This IHOP is amazing the waitresses are very kind and helpful as they should be so I tipped well also the food was cooked to perfection I ordered a burger & it was just amazing, it was 4 of us and nobody had any negative issues so I give this place a 5 star rating.

It was made properly and respectfully even though they were minutes from closing. The hostess was friendly and nice and showed no indication of frustration at my arrival at such short notice before being off. The food was as expected and I enjoyed it.

Always feels good to go into a classic from my childhood. Eat good food from very friendly servers. Always great customer service and food we always get breakfast. You can't go wrong with breakfast

Coffee was great, they have flavored creamer, and it was never ending! I had the Swedish crepes, with 2 eggs and bacon. All was great! Service was right on also. The bathroom was messy and lacking paper towels, but I told them and they cleaned and fixed it immediately. We will be back!

Food was good and service was impeccable . You won't be taking any leftovers though.

Restaurant was not busy when we entered for dinner. It was clean,service was great and meals were reasonably priced! Hubby and I ordered off the senior menu and granddaughter ordered breakfast. Everyone's food was cooked to perfection! Started getting busy as we were getting ready to leave. Would go to this IHOP again when in the area.

This place is usually busy. Went for my sons birthday breakfast to kick off the day of his party. We sat down quickly. Waitress came in reasonable time for us to have our order together. She was attentive to the small special requests I made, such as bringing the flavored syrups, type of coffee creamer, and adding my juice once the food comes. She was on top of all of it, even with the crowd. My son laughed at each time she brought something to our table, she would say thank you to us. I wish I could remember her name, not sure she had a tag or provided it to us. However, she provided the type of service I expect when going out to eat...anywhere! She got 25% tip since I was impressed!! Hopefully she doesn't have to share it.

If you near stop by for a meal, they won't disappoint.

Went on with my family (7 kids, two adults) on Sunday at about 2pm (this was the perfect time of day to avoid crowds) The store was clean, there was more than enough staff to accommodate. I was seated right away and served quickly. Food was good staff was friendly. Restrooms were clean. Thank you IHOP or Tracy. we will be back again!

Love the friendliness and courtecy of staff here. Felt hospitality and welcoming atmosphere. For breakfast, I got avocado toast and vegetable omlete. Loved it so much. Always good coffee with free refills and a menu that can fancy any palet.

Our party of 12 arrived at peak brunch time on Christmas Day today. We knew there would be a wait for our large group but it was only about 20 minutes. The workers at reception were friendly and accommodating and our server was professional and cordial and service was efficient and she was so kind. We all ordered pancakes and your standard breakfast fair and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. My end of the table were marveling at the magical hot cocoa that my brother and niece ordered a second round. Thank you IHOP staff in Tracy for working on Christmas Day and being so professional and friendly to our entire family. God Bless

It was my first time in IHOP . Kids loved it. Although for vegetarians there is not much to eat but my kids loved their pancakes. We had breakfast burrito with eggs and no meat and it was delicious.

I had the best experience at this Ihop. I eat at Ihop frequently and get the gluten free pancakes and always tell them i have a gluten allergy! Today our server who I believe her name was Sequoyah (From our receipt) not only told the kitchen about my problem with gluten, but when my food was served let me know that my eggs were actually freshly cracked because their eggs contain pancake batter and she didn’t want me to get sick! I was absolutely so grateful, she didn’t have to do that but she went out of her way to do something like that for me (And saved me a huge night of stomach pain!) She was an amazing server, fast, and made sure we constantly had everything we needed. She was great by herself and was attentive to EVERY single table! This location is lucky to have her!!

The IHOP in Tracy is a great 24/7 restaurant whether it be special occasions or just a quick sit down breakfast. They have a variety of high-quality pancakes, omelets, and many other choices. The servers are nice and serve you well. Every time I go to IHOP, either in Tracy or out of town, they never disappoint. 15/15 stars

Food was hot and delicious. I ordered the biscuit and gravy and the biscuit was so light and fluffy and I could taste the buttermilk in it. My husband got his 1st 55+ Senior discount and it was Great. Our waitress was very attentive and nice and the manager came by our table and spoke to us and before we left we spoke to him about how Great our service was. They always have great food and lots of choices and a kids menu. Restaurant was clean and we didn't have to wait to be seated.

