I had a fantastic dining experience at Texas Roadhouse! The food was exceptional, with every dish perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Texas Roadhouse was great as usual. I was there for my birthday and it did not disappoint. The service was fantastic as the staff was genuinely pleased to serve us. The steak and ribs were really good and cooked to perfection. The salad was crisp. And the rolls, these are the best rolls and butter on Earth, lol. I highly recommend this location of Texas Roadhouse, and I'll be returning soon.

Fantastic food and service. Great chat with manager about steak! Only reason for low score for atmosphere is because it's very busy, which adds to noise. But no compromise on food or service. Highly recommend !

Busy restaurant, advice to reserve ahead of time. Steak is delicious and cook well. The free bread are sweet and soft. They also served food at the bar where you can walk in and seat at any open spot. The legendary margaritas is ice cool and delicious.

Great steak! We tried prime rib and ribeye, both has great portion and taste good. Bread is always amazing. The service is pretty good. They proactively noticed when we finished the bread and drinks, then brought the refill without asking.

Great experience and our Steak was cooked perfectly to our requests. Service was great and atmosphere is nice. Mash potatoes were dry although they had the gravy. Maybe one time issue We will be back

I always pass by these locations knowing that these are just some chain restaurant... Not knowing that inside wise one of the best roadside diner steaks that is this massive! Right up as soon as you ask our table. They also ask you to the meat department to figure out what type of steak cut you would like to eat today. If you do need to wait for a table, you can see the making the infamous buttered bread they have here en mass! Wait times weren't really a issue as it was a lull between lunch and dinner. As you get seated towards the table, you can take a look around the building about how well they turn this into Texas Roadhouse with various beer signs, wooden decorations, texas sized artwork, and even a selection of hand-drawn NASCAR stars from the '90s! As soon as you're seated down, you're also greeted by the other star of free items here and its the packaged roasted peanuts! I wouldn't say that these peanuts are better than for the ones for free of five guys. The fact they come in some sort of bag you can buy from the grocery store is pretty cool enough and you can even take one to go if you like! All the menus already located at the table as well as a selection of steak sauce and ketchup all branded with texas Roadhouse on them. The booth seats are pretty cushy and comfortable. I ordered a 6 oz sirloin with shrimp for $26 with the shrimp tasting really peppery and had tons of flavor without requiring the use of the lime next to it! It also really helped with the dipping sauce they included! My two sides I picked were the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes! The mashed potatoes was really good with the fact that they put the gravy in the middle like a little puddle! I can't say the same for the mac and cheese, although that one was pretty good too! Service was pretty spotty throughout the entire experience but she did help us navigate how to order at a Texas Roadhouse and what to expect from here! She didn't really come by to fill up water or soda as often as i would have liked, but the fact that she did come by more often as soon as the food was delivered to the table made a good recovery. She even helped the pack in some of the food and boxes if needed! I also noticed that some of the tables also included some of those little games that you can have at the table side kind if like Applebee's, but I didn't notice them at our table. I can definitely see the hype behind these, and it's no wonder why people so highly regard about them not just the way that they treat the employees here but how It seems everyone's having a good time here! Hopefully it can stop by at these more often whenever I have friends or co-workers around!

I regret not ordering steak 🥩 that my cousin was saying that was really good. I ordered ribs and it was ok. The veggies 🥦 were over cooked tho. But I’ve never had a ribeye steak 🥩 that was good as they served here! Was really delish! 😌 The server was really nice too!

We went here last night on a whim. The place is large and always seems to be pretty busy. I checked in using their Virtual Waitlist and when we arrived we were seated pretty quickly. This place is loud, so if you are expecting a quieter place you probably need to go someplace else. They can accommodate large groups and there were a ton of birthdays being celebrated last night. Anyway, our server (Angelica) was very quick and attentive and was always floating around her area ready to help and/or get something if you needed it. The food was made really well and the 2 meals we ordered were cooked to perfection. We both ordered the 6oz Sirloin and they were cooked like we requested. The meat was very tender and flavorful. It came with a choice of 2 sides. We each selected a Salad and Baked Potato. If you want a nice steak or something else and don’t mind a larger and at times noisy restaurant you should visit this restaurant.

