Kicking off my holiday weekend with my favorite Pho restaurant. Incredibly tasty food, great option for lunch and dinner. Love Lemongrass Tofu, Veggie Pho, Veg Rolls, Spring rolls, lemonade and Banh Mi. Various Vegan/Vegetarian options available. Best Restaurant in Modesto.

Honestly, this place exceeded my expectations! The food was phenomenal — everything was so fresh and flavorful. The staff were super nice, Clover made sure we were good and made us feel really welcome. Prices were very reasonable, and the whole place was super clean. Definitely coming back soon!

Happy Phở the best kept secret in Modesto. Their food is always fresh, flavorful, and very tasty, and their avocado smoothy is amazing. They have poured their hearts into this place, and are constantly pushing themselves higher. it shows. This is also the best place for phở. It’s cheaper than other places and packed full of ingredients, so if you want a cozy, friendly, and tasty place to warm your soul this winter season, this is the spot. Highly recommended. An exceptional and genuinely caring experience. I was visiting Modesto from Portland while driving for my employer. After enjoying a cigar at Cigar Club Modesto (wonderful place), I decided to grab lunch across the street at Happy Pho — and I’m very glad I did. This was some of the most satisfying customer service I’ve ever experienced. The restaurant was quiet for a moment, and the host, Hannah, who had a warm, mother-like presence, came and sat with me and introduced me to different authentic sauce blends. She took time to explain how they are traditionally enjoyed in Vietnam. That kind of care and hospitality is rare and truly special. Lives, communities, businesses, and legacies are built this way. ABSOLUTELY LOVE !! The workers and everyone are so nice and caring! I ended up doing a takeout but last minute did a dine in, the owner gave me a nice hot warm pho since I had my carry out cold pho! Very caring and pho was delicious 10/10

I went here last week with my boyfriend, our go-to spot is Pho Lucky in Stockton but we didn’t want to drive that far and decided to try something local . The food and service was so good, this is our new go-to spot now. I believe the owner introduced herself to us and she was just an angel . I highly recommend you all to try their coconut smoothie, best smoothie I’ve had in my life .

We had the Special Pho and the Bun Bo Hue soup. Both were super super tasty! The service was great! We can totally recommend to come here for Vietnamese food.

This place was amazing! Very clean! The staff were very friendly and there was hardly a wait for food. It came out so quick. The food was absolutely delicious! The pho honestly doesn't need anything added to it! It was that delicious! My daughter is super picky when it comes to her pho and she said this is her new favorite spot! We will definitely be back!

Wow ! Amazing Pho & amazing service ! I ordered the chicken spring rolls w peanut sauce and a large chicken pho ! They were both equally amazing ! The spring rolls were SO fresh ! The chicken was top tier ! It came out slight charred in the best way possible with such a nice subtle flavor , you can really taste the Vietnamese flavors in every single bite !! The pho , WOW! The broth they provided was so clean and fresh , not oily and just simply delightful, the chicken was cooked to perfection and was not chewy or fatty , it was perfect ! I have to say the service was amazing as well the lady who served me was just so sweet & happen to be from the Bay Area (where I am from) and we had such a nice talk , was very attentive to my needs and made sure the whole place felt like home. The restaurant itself is not big but I truly believe the atmosphere of this restaurant is one word, CALMING. I absolutely will be coming here again and I will continue to try different things from their menu ! 10/10 ( prices are SO reasonable)

We’ve watched their customer base grow, we’ve watched them renovate, not only do they have delicious authentic cuisine, they have become like family to us. So much, that I am bringing my Mother from the East Coast and making this her 1st foodie stop in the town. If you can make time, please set aside a quiet afternoon for yourself and enjoy a fresh, piping hot bowl of Pho and fresh made to order appetizers (the spring rolls are my fave). You will not be disappointed.

never coming back again. We’ve been LOYAL customers for almost 2 years and in the past six months the servings have been ridiculously decreased. We used to get a container half full with food, and now we barely get a cup. Every time we’ve ordered food lately we’ve been bringing the serving issue up and they make an excuse. today we ordered soup and our usual meals and today’s serving was almost disrespectful. We had to return to the restaurant and inquire about it and we got no resolution and were only offered to be charged more to be given a complete plate like we used to. How could you tell loyal customers this is what you always serve? Now you’re just ripping your customers off and provide awful service. I attached today’s serving, but the meat used to be in the bigger spot where now the rice. And the soup! Look at the difference in containers! Clearly ripping people off! Whoever is the new manager is trying to be sneaky. EVERYTHING is way less now.