I haven't been to IHOP in years. I tried the Avocado Toast! New on the menu. It was the best breakfast ever! I had it with bacon, two eggs over medium on top with grilled jalapenos on the side..... Perfectly made and the coffee was 👍 great. Our waitress was very attentive and nice, well deserving of a good tip! The flavor of the egg with avocado, toasted cherry tomatoes and jalapeno..... Yum!!!! A must try.....kudos to the cook also!!!! Oh and one inch thick French toast.... Wow

Took a trip and stopped at this IHOP they told us a 20-25 min wait that ended up only being 5 min. The waitress was awesome, she was very attentive to out table, she brought out extra creamer for my coffee, i was able to switch the regular bacon and sausage to turkey which I was happy about and the food was delicious. If I lived closer I would definitely go there more often.

It was clean but room was very cold. We waited to long to eat cooks were unable to keep up how ever food was hot and good. The waitress was very pleasant and apologized for the wait Will go back.

I enjoyed the southwest scrambled eggs with the side of salsa. It came with large slices of avocado. The hash browns were good as well as the two pancakes with butter pecan syrup. Plenty of hot coffee. It was served warm, I like food hot, go earlier next time they get so busy.

It is really nice here, the waitress is super friendly, They are understanding if you want to be seated in the back area. Its kid friendly. The only bad things are, that sometimes the coffee cups are not washed well and you get one with lipstick on it, and the prices are a bit high.

Bacon was horrible no flavor. Texture was not right. At least 30 minute wait after we ordered our food. Wait staff was very good. We probably won't visit anytime soon.

Hadn't esten there for a while, but our usual place is closed for a facelift, so we decided to give it a shot. Pretty good service overall. Food was good, but my FAVORITE harvest grain and nut pancakes are no longer served. Soooo sad! Also, they have retired the boysenberry syrup. At least they had their pumpkin spice pancakes. YUM!

We had a great waitress. The wait for a table was not long at all and the food was better than I thought it was going to be! I would absolutely recommend this location for a quick, tasty bite at a reasonable price. And our server was in the top 10% of service I've ever had. Kudos to you IHOP.

It may seem strange to go to IHOP for burgers but they are the best and the onion rings are Devine! However, the hamburgers were "frozen" so we couldn't order them. Had the sampler breakfast. Good but not great.

We want in for breakfast around noon on a Sunday. There wasn't a wait, as there usually is on a Sunday morning. Our server was very friendly, and attentive as she could be while having what looked like 4 or 5 other tables. We were a party of 4, and all of our orders came out in a timely manner and was almost fully accurate. One plate was a bit mixed up, but was fixed really quickly. The food here is always fantastic and fairly priced. If I could give them one tip, it would be to hire more servers, so that the guest doesn't sit without being checked on for too long, oh, and please make the sides of fruit two sizes, cup and bowl. The cup is far too small for someone who was mostly just wanting fruit that day. Overall great place!

My kids woke up and wanted breakfast. We drove to Tracy to go to IHOP. It was a Saturday and the line wasn't too bad. We waited maybe 10 minutes tops. Staff was friendly and gave us the perfect amount of time to choose our food. Everything was pretty good, but there were a few things that bothered me (ever so slightly) my oldest won't eat eggs so we asked to substitute the eggs for dinner hash browns. She said that she could give him hash browns, but there would still be a charge. Ok. Fine. But they not only took the eggs off, they still charged me regular price AND charged me for potatoes too. I get it. Not that big of a deal. Moving on. The food took a while, but I understand that we are in the times we are in and all that. When we finally got our food, it was hot and tasted good. Our waitress was kind and kept checking up on us. IHOP isn't the cheapest place to eat, but it was a pretty solid choice this time. Especially as I am constantly disappointed by the customer service whenever we go out of our house these days.

