I go out of my way to get Domino's from this location because the staff is incredibly friendly and they always make sure I get the best deal. Michaela made my pizza this time and it is exceptional. Made just the way I like it, and fast! Veggie supreme with chicken 😎 Had to take a bite before taking my photo 🙈

Can't beat 2 pizzas for under $15!

I ordered a small pizza and a coke. The pizza was very good normally it's okay but this time was good. My pizza was delivered and the delivery guy was curtious. Great job Domino's of Encino.

It feels, looks, and tastes like they forgot most of the cheese. I blamed it on thin and crispy crust last time, but the quantity of cheese is even worse on the hand tossed!

The workers can be very rude at times and the pizza isn't very good either. However, I will say that the prices are pretty fair and it is usually very convenient because of how fast the pizza is made and delivered.

It would be nice if they could work on their customer service. My friend and I called to place an order and we got a girl with a bit of an attitude that started from the beginning. A bit of friendliness would be nice. She is after all in the customer service industry.

Staff was uptight & not helpful at all. The NY pizza was dry & not the pizza I would recommend. Although the stuffed crust pizza was delicious.

They won't honor the 2 minute carry-out special. They will stop the timer before it expires to get your coupon and then proceed to lie to you by saying it'll arrive in your email later. They went over by 4 minutes and I never got my free pizza coupon.

closes early every night. if you order an entire hour before close they cancel your order. other pizza spots open till 2 am and deliver idk what the issue is if you close at 10. let another store take my order

When the tracker said my pizza was ready I told the man at the door and he told me, give me a few min. I waited outside for 25 min. while other people were picking up their orders. Finally I asked again and my pizza had been been sitting on the counter the entire time.

Usually I place the same order and the system remembers my order and I always pay the same. This time out of the nowhere I did not get my $10.00 discount. When I called the store to find out as to why? I was treated extremely rudely. As a paying customer, I have the right to know what I am paying for, and do some young person on the phone mocking me is not pleasant and ruins the pizza.

There’s a reason why this place has terrible reviews. Don’t waste your time!! They took my order after I gave them my address and then another dominos called me 30 minutes later to tell me that this dominos doesn't deliver to my address. And my credit card won’t be credited back for 3 to 4 days. Seriously?! I’d give it no stars if I could.

CHARGED FOR PEPPER FLAKES - Showed up for my pizza, asked for a packet of pepper flakes, was told in a very MATTER OF FACT manor that they are sold in shakers that cost a dollar. I will give my business to any local pizza place in Encino (of which there are many) and they will gladly hand me a packet of pepper flakes at no extra charge! WAKE UP DOMINO'S!!!!!

Our pizza was never delivered, though they said it was online. Second time we've ordered from Dominos. The first time, it took them two hours to deliver a pizza. Should have learned the first time... Won't be ordering again.

This place has the worst service ever! I called in to check on my online order for a company event. The staff literally hang up on me. She was very rude! We will never order with place again! BAD SERVICE!!!!!

Very rude and unprofessional woman named Carla which hung up on me 4 times trying to order which was explained to Victor an associate who accepted my order so I had left to pick it up when she calls back and says the order’s canceled due to their miss understanding which was throughly explained to victor it was a free pizza sent to me in my email for ordering there several times. She rudely calls back after 10 minutes stating that it’s canceled or I have to pay for it then hangs up. I call back asking for the reason she says it’s an online free pizza which Victor never mentioned when I put in the order and specifically explained it was an email free order.

Horrible! I placed my order before they opened. Scheduled it for 11:30 am it arrived at 12:15 (45mins late). Called the store at 11:40... Ivan stated the order just came out the oven and the store still had orders to be delivered before my order can be delivered. Really!!?? Why pre-order? He stated I can go and pick up the order and he will waive the delivery fee. Of course you will waive it! I will not be paying a delivery fee when I'm picking up. Horrible customer service. He never apologize but he had plenty of excuses.

Customer service and employee Karla was terrible and she was rude and tried to sell a pizza that was ordered by someone else but was left there. I sent emails, feedback, called the store and so on. But no one care about it. Be careful, check your pizza.

OMG people, The worst place to order pizza, I called this place again to ask when I can get my pizzas, the manager talked very rude and when I asked her name she didn't introduce herself because she was scared if I would call the place again and complain about her, (which normally, any professional "manager" and workers in America would provide), and all the other workers are so rude. When I asked the driver about receipt (which is normally always given in any pizzaria) he put my pizza on the ground because I asked for a copy of my receipt and he answered me the stickers on the pizza boxes are my order. How rude and disrespectful are all workers in this pizzeria. I GOD COLD PIZZA TOO.

Ordered food at 10:30pm and it never showed up! I tried calling after over a 90 minute wait. They do not answer the phone when you can. The pizza tracker showed the driver left at 11:00pm...the drive showed up at 11:50. The original order started at 10:30. Driver was shaken. Food taste was poor. Very disappointing.

We ordered 4 pizzas to be picked up. When we got home the order was completly something else. When I called the store the girl was very rude. Check the pizzas before you pay to make sure it is what you ordered

Are in. A man named Eddie began slamming trays down and injuring our ears. Good pizza and friendly staff but avoid it due to Eddie. He will hurt your ear drums. Even for carting out, he is bad for business once he comes towards the front of the restaurant. He slams oven doors and extremely rude. He didn’t even apologize to me.

Your customers would appreciate an update if there is a change in the estimated delivery time. As long as we know, we will be fine with waiting longer. The attitude from the manager was not at all appreciated. He kept talking over me. I understand they got busy, but there is no need to be rude to your customers. The pizza took over an hour and a half to arrive, and cold might I add.

It took well over an hour to get our order. The pizza was not cold not also not warm when it arrived. Had to be reheated. This is our second negative experience in a row with this store. on our prior experience they forgot to bring items we had ordered (salad etc) but we had to argue with the manager to get the price corrected - the poor driver was caught in the middle,

Worse experience imaginable, I ordered 17 pizzas yesterday so they would be ready on time today. The location was 25 mins late in having my pizzas ready. To make matters worse, management didnt care one bit and made no apologies. They also forgot to give me 2 pizzas and the cheese and chili shakers I had already paid for. This establishment is an embarrassment and i would highly suggest to stay away from here. Carla is the managers name and she ushered me out even before I could ask for my shakers and 2 missing pizzas.

She told me there’s nothing she could do and I informed her unfortunately that’s not my issue. There should always be a manager. She said I must not know nothing about the food service and started giving me attitude. I told her that was extremely unprofessional …she then put me on hold without notice. I waited for someone to come on the phone whom it was Monica. I asked what her position was she told me manager after I was just told there was no manager on site. She came with complete attitude, although this was my first time speaking with her. She asked what I needed told her to please calm down since this was my first encounter with her she was completely dismissive and didn’t care about what I had to say. She then clicked on me. This place is a joke and need to hire more professional people .

The store refused any assistance, told me the driver didn't leave when they said(who's lyin here?) and too bad about your pizza but we won't do anything.. told me no manager in the store. Then told me she didn't like my attitude and hung up. I have been ordering from this store for almost 15 years. Rude and uncaring staff just don't give a damn about the customer. I'll find a better deal somewhere else I paidf $36 dollars for a very bad, no good pizza. NEVER AGAIN...I'll be sernding this off to the regional Mgr as well.
