Went in staff to buy talking to each other not looking at us the customers. Gave wrong breads dropped meat balls Into chicken contain and grabbed it out ! Order 3 footlongs and one jacket which was hard !! and 3 subs was on wrong bread what the point of asking what we would like if don’t listen to what we are saying . Ask for nhs discount or blue light and one said no and one said yes ! then using my point to give me £2 off which didn’t ask her to use!!! discount put on and taken away again well next time would like a sub will drive to a different place as this one has gone down hill big time . Would be nice to get a reply on this but you only seem to reply to good reviews

Ordered the new sweet chilli breaded chicken sandwich and what I received was completely unacceptable! No cheese (paid for double cheese), no salad, no sauce, just meat and bacon on the most stale bread I have ever had, I cannot even believe the lack of competence of the worker who thought it was ok to give that to a paying customer, completely and utterly disgraceful. (Ordered through Deliveroo) Had recent comments from people about the drop in quality at this Subway in particular, not sure who they have hired recently, but some quality control needs to implemented.

Need a HUGE lesson in vegetarian/vegan prep Knifes, gloves etc all used across different dietary restrictions They put salad back in the unused salad boxes after touching it with gloves that have been used on meat and fish. This is not good food hygiene If you don’t want to amend your ways then don’t say you care for veggies and vegans. Easy.

Ordered a chicken teriyaki on uber eats got delivered rotisserie chicken with mayonnaise. Same veg that I picked though so clearly they think I'm stupid and they could swap the meat without me knowing? Waste of time. Couldn't even call to tell me (if they had ran out)

I’m really not one to leave negative reviews, but this is probably Exeter’s worst Subway branch. This was my third visit, and once again, the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on delivery orders than customers actually in the store. I paid for double meat but didn’t receive it how hard is it to make a sandwich correctly? Years ago, this branch used to be spot-on with both service and quality, but things have really gone downhill. The prices are shocking for what you actually get now. The staff clearly didn’t want to be there, and it shows in their attitude and the food preparation. Shame won’t be visiting again anytime soon.

food is good but the service is bad and one of the staff members was very rude to me. also the food is absolutely everywhere in there it’s so dirty and messy, all the food pots had different bits of food in them. they used the same knife to cut different peoples sandwhiches without wiping it once. 🤮

This subway on honiton road branch is the laziest one i have ever seen they are not so busy whenever u go to this shop either to pick a delivery order or to eat they spend more than half houre even there will be no customer dont go to this shop or suggest them to put more workers there alwys 2 workers working and thy are the most lazy ones

Ordered delivery of 2 foot long garlic cheesesteaks via Ubereats. Soggy nasty sloppy mess. Wasn’t toasted as instructed. Tasted slimy and not fresh and when we dissected the sandwich looked like someone stomped on the bread or squished it flat when they made it. Obviously made by someone who doesn’t like their job and has no business making sandwiches for public consumption. Disgusting. Will never order from this location again. Needs to be investigated and possibly shut down. Hope we don’t get sick. Waste of money.

Driver was lovely great delivery. Good wasn’t ideal I asked for no jalapeños and even called the store to make sure they confirmed it said no jalapeños on the ticket and then when my food arrived. It had jalapeños -_- When I attempted to call the store to see if anything could be done about it the call wasn’t picked up.

Absolutely appalling 6 pieces of letice in the 6 inch. The way the staff was talking at eachother and customers was with no respect and extremely rude. One staff member was allowed a 10 minute break no more or no less. Out of 3 staff members only one spoke. One lady had her down when dealing with the food. Rember the days when the sandwiches was bursting at the seems.

The dirtiest Subway I've ever visited, hairs on tables, food left everywhere, floor filthy, nobody cleaned anything in the 45 minutes we were there. Seagull outside eating all the food off the floor. Disgusting. Furthermore, the customer service is very poor from some member of staff. Won't be back.