This IHOP location is neater than most branches. I like the wooden bathroom floors. They do need to be consistent with their dishes though. The sirloin tips we ordered were mostly hard it was a struggle eating them. Other than that, all our other orders were fine.

The girl who served us was wonderful. I had made an online order, and a man wasn't able to pay with my card at the end, so instead of making me do it all over again, she was so kind to just copy it from my phone. Which was so sweet of her because it was a lot easier for me to do that than to have to try and remember all of the orders. The food was good and hot, my only issue is that when we were standing in there, the music was way too loud, I could barely hear myself think. Besides that, everything is great

Not the best photos, sorry! But, good vegan options. I always get Oatmeal (ask for no milk in it), their seasonal fruit cup, their red potatoes with green peppers and onions (which they just updated to no longer have dairy in it!), hash browns with fajita mix (cooked green peppers and onions) on top, and a nice glass of orange juice (free refills!) Overall great food, but personally a small portion size. :)

The service was great and the food was the quality we expected. The quantity was far more than we expected. I got the 2x2x2, 2 eggs, to bacon and 2 pancakes. What we got was 2 sausage, 3+ eggs, 2 pancakes and hashbrowns at no extra cost. Well worth the stop.

Super busy during the weekend, expect to wait at least 30 minutes plus to get the table (9am to 11am is worst). Staff were good and pancakes were fluffy... nothing to complain!!

I have only 1 suggestion. Please allow adults to order from the kids' menu. I medically can only eat small portions. A kids portion is ideal. I was prohibited from ordering from that section.

We come to this place for breakfast and especially for their pancakes, which they do quite well. We have been coming here over the years and never had any complaints about the food but with the service. Sometimes you have to remind them that you haven't been served and other times they ask if you've been served? "REALLY....." Not a good way to run a business with no floor manager to monitor their staff. We continue to eat here and the service has gotten better. They used to just specialize in breakfasts but has expanded their menu to include lunch and dinner. Breakfasts are their strong points. :-/

We waited 40 min to be seated by a very inattentive, moody and unprofessional host that had to be replaced by a manager shortly after it was clear she had no idea how to add people to a list let alone sit them accordingly by the group number. They took our order pretty quick but took another 40 min to bring our food, which was warm but not hot really. Our waitress was very nice and kept our coffee mugs full while we waited. Overall, good experience. But the first person who greets you when you cross the doors can’t be someone who clearly dreads being there and looks like she wished she was dead.

I visited here expecting the food to be the same as other IHOP locations I had visited. But it was not cooked properly, warmed properly or seasoned properly. They probably need to take a little more time to make sure they are cooking to the company's standards. Waitresses seemed to be lollygagging, which is why it was cold. Won't be returning to this location.

IHOP has a new look and from what I remember, some new staff. This was our choice for breakfast over Denny's for a change. We were seated immediately in the busy front section of the restaurant. This is my take and don't get me wrong because I Love family settings and have one of my own. When you have a couple that comes in without children or grandchildren you can assume that they may want a quiet meal. Don't sit them in the busiest part of the restaurant where there are screaming children. Instead, seat them in a remote area without screaming children. Next, do not wait a half hour to tell your seated customers who have already ordered food that their food is just being made and why. Customers are not interested in the why, they just want to eat and a half hour in IHOP with screaming children of patrons don't exactly get much understanding. Finally, If it weren't for the food being made on point, we probably wouldn't return again. I don't care who's section who is sitting in(which is why they place you in certain areas of a restaurant based on the servers), just know that if a couple comes in without children, they more than likely don't want to hear children they didn't bring in, screaming through their whole meal. If your kitchen staff has an issue with the meals they're preparing, don't tell your customers and expect understanding especially after 11am. The servers, cooks and hostesses need to get it together with the same plan and the management needs to address these problems. It's not the customers who need to understand.

Food was Good! A hostess offer us drinks, but she did it in a Very Rude way, when she came back with drinks she just thrown them on the table without saying anything, you could tell that she does Not wanted to be there! Thank God that she was Not our waitress!! After waiter took over our visit was definitely better!!!

