forgot the 3rd fries. No napkins in bag. Went back after we realized they messed up… they were rude to my mom and then I had to go back a 3RD TIME because they forgot the chic fil a sauce and napkins again…

They gave me my order wrong. Completely different than what I order. They repeated my order and it was correct but when they handed me the order it was wrong. They gave 2 sauces for my 4 meals.

What a terrible experience I had... first of all the drive-thru at a massively longline neighbors must hate this new location. Parking lot is suitable for only 10 cars which is mostly filled by employees. I ordered two number twos. Took about 22 minutes to get my food. When I got home I discovered that they lettuce wrap my sandwiches..... why I don't know... so at the end of the day this place sucks terrible experience. Even though this place is down the street from where I live I prefer driving towards the Northridge one because their service is excellent there.

If you like waiting more than 25 minutes to receive your mobile order, this place is for you! The staff is apathetic to any concept of speedy or customer service. I placed my mobile order via the app in hope of getting my food faster than the long drive-thru line that I had done the week before. I pulled into the designated spot, checked in and waited, and waited and waited. They delivered the food to the car next to me so I asked their employee if my order was coming up as it had been over 15 minutes. 5 minutes later, he comes back to say they're working on it. 5 minutes later, still nothing. I ended up having to call the restaurant and spoke to the manager who apologized for the mishap and said they were out of the filet and had just gotten it and trying their best to accommodate. I finally received my order after 30 minutes! Be prepared for a long wait and disorganized service.

Chick-fil-A is always a great choice for food, but this establishment is such a pain. Terribly placed on a corner with a lot of traffic and the service is unacceptable. The food was way to salty one time and the next time i ordered they forgot parts of my order. This place needs better leadership.

Ordered the pimento sandwich and instead of telling me they’re out, they just tried to get away with making the sandwich without any ingredients. When I pointed this out, they said I’m SOL and only when I pulled a Karen and talked to the manager did they even attempt to fix the issue. Tldr: the location is terrible, they messed up my order, which caused me to drive an extra 15 minutes to try and get back to the resturant, they weren't exceptionally helpful when it came to correcting the issue. I'll be driving to another location if i ever feel like eating overly greasy chiken. This is an awful location. Idk what they were thinking placing this resturant here. You can only get in one way. Which makes it so so difficult with all the traffic on that busy street. Food is mid. Typically chikfila is known for their above and beyond service. Im guessing these employees are burnt out or something. They gave me the wrong sauce even though it says the sauce i wanted on the bag. I had to drive all the way around and back through the heavy traffic. I asked if they could correct the issue. They told me i had to get iut of my car and go get it myself. Which under normal circumstances isn't a big deal. But their parking lot is so tiny. I told them i didn't want to, as I'm 8 months pregnant. But i was told that was the only way. So then i had to park in the tiniest spot. And waddle my way to the front of the store. At the window i had to wait a fair amount of time before getting assistance. In the end i got the correct sauce. Won't be going to this location ever again. Ill drive to a different one. But i don't see that happening any time soon. The food really isn't worth all this trouble pregnant or not.

If you’ve been to this location you know the logistics. I place my order at the drive through and am one car behind the window where they hand you the food. The lady in front of me apparently has some promotion but needs to download and app to do it. 5 minutes go by and I grab the attention of the employee standing outside the window handing food to the cars and I ask him hey man I just got a chicken sandwich and I need to be somewhere can this lady come you over to the right and finish this or pull to the left so I can get my sandwich and go. He respond to me in a rude tone “No! you need to stay right there.” Free more minutes to by while there is at least 10 cars behind me and he is still helping this lady download the app. I asked again hey man well what if I don’t want my my sandwich and just need to go. He begins to tell me well you’re stuck now” clearly the lane was wide enough for her to pull to the right or left and finish what she was doing. By this time I believe a manager in blue shirt comes out and instructs this employee to hand us our food. I ask so what now he goes you should back up and go around. I had to squeeze through a tight space. To get around. This is fast food isn’t the philosophy turn and burn? Or is the lady getting free items worth holding to the 10+ customers behind? Expectations arnt very high but he could have just spoken to me in the same respectable manner I addressed him.

