This place holds many cherished childhood memories for me, so my review might be a little biased. As someone who is autistic, I find it quite noisy. However, if you bring headphones, order delivery, or are comfortable with louder environments, you should be perfectly fine. The food is very good, though quite greasy. It is not recommended for anyone with allergies, regardless of severity, or for vegetarians.

This place had one of the cleanest restrooms for a public place I have ever seen. Staff was great and very helpful. The shift manager was super busy but made time to help with requests and service.

Cici's has some pretty good food for a fairly cheap buffet. It's mainly pizzas and more pizzas. The arcade in the back is a bit cramped, and it's packed with kids (depending on what day you go).

So some things they can't help like it's really loud in there when it's busy, bad acoustics. Usually friendly staff, rarely come across rude staff & they greet you, ask you pizza choice. Pizza is great when it's fresh & available. If it gets busy, they have difficulty keeping up with crowd. Salad bar is nice & fresh. Best cheesy bread & dessert. We have been going since they opened & will continue. Value for cost is great for large groups, families with kids.

Cici's pizza was cool it was mostly a all you can eat buffet,but you can order things normally as well. Its a good place to bring family or celebrate for a birthday. They had a small arcade that uses tokens.(You can buy these up front) The bathrooms were ok and the drink maker was slow, Otherwise the waiters were quick to clean the messes put new plates out and restock the buffet pizza. Good pizza 🍕 :) (No gluten free except salad's)

Lunch under $25 for 2 people, buffet. Pizza and salad Bar. Small game room. Kids always seem to be enjoying this place Everytime I have been here. The Alfredo sauce and cheese bread is my favorite, my wife enjoys the chicken noodle soup. All You can Eat. They also have carry out, and a pizza challenge. See photo. They also make a pizza on request if they don't have what you are looking for on the buffet. Manager had it made and on the buffet hot and available in minutes of asking.

Look, when it’s been a long day and your party needs a lot of food for cheap, this is the place. The amount of food for a $9 (after tax) buffet of pizza is incredible. The food comes fresh out of the oven and is constantly being replenished. The staff makes pizza to order as well for the buffet! We were able to try many different pizzas and desserts. The reason I can’t give 5 stars is as follows: The Alfredo sauce for the pasta is bad. It tastes off as if it is spoiled. The restaurant is also very messy. Floors are incredibly sticky!

Love coming here to eat, but today the pizza look like they been sitting there for hours and not being replaced. Got employees rubbing there knose and not even changing there gloves after doing it. This was blah. Idk how it has over 4 stars have these people never eaten good food? Good pizza? And when did this cost 13$ man just endless shelf of the most bland "food" and the amount of kids just running between tables is wild. Also. I'd give it negative stars if I could! Kid at the counter had zero idea of what he was doing and rang us up wrong. Twice! Had nothing but some nasty custom pizzas like a mac and cheese pizza but not a single pepperoni, sausage, or anything a real pizza place would have. Even tho they were semi busy all of the pizzas they had out looked like they'd been sitting out for hours and were dried out from the heat lamps. My family and I will never set foot in that joke if an establishment again!!!

Me my brother and nephew has been going to cicis a lot but these last few times have been horrible. Tonight I spent 30 for me my brother and nephew walked into only 4 pizzas pretty much all the same. The manager was rude and put out a couple more pizzas but they were still pretty much the same style. Yeah I could have asked him to make something different but I was hungry, I don't want to go to a buffet place and wait 10 min to eat. When we left there were only four pizzas. I won't be going there for a long time hopefully they get their act together cause I'm gonna have to tell people cicis isn't as good as it used to be. Cheapskates that what it comes down too.

EDIT -- Came back today and the place was a colossal germ factory. People everywhere coughing including in the buffet line. Kids touching food but not eating it, leaving it on pans. Completely gross experience. This was a good place at one time. My 5 stars has went down to a 1. My first time at this particular Cicis location. The food was fresh and hot. The buffet was kept full which was nice to see on a busy Saturday afternoon. The employees were friendly, clean looking and were doing their job not joking around. The restaurant itself was clean as well. I rarely give 5 star reviews but this place deserves it. Without a doubt, the best Cicis I have ever been to.
