Very friendly and knowledge employees. They treat you as a person and not just a customer. They take the time to educate you on the different choices when asked. Juices and smoothies are always fresh and prepared as asked. Keep up the good work Tracy Jamba Juice- Naglee Rd!!
They made me an almond butter and banana protein drink with soy protein and almond milk. It was delicious!!!! Tasted just like how I make mine. Didnt have time to make it this morning so I ordered this drink from here. Thank you!!! Place is clean. They have 6 ft. Distance markers that goes outside and wraps around. The markers are personalized with the jamba logo on it. I thought that was really nice. Will definitely go back!

Not only do they welcome you in, they're fast and say see you tomorrow. If youre having a sluggish morning definitely somewhere to wake you up 😂 I actually might be back tomorrow even though I also doordash them too.
Love their smoothies and now hooked on the Acai bowls. Went for one tonight and it was perfect, didn't realize until they told new you can add boosta to the bowls also
The parking is tight here and it's also hard to find a spot to park in, but it is delicious, refreshing and the boosts they offer are awesome 😎👍🏼
The sweet and sour smell of fruit and vegetables hits you as you walk in. It is very clean. The menu offers an array of delicious bowls, juices, smoothies, etc. awaits you.
Staff was friendly. It was busy and there was a long line, but it moved very quickly. The drinks were perfect.

This is the best jamba juice. My drinks are always on point. They are fast even when they are busy or short staff. Very nice and welcoming. They always have smiles on their faces no matter how busy it gets. Thank you 😊 for all that you do .
Staff is always friendly and efficient. I always tell the workers and her that Maria needs a raise. Every time I come in no matter what time it is she always has a smile that’s contagious and has the best costumer service. Love coming to this location
Never a bad experience. I've stopped in recently a few times while headed to the Home Depot Garden center. I like the vibe of the store. Employees are not always talking to themselves and there are smiles and friendly faces when my drinks are handed over.
Oh my goodness, I just ordered one of the smoothies that I love, and they nailed it! I like the strawberry surf Rider a lot, but I absolutely love the strawberry stir-frider with a little bit of mangoes added in. I like more strawberries, less mangoes, and this poses a problem sometimes. They made my smoothie to perfection! Thank you so much, ladies!

We were on our way to the outlets to get so Christmas shopping done and we decided to stop at this Jamba. As soon as we stepped inside everyone was very welcoming. They were a bit busy but they got our drinks out in no time. We were impressed! When we got our drinks Maria had us tried our drink since we were trying a new one. She was very sweet and friendly. We also want to give her a shoutout because we loved the way she was guiding everyone and looked like a pro. Great spirits.
Great management. I order from here every day, they know my name, my order and know I hate waiting. I call when I can to order ahead, but realize that sometimes they're not able to get to the phone. So I drop right in and they automatically know to get my order started. Very courtesy staff and are extremely hard working, friendly people. It's great walking in and being acknowledged with "2 Large Strawberry Surfriders coming right up!" Couldn't ask for a better Jamba than this. That's why they get my tips & my business. Good job guys.

The employee Rose was extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my order I was unsure ordering a new drink and after ordering it she had me try it and even made a suggestion as to make my drink even better. She made. sure I was satisfied. The location is hard to get to because there's not much parking, but once you are there, the staff is friendly and helpful. The juice smoothies are awesome. Try the pretzels, especially the apple cinnamon. Delicious.
Friendly, Welcomed in as soon as i came in, they all wore face mask's as far as timining did great called in was told ten min and sure enough it was. Quick and easy.

Jamba is always a tasty more healthy choice. Sad most of the time there is not enough staff, I'm guessing because the employees are always back behind making drinks , they take a while to even acknowledge you. It is frustrating when you know your drinks are just sitting in their fridge for pick up.

I love this Jamba and order from here everyday, I just wish they would get the phone orders out as quickly as they do with their Door Dash orders. I've learned to place my order an hour ahead giving them plenty of time to complete it.
I had a good experience at this Jamba Juice. The staff was friendly and my order was correct. This one gets busy from time to time so patience is a must. This JJ churns out orders a little slower than the other JJ's, but they are consistently good.
My order tasted good as always. Great service! However, be ready for a slower service. It does take them quite a bit to get your order and prepare it. So if you’re in a rush, i strongly suggest you go to Starbucks or elsewhere instead.

