Drive thru was pretty typical, no complaints there. Food tasted pretty good and was reasonably priced. Overall a decent fast food experience.

I ordered online and used the drive up. When home, I discovered I didn't get my curly fries. I was told to tell them what happened on my next visit, and they would make it right. It is good that it is not far out of the way for me. The gyros were very good. Much better than expected.

They gave my hubs a double beef & Cheddar instead of just double beef like he ordered. My jamocha shake tasted like a plain vanilla shake

I eat at this store quite often and this is the worst visit by far. I ordered a Double Beef & Cheddar Meal, Large AND side of Mac & Cheese, French Dip Sandwich and an 8 piece Jalapeño Poppers. When I got my food, I noticed I didnt have my fries, they rung up the Mac n cheese as a substitute instead of a SIDE. They also gave me a Classic Beef n Cheddar instead of the Double amd they didnt give me the berry sauce that the Jalapeño are suppose to come with.

We love the fish sandwiches. Only if fresh and the curly fries. We go in and order and I request fresh I also tell them I'm not in a hurry take care of drive thru. I also ask if I can get a large curly fry if you fix it fresh. Friday night last week around 630 pm they very politely took my order and it was wonderful. Tonight at 5pm ordered same thing .When my order was ready the curly fries were not fresh out of fryer and mostly end pieces dried and tough .I took back up she gave me more of the same. Now I'm on fixed income and can't afford to throw my money away. So my question is why do you serve that when I nicely asked for fresh.Very disappointed

I have been going to this location for a very long time and I have always felt they must have good management because every time I went thru drive thru to pickup my mobile order everyone was always nice. Now they have a guy named Thomas there and is nothing but a smart ass and to be honest, I wished I had his schedule in front of me so that I could still go there but when he isnt there...... wont be back. I hope others follow. I did follow link and no reply from anyone. Another person I work with turned in same person for being very ignorant. If he is the best help you can get good luck.

The last few times I have come to Arbys (this includes the Green River location as well). The meat has not been thinly sliced like it normally is. I'm not sure why they are starting to slice it thicker. The thickness changes the taste and flavor.... and not for the better. Bring back the thin slices! Why the change? Seriously avoid Arbys these days and it use to be one of my go-to sandwich places.

Ordered 6 roast beef’s with cheese - and sauce. Realized there was no sauce in the bag & turned around to get it & then we went to eat out sandwiches & no cheese. I called & offered no help. Did not care. Won’t be going back here.

Went to the one on the Loyd by Walmart, they don’t know how to take an order or even fix an order right! I asked for a double Pattie burger with nothing but tomato, now how hard is that, I’ve been sick and finally got hungry, I’ll never go there again, but my 2 dogs were sure happy, dog food, that’s what y’all make, you want a good Arby’s sandwich then you better go to the one on Greenriver Road.

Did not give me option of well done or medium, large fry was amount is medium. Charged me $4 for extra patty without explaining price and did not give receipt. Deluxe burger isn’t what is advertised. Do not buy Deluxe meal, Do not ask for additional meat. Drive thru is 10-15 min wait. Burger also had gamey fish taste. Warning!

My girlfriend and I went there on Saturday February 15th 2020 and it was a horrible experience. It took exactly 15 minutes to get a turkey bacon ranch, chicken Cordon Blu, and 2 large fries that were overcooked and the place wasn't even busy as it was around. The horsey sauce was not properly mixed because the first cup I got tasted like mayo but the second cup that was filled at the same time tasted like horsey sauce. One of the workers took the time to clean the condiments and drink counter but did clean the nozzles. The woman in the black shirt(manager) seemed to do plenty of standing around talking. In the future I will visit a different Arby's location. This was my first and last visit to this location.
