I received a gift card which brought me into the store. Coffee was good, they have a great selection of coffee and non-coffee drinks. Friendly staff, I will be back in!

1st Time visiting this location. My brother always Raves about his Peets Coffee ... the cashier was Surprisingly Friendly & Informative about their selection. I'm use to expecting Horrible customer service from young people...but was really impressed with the patience & professionalism this Young Lady showed... wish I got her name to give her a Shout Out...she restored my Faith in the Millennial's...there is a hint of Hope & Light for this Generation...oh yeah the Coffee was Great...I've been a Starbucks Faithful for YEARS...but Peet...I think you may have Won my Coffee Battle....not on every corner & worth the 7 Mile Drive...

Fast, friendly service. Clean store. Cozy, warm ambiance. You can get a good cup of coffe and sit and think, sit and chat, sit and read, or sit and work. It's all appropriate at this Peet's Coffee.

Great Pete's! Employees are always helpful and have a smile on their face! The bathrooms are usually clean and have codes on them, good coffee and great people!

I had the ever popular, summer favorite, cold brew, and my husband had his latte (usual.) Always perfect no matter which Peets we visit! I LOVE Peets!

Food was great!! Always and the coffee was great... We enjoyed hot caffe americano's, oatmeal, almond croissant, raspberry scone. The service was actually wonderful today!!! (12/10/22 at around 10:00 am) The bathroom needed some help... But other than that all was great

Forgot to leave an actual review! Fantastic Peet's location, very clean, and great customer service. Long time Peet's fan and ex-manager of two Peninsula locations in the 90s. My cap was fantastic. The milk was steamed exactly like my trainer in Emeryville taught me in 1997. Glad to see nothing has changed.

Thanks Jessica for refill my coffee! I told the story of my coffee and banana bread that I purchased at Vacaville location and that day was too windy and wind took away my bread! and I got sad ,I droped my coffee,,then I went home and called to ask if I can have refill ,the manager of vacaville location told me I have to come the same day not another day to refill!! I didn't like the way of her conversation,,after some days I went to this location ,she refilled a coffee for me,,,,this is the difference between 2 location ,thanks again with 2 different managment! thanks Jessica.

The Havana Cappuccino is my favorite to get here at Peet's. The staff are very friendly there and they are efficient. I got my order within a couple minutes despite a busy line. I would definitely recommend going there and trying it out if you haven't yet. It's honestly like real coffee that you would make at home. All my friends love Peet's and it's definitely worth the hype! A+++

The Havana Cappuccino is my favorite to get here at Peet's. The staff are very friendly there and they are efficient. I got my order within a couple minutes despite a busy line. I don't normally drink coffee but I wanted something hot to drink like a tea or something, upon entering the aroma of the coffee was so good that we ordered coffee, they did not disappoint, that coffee was so delicious, no bitter after taste no muddy water taste, it was just good refreshing flavor and taste. If I lived in the area I would definitely purchase a cup every day. Not to mention the staff was the sweetest, really warm and friendly, whenever we go back out there we would definitely be stopping by.

Your barista, Israel (Izzy), is amazing and you are so lucky to have him representing your company. He went above and beyond to help me find a replacement for my favorite drink (which you no longer serve - the dark chocolate mocha). I ultimately decided on the Iced Fiery Mocha with ripple. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and I wish he could come work for me. Because of Izzy, I will make the leap over to Peet’s as my first go to when I need my coffee/tea fix! Kudos!!

Customer service is phenomenal. The only thing I have ever ordered is the Havana cappuccino and I have yet to regret it. Creamy, just the right amount of sweet, and beautifully roasted and brewed espresso, all come together for an exceptional beverage either hot or iced. I've tried several more of the drinks here and it's still the best cup of coffee in town served with a side of exceptional service. Edit: I had their black tie cold brew since I reviewed previously. If you like your coffee cold, I would highly recommend it. Re-review: Still a five star customer & coffee experience. I've explored the menu more widely and am still looking for something that doesn't live up to my expectations.

Even though the people change from time to time, they seem to still be able to hire more staff of the same caliber. The service is consistent. Its a great place for an afternoon pick me up too. We've made a lot of good friends there just from seeing people regularly and then getting to know them more. We will say bring your jacket because 90 percent of the time it's colder than a penguin's flipper even when it's cold outside.

This Peet’s had delicious coffee and super friendly staff. It was full of community members socializing with their morning coffee as well as people stopping through on road trips or their way to work. This was a very lovely Peet’s location!

The parking lot this Peet's Coffee shares with other establishments is really tight. Depending on the type of vehicle you drive, it can be very challenging. There's an In-N-Out next door that can also add to the challenge of navigating the entrance/exit to the lot. Other than that, the place has the warm welcoming feel that you would expect. The seating area, the last time I was there, encourages socializing with everyone that walks through the doors as you are sort of lead through the tables to get to the order counter. Great place, but 1 star off for the horrible parking lot.

My husband was so excited to find actual Peet's coffee shops. We went to at least 10 different ones and they were all great. The only weird thing is the need for a secret code to get into the restroom. I'm glad they were all gender, but the codes seemed like overkill.

I stop here at least 2-3 times per month when driving up to Sacramento to see my parents. It’s a pretty convenient place to grab some coffee and/or a treat mid-way through the drive between Sac and SF. Always plenty of parking and in spite of the sometimes intimidating line at the counter, it moves pretty quickly and I’ve never spent more than five minutes waiting.

Great place to grab coffee. The seating is fairly tight inside. Plan to have coffee on the outside table and chairs if you don't want others hearing your conversation. Overall great place for coffee and meetings though

The location is nice enough. It's on the way to work for me. Only thing is that the people working were kind of slow. When people are picking up their coffee before heading off to their own jobs, they want service that's a little faster. Other than that my coffee turned really good.

Its the cafe I spend the most time in. Coffee is good, I have never in the two years or so I have been going had any issues with the employees. Lines are handled quickly, and the drinks are always made pretty well. A homeless guy does hang out outside, but he is actually pretty friendly.

I’ve been a Peet’s coffee drinker. I love drinking Peet’s because of the taste and flavor of their coffees. I just have some issues with this Fairfield holiday lane location today. I’ve always do a mobile order. Yesterday, I ordered medium and it’s supposedly upsize to Large but I still got the size medium, and today I ordered Large size but the cup & lid was slightly broken, I burnt my hand twice and I spilled the coffee all over my car and my clothes. The baristas at this location need to pay attention with their service and do a detailed preparation with the Peet’s standards and for customers satisfaction.

Friendly people; however, always out of stock on something. Bagels, almond milk, sandwiches, cookies, name it. I can understand once in a while, but this has been the case on every visit. Please don’t give the sad excuse that we should come early to ensure you have everything available. If are open until 8pm guess what? You should have evening available until 8pm. On top of that a person asked to have a sandwich warm up and was told you are not allow to put them in the oven, why? If you can just take the plastic off and done. Sorry I’m done with Peet’s, great coffee but needs new improved admin

It's not greatest customer service. I came to purchase a cup for my tea and tried to order some hot tea. The girl behind counter said it was a coffee cup and not for tea. . I said okay well where's your tea cups. Her response was we don't have tea cups and that they specialize in coffee. This is Peets Coffee and Tea right?

I love the peets brand but they’re weird at this location. They give a prejudiced feeling when I interact. The young guy with a little red hat on his head was really mean. He asked if I ordered a cinnamon roll and when I said yes and pointed at it, he was so busy glaring at me he didn’t even look where I pointed. Just weird. I didn’t stay to eat because of the hostility.