The worst Jamba Juice I've been to yet. Ordered my smoothie online. For I can stop and go after getting off work. They messed up my order. After remaking it, the young lady threw the straws. Never going back to this location again. Note: Not sure if it was the same young lady. Been to this location a few months ago. They were also rude then.

I ordered a white gummy and a waffle warmed and I got a cold waffle and waited 20-25 mins for my order. The staff made drinks that were ordered 5 mins after before mine and also gave first priority to customers of Latino decent. My smoothie taste terrible. This location has ruined Jamba Juice for me.
i went to jamba juice with my boyfriend around 8:54 because i was craving a bp love chocolate smoothie and the girl that took are order was rude she gave us attitude and dirty looks like if she was mad that we were there she was doing everything rushing and i told her i wanted my smoothie extra blended bc last time they didn’t and when i was drinking my smoothie their was chunky banna pieces tasted nasty
This is by far the dirtiest Jamba location I have ever been to. There was food and trash on the floor which was also very sticky. All of the surfaces looked dirty, the bathroom was disgusting with toilets that clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time. No toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

Finally ordered my orange/ carrot juice and bowl after about 5 min Then she proceeded to tell me they are out of carrots and can not make the juice.. I do not believe her and believe they didn’t want to work, so I made it easier on them by asking for a refund.. she gave me cash back when I wanted it on my card due to fees etc. but got my money back and will not return, some people do belong in the customer service industry have a wonderful day “Emilia B”

2 stars because the Caribbean passion that was made had too much orange juice and zero flavor. If I could give no stars to the girl who was making my order, I would. I walked in and waited at the counter (mind you, it’s 9am and not busy whatsoever) not only am I standing there for maybe a minute, she not once greets me, no good morning, doesn’t even look up ONCE to acknowledge me or even says “I’ll be with you in just a moment” nothing! I am tired of seeing this younger generation with zero hospitality skills or at AT LEAST showing some effort to care. Horrible service. Fix your attitude honey.
The girls working there are useless. We went in for takeout and they both were so busy fighting with each other that they didn't even bother to take our order. We had to walk out, SHAME ON U GUYS. I am adding this part to the review as the shift lead, Roselyn Sandoval Vazquez, who got back to me regarding this issue through an email is as irresponsible as the workers who were not ready to take our order on that day. U guys are just beating each other at ur failures. Awesome 👏
I'm giving this a one star due to lack of communication to employees and customer. I came in with my Jamba Juice Tumbler on 01-02-24 and the server on the cash register tried to get my 10 percent off for using the tumbler. She seems to have trouble trying to give me my 10 percent and when she saw 2 more people behind me she told me that she'll let her manager know and that they can refund me my $1.15 to me debit card. I believed her and said okay and gave a tip. Now today(1-4-23) I addressed this issue with an assistant manager and she flat out told me that she cannot give me my money because I already paid and that the person that was taking my order was just their floor worker or something. This was a very disappointing service and establishment.

It’s unfortunate when learned behavior stems into the workplace . Ms Elia(?) the manager at this location serviced the person behind me first and in the process of finishing my drink, took a walk in pickup who had not waited more than a min. She only made eye contact because I asked if she was the manager and then her name. Companies should teach the only color to be concerned with is GREEN! I will not be going back and will share this same information with my circle. Hope you have the day you deserve ☀️
I placed a mobile order and arrived exactly at the scheduled pick-up time, but ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes. Even after 15 minutes had passed, my order still hadn’t been started. I had to go up and remind the staff, and even then, they didn’t begin making it right away. What’s the point of setting a pick-up time if you can’t stick to it? Using the app was supposed to save time, but it’s actually slower than ordering in person. This kind of disorganized system and lack of accountability is really frustrating. If the mobile ordering system doesn’t work, don’t advertise it as a convenient option. Terrible management and service. I won’t be coming back.

The employees didn't seem to know what they were doing and several people walked out and asked for refunds. I would suggest investing in staff that cares and puts some effort into what they are doing
I wish I can give them negative stars or at minimum 0. Service was down right pathetic. They were understaffed and training new employees. They should have at least gave customers a heads up there would be a 40 min minimum wait for orders. Also they were not wearing gloves and just sliding trash and food waste around the counter. Never coming here or spending a dime at Jamba Juice if this is the standard of this organization
I’m disappointed I stood in the lobby for about 8 minutes nobody told me you had to use the kiosk to order. The people who work at this location should look up to see how can they help people. Not one person looked up to scan the lobby for customer service assistance. Not good. Always be aware of your surroundings and help the customers. A man in line actually made me aware to place my order at the kiosk.