Home of delicious food and insolent goofy teenage workers and irresponsible management. This store has the least possible parking available, access to property is the worst. Queue to order at the window is horrible. You can count on being ignored by all at the pick up window if you thought you would order online and be in and out. God forbid you would complain or just hint at a disparaging remark because of poor service and their tendency to ignore customers and just walk past repeatedly without asking if they need anything or if they had been helped. Most of the staff there are goofy teenager and constantly check their phones , this includes managers (the ones with fancy shirts). There are always huge lines most of us can't help it, food is really good and we HAVE to put up with these insolent entitled goofy disrespectful millennial teenagers!

Frays were served cold, and my shake was completely melted. This location is not the greatest. When I asked for a different shake they made a big deal about it. Told me they could only switch the whip cream. I had yo make a fussy and finally when they agreed to make a fresh shake I was very grateful and told there team thank you, they just ignored me purposely. Horrible customer service skills. Not like other locations. I got Chick-fil-A held a high standard for guest satisfaction and customer service but I guess not at this location they don't care about that.

I tried Chick Fil A for the first time to see if the long line measured up to the hype. It doesn’t. The potato wedges weren’t fully cooked. The chicken sandwich was fine except the lettuce was gross and flimsy w the crunchy stem. The Dr Pepper didn’t taste like Dr Pepper. No flavor. Not to mentioned, I see they charge $0.10 for their paper bag fee without even informing us of the ridiculous charge. That is a normal bag not a reusable bag. The only good thing about the place was the sweet lady who took my order. Otherwise, it is so disorganized. They brought out the food for 5 cars behind me allowing them to leave. I mean full family cars got their multiple bags of food before I even got to the window to get the one meal. This is a 1 star place. I don’t know how ppl act like it is top notch haha 😂

They cheaped me out of french fries for the third time coming here. I ordered a large fri for a reason but they only fill it up halfway. Not even fries that fell out of the bag. I see what you're doing Chick-fil-A Encino were all going through tough times.but seriously The customer service isn't great either and that's sad coming from a Chic fil A that's known for great service. You can tell these employees are run down by customers so they treat all of them like they don't care.

I’d bet my hard earned money that this is the slowest chick fil a location on the globe. Terrible management at this location

1st time and disappointed. Chicken strips were half the size you see in their advertisrments and way overcooked. Spicy chicken sandwich was undercooked. Grilled chicken sandwhich was ok but fries were a combination of overcooked and undercooked. Our local Carls and Jack n the Box have better chicken sandwiches. Service in drive thru double line was disorganized with "extra" staff hanging around the parking lot.

The guy has to go back 4 times to complete the order. Why can’t you complete it before you give it to me. I have to ask where is this where is that. It’s annoying! Finally he gave me my drink & shake then there is no straw for the shake! Wow! 😤🤬😖

The boy at the drive thru was so clueless that he allowed two other cars get ahead of me in the second line, making me wait longer while he figured it out. I only ordered ONE item, a Cherry Berry frosted lemonade, diet with whipped cream. Relatively easy. When I received the drink there was no whip cream, and by that time I had driven off and had to park in a meter parking in order to go back and have them fix it. I asked the manager to simply add whipped cream to the top but he insists on remaking the whole drink which is definitely not what I asked for! It made me wait even longer for it. Good customer service means you actually listen to what the customer wants! Then he put a TINY amount of whipped cream on it (see photo), and when I complained about that and asked for more, he said, We're not even supposed to put whipped cream on the diet frosted lemonade. So what? That's a lousy excuse, and when I said so he claimed it was because this location is different, which is absolutely wrong because just last week I got a diet frosted lemonade from this location with whipped cream on it. Still, he did not add more whipped cream. Every sip of the drink just made me think about how they completely failed and made it the whole experience crappy. It wasn't even that good of a drink! What a waste of time and money, and it could have been solved by LISTENING to the customer. MASSIVE fail over something so small! 🤬

This is the most incompetent Chik-fil-A I have ever seen. They almost always screw up my order. The fried chicken is usually overcooked and dry — very much unlike Chik-fil-A is supposed to be. I always want a peach milkshake in the summer — one time I went this year, and they said the milkshake machine was down, which I could forgive if it weren’t for all the other stuff. I then went back tonight thinking it was my last chance before Labor Day. When I asked for my peach milkshake, this condescending employee said, We don’t have those; that’s a seasonal item. I said, It’s August! And he said (unconcerned), Yeah? I said, I’m driving through. And I left. I am so bereft that this is the closest Chik-fil-A to my house, but I am NEVER going back. And I strongly suggest you avoid it! I don’t know if it’s a training location or what, but get your act together, people!
