The food was hot and fresh, and my order was accurate. This is the best Popeyes in Fairfield in my opinion. We come here instead of the closer ones due to the quality.

We ordered a large portion of chicken. When I asked for the chicken I asked specifically for legs and thighs the girl responded and acknowledged that she give me only dark meat. The girl then gave us breast meat and wings. We didn’t realize this until about 30 minutes later when we were already set up for a picnic so we didnt go back. The next day I called and spoke with the manager, Damian and Damian was very accommodating and fixed the issue by replacing the breast and wings with the original order of dark meat. Great service here! Damian went above and beyond, thank you!

It's a brand new Popeyes that is open. It looks good and clean and the bathrooms are locked. The employees are friendly and service was fast. The food was good, but dry. I would definitely go back and try. The best part, they just accepted the EBT CARD.

Love this new location, the food is great, chicken is nice and crispy and the staff are super nice and on top of it. I’ve had zero issues with this location. Never missing anything when I pick up my order. They always include all sauces and etc that I ask for and any free items from the app.

4 stars because the food was hot and fresh no complaints it tasted delicious. I ordered the strawberry biscuit but I could have probably gone without. The mango strawberry lemonade was really sweet so i just added more water and it was great. I did buy the regular size Mac and cheese which to be honest for 4.49 it's too much for that little cup. That's why I gave it 4 stars the Mac and cheese did taste good. Overall I payed about $20 a bit pricey for the meal but again everything was hot and fresh.

The drive thru movies quickly. Seems to be a young staff, at times unknowledgable. The food was average. Lastly the prices seem to have went up also. Use the mail coupons for better deals. Customer service was above expectations.

It's been a few months since I was last there due to job requirements, and today's was a real disappointment. Tables were dirty, the drink machine was out of the major flavors, it felt like the onion rings were lighter than normal, I like mustard with my rings and there was no mustard available. There was not even napkins, I had to go ask at the counter for some. Maybe it was a bad day, or this could be the beginning of the penny pinching syndrome.

I ordered via the app. My food was hot and properly cooked at the time promised. My order seemed correct, but most of my chicken seemed mild, not spicy. There was one piece out of five that tasted spicy. The counter-person was polite. I'll be back