The food was a little salty but still delicious, and I loved their buttery and very soft bread. The place was crowded, but the service was good. Overall, the vibe was okay, and I will definitely recommend it.

Always a long wait, which proves its popularity!!! Great steak with reasonable price! The servers are nice!!! Love their bread! Love their smothered option, a must-have!!! However, compared to the one in Union City, I personally love that one better!! Another reason for me to give 4 stars was that I ordered medium rare bone-in ribeye, but they served me as medium well!!! But our server did help us to fix it!

Usually pretty good but definitely not this time. Walked in and noticed all the paid advertisements above each table which kills the dinning experience and makes it feel cheap. Steak was under cooked and ribs were over cooked. Service was real slow. Please get rid of the commercial advertisements.

Waited over 2 hours...who does this? Us because we were told every 15 minutes your up in 15 or so and we had a concert to go to. Horrible, horrible experience will not go again. There was only 4 of us. We got there at 5pm. Used their wait list application. Got seated at 7pm. Food was UNDERCOOKED. Steak was supposed to be medium well and hamburger medium rare. Obviously both are rare to very rare and bloody. However our waiter was good and responded to the urgency of the concert we wer 30 minutes late for due to the restaurant experience. This location is known for having long waits but using their wait list application didn't help. Staff needs to be more realistic with wait times.

The service at this location might be the worst I've ever experienced. I travel the country and been to many different locations and this is at the bottom of the list. I walked in and sat at bar side, it wasnt too busy with open seating. I First noticed it took a couple minutes to be greeted as the attention of the bartenders were mainly focused on a couple guys on the other end of the bar. Which is understandable. When i was noticed I ordered food and a drink and it came out pretty fast. I waited for what felt like 10-15 minutes for the attention from the bartenders so I could get utensils to eat my food. Before I could get any attention or say anything, the man sitting next to me had been at the bar for awhile and also had been waiting for a long time just to get his check. He looked over and noticed I was sitting there waiting for my utensils patiently and decided to yell the bartenders name. He then made quite a scene understandable about the lack of attention to all the other guests sitting at the bar then stormed out. My steak by that time was slightly colder than I would like it but still tasted OK. The rest of the time I sat there and ate, I felt as if the other customers on the other end were snickering about me saying or being apart of the guy next to me shouting and causing a scene. It wasnt the best experience and still tipped a few dollars though.

My wife and I ordered to go. Our total with tip was $75.00. I went right on time for the pick up. In fact I received the text indicating our order was ready as i was walking up to the window. When I got to the pick up window there wasn’t anyone there. I didn’t see that as a problem as I figured they might be getting food from the kitchen. Eventually a worker came to the telephone. Another worker came and stood next to the other worker ignoring my presence. After a couple of minutes I gently tapped the window and again ignored. At that point I was tempted to go in and ask for a manager. Ten minutes after I received the text a girl came to the window. By the time a drove 6 mins home our food was ice cold. I had to reheat shrimp and steak. Bread was ice cold too. Just not what we have been accustomed to

Not up to par. All 3 entrees were wrong! I could probably understand if 1 entrée was wrong, but 4 orders were either messed up or completely not even served? Obviously, the waitress was not even listening to what we said. Never even received our appetizer. My side was never brought out with my meal at all. Asked for no mushrooms, there were more mushrooms than meat. We asked for no onions on the salad, there were onions. Asked for baked potato with just butter, and it came with sour cream. So, sorry I just don't understand how one waitress can mess up so bad?

I ordered the 16-ounce steak at Texas Roadhouse, and unfortunately it was a letdown. About half of the steak was fat, making it difficult to enjoy. I sent it back hoping for a better cut, but the replacement steak had nearly the same amount of fat, which was disappointing.I do want to note that the service was good—the staff was polite and tried to help—but the overall quality of the meat just wasn’t there this time. For a steak of this size and price, I expected a much better cut. The experience left me feeling like quality control was lacking, even though the service itself was solid.