I like Ihop , I'm a big fan of all day breakfast . This time was not great. The waitress must have been new she asked us for our order as we were sitting down. Before we opened the menu. She brought the check with the food. The order and sides were wrong. No refills etc. Surely there is a better training system than just leaving someone and then Loosing customers because of a poor experience. Food when right is great. Just beware of all those calories!!

No one ever expects perfect food, great service or the most amazing dining experience when going to IHOP but the last visit we had the worst experience yet. The server didn't want to be there only brought the first drink and food and looked extremely inconvenienced anytime she came to see us. The food was meh at best and they have gotten rid of thr boysenberry syrup!

The service was slow and I felt like the food portions were very little for how expensive it has become. Not all of the food was brought out together and this is an inconvenience when you're trying to have a family meal early Sunday morning.

They seated me quickly, however it took a waiter forever to even acknowledge me and my daughter. We were there for almost 15min before they even offered us anything to drink. Many different waiters walked by and saw we weren't helped but kept walking past us anyway. When they finally did, our food took forever and they skimp you out of everything. Tiny coffee cups and servings are small even the kids cups were tiny lol I only went there because my daughter requested it but it will be the last time.

I’ve been to this IHOP on several occasions and only had one good experience. The previous two times I had two different dishes, a fish and chips and a stack of chocolate chip pancakes. While it wasn’t the wisest of me to get the fish and chips at pancake house getting sick from their pancakes a second time is ridiculous. You can smell the bathroom as soon as you walk into the restaurant. This location in general is unsanitary and understaffed. Would not recommend

Title: Disappointing Experience at IHOP Tracy Date of Visit: October 28, 2023 I visited IHOP Tracy on October 28, 2023, and unfortunately, it was a highly unsatisfactory experience. The most glaring issue was the excessive wait time for our order to be taken. What was even more disheartening was observing our waitress engrossed in conversations with other patrons, yet consistently overlooking Indian families, including ours. Shockingly, this same situation occurred with another Indian family. Such prejudiced behavior is unacceptable and left a deep negative impression. I hope IHOP Tracy takes immediate steps to address these issues and ensure a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all patrons.

There was trash between the menus they handed us. There was trash in the bowl of creamer they brought us. Food from the last party was still visible on the table and on the booth seat as well. All booths have cracked vinyl and makes the place look very run down like the owner doesn’t care about it at all. I was shocked to see them rated so highly. This place needs a visit from the health officials! If the front of the restaurant is this dirty I can only imagine what the kitchen is like.

Nicole's service is terrible, we barely had about 3 minutes after receiving the food and she took us the bill and we told her we weren't ready, because we were starting to eat and instead of apologizing she got upset, we asked to speak to the manager and it turns out that it was Nicole and we told her that we didn't like her service and she said that this was the training that IHOP had given them and she told us that we didn't have to pay the bill. That answer was not right, because it gave us to understand that We are making that observation, so as not to pay the bill, thank God we have the money to pay the bill. I think that after this bad experience with Nicole we will no longer come to this restaurant.

Had the $14.00 steak omlet and it was not very good not what we expected. I have warm tea without ice when I ask for iced tea. The waiter was nice however, I don't think we'll come back.

Service was horrible. We waited to be seated for about 15 mins, when there was no one waiting and plenty of tables empty. The waiters were just looking and walking past us. Finally we got a table and come to find out that it was a dirty table. The cooks were fast, but the waiter was just horrible. We had to wait another 15 mins to get our check and another 15 so she could collect our payment. I don't understand why that was happening if the restaurant wasn't even busy. Definitely bad customer service.

Can i first just say Ive never complained about my food or service ever ever EVER but it was so awful here i had to! Went in early one busy morning and wad seated. From jump my server seemed to be out of her element. She said she never worked mornings she works nights and that she hated the staff and they were slow. That was before we even ordered. So we ordered. Simple order. Nothing special.and my friends omelette was brought out and only part if mine. Only 2 pieces of very raw bacon and a tiny portion of hashbrowns and w small burnt pieces of toast. I waited as long as i could for my 2 eggs. But by the time she brouggt them i had ate some of my bffs food so i just wanted to leave. Still she blamed the kitchen for the delay. I had to go complain to a manager and he felt so bad he comped my whole bill.he was very nice about it but i still will never go back. In case that big blonde haired girl is there again.

