Impossible burger was really good, staff was friendly and took care of our requests

I was just here tonight (1-19-19) and the gentleman working the counter. (I assume the shift lead or manager) was super nice. I had tweaked my knee skiing today and had mentioned that in my convo with him about bear valley. My order came up and I got up to limp to the front and he told me not to worry that he was bringing it to me. He even got me ketchup. I think he went above and beyond and I'm very grateful. Thank you!

Good breakfast place on the way to Yosemite if you are early! They were very accommodating - happily replacing the sausage patty to make a custom breakfast sandwich! The bathrooms are clean and luxuriously huge!

After this visit I will never go to BK again. I ordered a kids meal cheeseburger, and they charged $5.69 .60 extra for 1/2 letuce leaf .60 extra for 1 slice tomato, .60 extra for 1 pickle .60 extra for onion Talk about insane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT ANY BURGER KING

This place served quality fast food, but has some SERIOUS cleanliness issues. It was almost disgusting to the point that I didn't want to eat there. There were also so many flies inside! Needs a deep cleaning overhaul ASAP.

Great food but the service was actually embarrassing. The bathroom was clean, but there was no paper towels to grab the door handle. This means that anybody that leaves either grabs toilet paper, toilet seat covers or actually touches the contaminated door handle to go back to work or into the common population.

Food is not that great service takes to long the people there can be standoffish. They are currently under construction so I hope the quality of food and speed goes up. I will review it again after.

There is one redhead manager that i like and thats why this place has 2 stars instead of one. She is always kind and our order is usually spot on when she is there. Unfortunatly, any other time your order is always wrong or undercooked.

The only star I’m giving is for the poor employees that work there. ALWAYS understaffed!!! The manager there should be fired! When I go through the drive-thru I never get everything I order or it is something totally different and for instance I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich jr. And the onion rings was burnt so I always have to go in and try never to use the drive-thru but tonight I had to because I was running late I'll never make that mistake again

I asked her "do you want cold fries in exchange for cold burnt burgers. And she doesn't know, needless to say we got a refund and will not be back anytime soon.

I had placed an order on the mobile app, so when I approached the drive thru speaker. I was greeted with “ hold on a second “ minutes went by. The inside was completely empty. Once he came back on speaker I had told him I had a mobile order he said come to the window. I went to window. Once I received my order I requested ketchup. He leaves window and comes back with small cup with ketchup. I told him no thanks I am okay and I don’t need ketchup. He said no take it I am doing you a favor. I asked him for ketchup packets he said we ran out just use this I dip in these all the time. I responded to him and laughed, he laughed back the same way I did but he was mocking me. Pros: not too busy most of the time. Cons: food was handed out cold and some staff like the person running drive thru that day. Rude and inept.

I ordered chicken fries and a sandwich from your location today, and the quality was very disappointing. Both the fries and the chicken patty tasted extremely oily, to the point that it felt like drinking oil. The flavor was unpleasant and made the food inedible. It seems like the fryer oil has not been changed or maintained properly. This is not the standard I expect, especially for a paid order.
