My first visit there, and We were VERY impressed with everything. The thin crust pizza was cooked perfectly. The toppings were plentiful and went edge to edge. No empty crust. The meal was delivered to our table very quickly. Service was friendly, fast, and attentive. There is a wide variety of choices on the menu that we are looking forward to trying out. Best of all, the breadsticks were AMAZING!

First time visit was wonderful. Crispy crust, lots of cheese and veggies on our ultimate pizza. Bread sticks had a gentle crispness on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. Restaurant was perfectly clean and the employees were friendly, professional, and took very good care of us. I would highly recommend Donatos!

Ordered Donatos for the first time since they've opened in Evansville and I was very pleased. I haven't had their pizza in about 18 years. I ordered the works pizza and the garlic and cheese asiago bread. Ordering was very simple just used the website they also have an app. They sent an email with the estimated time the pizza would be done and then when it was on the way. The delivery driver was very nice. Pizza was piping hot vegetables were fresh sausage and pepperoni were good as well. The cheese bread was good just had to cut it a bit more but that was due to the cheese. They also sent plates and napkins in a bag with a menu. Will order again

The last time we tried to dine in, the heat wasn't working and all of the employees were hiding in the back. Otherwise, the food is excellent! We love their hot honey pepperoni. 10 out 10, definitely recommend!

My husband went to pickup a pizza, since we haven't tried Donatos before. He had a young man who took his order and seemed completely oblivious to anything going on. However, the pizza was absolutely delicious! The sauce was savory and the pizza had a wonderful smoky flavor (smoked gouda). The crust is thin, but has a softness in the middle. It was Wednesday and they had a special lg pizza and wings. The wings were boneless and reminded me of the other pizza chains. Crumbly and extremely lacking in flavor...We will be back for the pizza. We would prefer to not have to guide an employee to order. I highly recommend it. Especially, if you like a flavorful, zesty sauce vs. sweet sauce.

I like the variety of different kind of pizzas. The wife and I had small, thin hawaiian for 12.59, medium thin classic trio for 14.99, medium thick chicken spinach mozzarella for 14.99 and small thin chicken bruschetta pizza for 12.59.

The last several times we have been the pizza has not been very good. This time topped it. We ordered light sauce on the cheese pizza and the sauce was goosing out. It looked as if it had extra sauce. Then we had sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom pizza and asked for to well done. The pizza was definitely not well done as you can see.

I want to start by saying our food was delicious. We ordered 2 drinks, a side salad, cheese bread, a sub, and 2 pizzas. The salad was really good. It looked and tasted great. The cheese bread is one of the best cheese breads I have ever had. I can't speak on the sub, but the pizzas were very tasty. I loved how they cup up the veggies and meat in big chunks. The service is lousy and non-existent. Do yourself a favor and get it to go or use their drive-through.

Ordering online was easy and it was ready for pick up 20 min later. The dipping sauce for the Asiago cheese and garlic bread was very sweet, as was the sauce on the pepperoni pizza. The cheese bread itself wasn't bad and neither was the pizza. I guess they both just tasted a bit generic. Overall, not a bad experience but we'll just go somewhere else next time.

We originally liked this place and the pizza but after going back a second and third time we did not like the service or the product. The second time the pizza had so much sauce that we could not taste any of the other toppings. So for our third visit we opted for no pizza sauce and picked the olive oil option they offered. When we went to pick up our order they gave us part of our order. We told them we were missing some items and they said they missed it and would make them and they did. We got home with all of our items and since we had to wait for the missing food the items they already had made were cold which would have been fine we figured we would just heat it up a little in the oven but we looked at it and the bottom was completely black it was so burnt. The pizza they made while we waited did not have the correct toppings either. When I called them back to tell them that it was burnt they said they know it does that sometimes. I will say the Donatos frozen pizzas from the grocery store are much better than what this store is serving.

Could have been a five star as the food was actually good. The issue is that they forgot to send the cheese cup that I paid extra for. It's not expensive but it's the premise. I called and didn't ask them to send it out just refund it and the only thing she would offer is a credit. I don't live here I'm here for work and will be gone tomorrow. She said her hands are tied and she can give me a credit. That is a shady business practice. They took the money. They didn't provide the product. Now they won't return the money and the only way I can get it is to spend more money with them. Absolutely garbage customer service. Will not return if I travel back this way.

We have ordered from Donatos before, hence our decision to order again. I ordered $50.00 worth of food for delivery. It was due to arrive at 6:43pm. At 7pm, I called to find out where my order was. I was told they were very busy. At 7:13 I received my order, both pizzas were cold, the wings were cold, and I did not get the extra sauce I paid for. Very disappointed! Both in the order and the customer service. We order pizza every Griday night. I will be checking Donatos off our list of places to order from.