The food is regular pancakes mainly, though some staff are rude, poorly staffed and runoff their feet always. Behavior appeared to give the impression that its their own place and they are doing you the customer a favor for coming there to eat. Managers should really shape up and open their eyes and see what’s happened here. Even online orders are messed up, you show up to pick it up even after the set time and still not ready. Then one has to wait 15 mins average to pickup an online order. This is ridiculous. IHOP managers, you should have an independent review too to see for yourselves. This is unacceptable.

Very very disappointed, went for my sons bday. Wasnt worth it at all. Our pancakes were cold, butter was hard as rock. 5 of us there, we ask for refill only 2 gt refilled other 3 never came. Birthday boy wanted a shake. Waited 20 mins for a shake cld of just went to McDonald's drive thru faster n cheeper. My potato had no peppers nor onions my eggs were cooked hard dnt ask for hard eggs. Mashed potato portion was for a baby . Cld go on n on over all will never go there again u lost my services. Total sorry service. U gt 1 star cuz it wnt let me post but u deserve none

Normally I don't bother with negative reviews, but now I've had 2 totally miserable experiences at this location. Both times it had to do with ingredients that were inedible. The grilled chicken had the rubbery texture of chicken that has been frozen, unfrozen, and refrozen again. Thankfully I believe we weren't charged, but explaining that the food was inedible was rather uncomfortable. I won't be back.

Food was 4/5 pretty good. I was more upset of the service. Had a Spanish waitress & No Smile, & in hurry the whole time. I understand the place gets busy. But dont treat the treat the customers like we at the same level. They offer Military discount, but only to members w/ ID. Thumbs down to that, only because my kids didnt have an ID, too young.

The young lady was very nice and patient. The food was not good it was cold cheese on the didn't even melt of how cold it was portions have shrunk and prices super high for what you get. Quality has gone down. The light at our table was not working.

I said aren’t you open until 10? She said yea but we aren’t going to be seating people since we cleaned it already but we can do to go? It’s 850! I was mind blown because nobody was there literally and I came in 1 hr and some change before closing. Lazy! If you want to go to a IHOP go to MANTECA

Usually have no problems here, but unfortunately today was not good. We got seated right away and our order taken quickly. The problem was getting our food. It took some patience as well as an explanation on why our food order was 35 minutes long. Hopefully this was one time incident. Well 7 months later and returned to this place only to have even worse service than before. IHOP you have lost 5 customers. Too bad I had to leave a star. Not worth it!

The service was awful. We ordered our kids food fist. Their food ended up being the last to come. The chicken looked over cook so we ask for a new one the server said it wouldn't matter it will still be the same. Come on you are telling me they don't know how to cook chicken. Sad to know we will never go there again this experience ruined IHOP for us.

Went IHOP today, our orders came in 40mins of wait foods are cold, missing some orders I have to cancel it, cause we done on our meal and our sausage didn’t come. Even checking out taking forever. Never come back

My T-bone was tough, can't even cut it with the knife, she forgot to give me another fork which was caked with dirty food, had to ask the other employee for a fork so he gave me another set of silverware. No clerk out front to pay for the receipt, same server was the one who took the payment. Just a little disappointed for the services 😕

It used to be a great place for breakfast but idk what happened to this place. They did not have swedish pancakes anymore so i tried the crepes. The crepes i ordered that was in the picture was 2 in a plate and my order came with one. The bacon came late and was cold. Husband ordered pancake and wasnt cooked the middle was still mushy. We were so disappointed and dissatisfied we won't be coming back to this place again.

I came in Ihop tracy at 2:30 a.m. and ordered French toast combo. The food was excellent everything was fine until the waitress asked me, " sir are you ready to check out or do you need a few more Minutes?". I just finished eating not more than 2 minutes prior. Do not go to this IHOP late night I cannot believe she rushed me out of there!
