Dear Customer Relations Department, I am writing to submit an official complaint regarding the McDonald’s Marsh Barton restaurant, due to unacceptable conditions and a lack of respect shown towards customers. Throughout the entire winter, the restaurant has been extremely cold, with no apparent effort to resolve the heating issue. The wooden seats are freezing, and the low indoor temperature makes it impossible to enjoy a meal in comfort. It is unacceptable for an international brand restaurant to allow such conditions. Furthermore, the way customers are treated by the staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. There is a constant attitude of indifference, and complaints are either ignored or handled superficially. For these reasons, I have started a petition regarding this restaurant, as I believe the situation has gone beyond any acceptable limit. In my opinion, this is currently one of the worst-managed restaurants in the area. I request an urgent investigation, immediate resolution of the heating and facility issues, and proper staff training to ensure McDonald’s customer service standards are met. Came in last night after working a 13 hour shift, ordered a mayo chicken without mayo as i am allergic. I even said to the staff at the counter please make sure there’s none in there. Suprise suprise, ended the night in hospital due to a reaction the the mayo they failed to remove. Educate your staff on allergens

Diabolical customer services and allegedly the "managers" on shift one who said he was called kyle were rude and quite hostile. I asked for the other manager on shifts name which Kyle refused to give. Why I waited for them to take my card to pay to rectify my order a second lad appeared and said to Kyle is this the one that wanted my name, which i replied, yes please to him, he laughed and walked away. Making mistakes on a customer's order is fine but the attitude towards a customer is quite shocking. Not impressed and McDonald's really need to train their so-called managers in customer services. Hardly good role models for the other staff.

Incredibly slow service when we visited just after 10pm on the 27th Nov after a long journey. Food and drinks were sat in the kitchen waiting to be served so long that when we finally got ours, it was all stone cold. Our drinks were worse, as we ordered a latte and a hot chocolate, neither came as we instead got given two different mccafe drinks, one of which was almost to the temperature of an iced latte. When I took them up to be replaced with the correct drinks, the staff actively ignored me as they would stand around doing nothing but talking to each other glancing over to me and when one finally came over he wasn't very bothered that the drinks were wrong and cold and the food was cold. When said drinks were replaced they were wrong again, instead being two hot chocolates with one being hot and the other being lukewarm and only half full. I wanted to ask for a refund for the bad experience but all of the reviews described the staff as rude and agressive when asking for refunds so as it was so late and as we were so exhausted I decided to leave it til the morning to request one online as I didn't want to be yelled at at nearly midnight by that point but it seems there is no contact email or anywhere that I can contact to request the refund. Having had bad experiences at several McDonald's, this was the straw that broke the camels back. A few have made us feel ill and this was the worst yet so we have decided that we will not be returning to any McDonald's in the future and certainly cannot recommend this one to anyone. You are absolutely better off going to the KFC across the road or the burger king further into town at the retail park.

Open 24 hours, did an online over the app order, when we got there a very rude obnoxious man told us there were closer for 30 minutes, no one would speak to us, our food was left for ages on the side we could see the bag. Yet nothing, one young lad finally gave us our food.

French fries are always cold and never hot Very short staffed Establishment has OK disabled toilet facilities NO AUTOMATIC DOOR ACCESS INTO TOILET FACILITIES brilliant wheelchair accessibility into Establishment but NO SEATING AREA FOR WHEELCHAIR CUSTOMERS AT ALL too many chairs. Was so excited to try the new McDonald menu items, ordered the new shaker fries and new double maple BBQ bacon double quarter pounder, got served 2 normal fries without the shaker bags, and a normal double quarter pounder. Didn't notice until I had driven away, they also forgot to add the ordered sauces. Actually got over half of my order wrong, and downgraded me from items I'd paid more to try :(

Do not buy from here- fries cold, McCrispy dry, thrown together and no sauce. Hot chocolate was 1/3 cup of brown water! When I called, no refund over the phone, won’t give me managers name etc etc. can only give refund in person and I live 45 mins away! Rubbish Macdonalds, slow, dirty, lazy staff hiding around a corner and not doing anything!

Visited Mc Donald’s at marsh Barton today and the whole experience was awful. It was relatively quiet but we waited over half an hour for our order. We could see our order on the counter waiting to be delivered to our table but other customers were complaining so by the time we received our order it was freezing. In all fairness the lady that delivered it was very polite and understanding when we refused it. A young girl behind the counter had an absolutely stinking attitude not just to us but to other customers too. When we received a repeat order it was lovely and hot just as it should have been the first time round. Would we visit again? Definitely not!!!!!

I had a disappointing visit. The chips were literally half empty. Lately, I've been ordering a large meal with extra medium fries because I'm tired of complaining, but this time I was really shortchanged. I was able to pour the entire medium fries into the large container to make one full serving. It felt like I was robbed. The service was slow, but that didn't bother me as much as receiving less than what I paid for. A Happy Meal shouldn't have more fries than an adult meal.

The complete opposite of “fast food”! Completely ridiculous to wait 20 minutes for food on a relatively quiet Sunday afternoon. We only ordered a happy meal, 2 wraps and a single meal. When we checked on why our order had taken so long, the response given was that it was due to us ordering grilled chicken for our wrapped instead of fried. So in other words it was our fault for ordering what we wanted! I’m not sure what type of grilled chicken requires 20 minutes to be cooked, Unbelievable service 😡

I ordered a Philly Cheese Stack meal and what I was given was pitifully squashed and fries were cold. Shame as it was the first time for me and I was really looking forward to it. Service was great though. Nice lads.
