If the app would work most of the time, I'd give it 5 stars. Head-to-head competition with Chipotle, this place wins on almost every level. I'm always in disbelief how folks seem to think Chipotle is better than Qdoba. Especially with Chipotle's history of health violations. Qdoba has more options and better tasting food at a better price. They just need to get that app working consistently.

Good casual stop. Pretty much what you expect. Some of the booths seats are getting pretty torn up. It'll scratch your legs if you wear shorts

Good value Mexican food - simple, tastes good and very filling. Qdoba is comparable to its competitors in food quality ... in many ways a Chipotle version that does not nickel and dime you extra every corner possible. I also like that they have the make your own bowl option, and they fill it to the point the container can barely close - see pictured below as an example. Leaving full and satisfied every time.

Good qdoba, staff were quick to process order and checkout. Ingredients tasted fresh. Price was reasonable.

The portions were incredibly generous. Unlike other spots, they didn't skimp on the protein or toppings. My bowl was packed so full that I actually had leftovers for later. Great experience for a pickup order.

Love being able to order on the app and then grab & go. Just wish I could order separate tortillas on the app so I don't have to wait and ask for them separately.

I would recommend updating your sign. We were looking for a place to eat and we didn't go here due to your sign. It looks like it says Mexican "Cats." We have never tried Qdoba, and the sign made our decision not to try it. The reviews say it is excellent, so I hope the owner takes note in case they want to know why business has decreased sales.

We love Qdoba and are frequent customers. Today, we were very disappointed. We got a side of chips and queso and there were just a handful of chips in the bag. 1/4 of the bag was full. Being this inconsistent is bad business especially when the customer pays and barely gets what they paid for.

After seeing a “free queso when we score 3+ goals” advertisement at Sunday’s (2/16) Thunderbolts hockey game, I went into the store to redeem my ticket as instructed. The cashier knew nothing about the promotion and refused to honor it, instead offering only a 10% discount. This is straight up dishonest advertising. The cashier also kept my ticket despite asking for it back and not honoring the promotion.

🤢🤢❄️❄️❄️❄️ The food here with DoorDash is extremely prepared way too early!! Second time in a few weeks the food is cold !!! When it gets here ! I live two miles down the road from here.. it’s not my dasher. I guess 6.00 backs out of 40 for an order is way better right 🤷‍♀️ never getting this again .

Would not recommend for catering in the evening. They majorly messed up my order. They provided us with the basics, chicken, tortilla, ridiculous amount of chips, and a tiny portion of rice. We paid extra for additional sauces and toppings, because we were feeding picky children and the adults prefer a made up taco or burrito bowl. Upon pickup I could tell it was nearing the end of the day and the employees were all migrated toward the front waiting and socializing. I asked before I left if everything was there or if I needed to double check. They assured me it was all there. I drove 25 minutes back home to open the bags and realize 90% of the toppings weren’t there. Now had I not specifically asked and given them the opportunity to double check I would likely have brushed it off, but this was not the case. It was near closing time so I called the next morning. The Manager answered and apologized about the missing items. He had already seen our items in the fridge that morning. Now I wasn’t expecting anything huge, but all I was offered was an explanation that the evening catering isn’t on point and often misses items and he refunded me the amount for the missing toppings, which of course wasn’t a lot. I thought it was a joke at first. We were given an incomplete meal and they more than likely used the untouched toppings in the store that next day. So they didn’t miss out on any business or revenue, but my friends and family had to eat a bland incomplete meal, because of their error and a common error at that. He told me he’d send a meal voucher or 2 in the mail, which partially made me feel like they were trying to make things right. This was a month ago and nothing has come. I am frustrated at the lack of true customer service and concern and the deception with the vouchers. I will no longer be using them in the future for any events.

Why do the workers care about how much meat they portion you?? This lady gave me a half scoop of chicken for a burrito and said I’d have to pay double for more. BS.
