The girl who served us was wonderful. I had made an online order, and a man wasn't able to pay with my card at the end, so instead of making me do it all over again, she was so kind to just copy it from my phone. Which was so sweet of her because it was a lot easier for me to do that than to have to try and remember all of the orders. The food was good and hot, my only issue is that when we were standing in there, the music was way too loud, I could barely hear myself think. Besides that, everything is great

During our trip to California, we stopped for breakfast at a local IHOP. The food itself was pretty delicious, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Our server seemed to be incredibly busy, and it took an extremely long time for our food to be served.

This place has had its good and bad days after all I been here multiple times throughout it being here.... this last time excellent service. Perfect food. Great waitress...always a good time the last few times we have gone. Thank you keep up the great work 👍

Egg-celent pancakes! They have an extensive menu with so many choices in all sections. The pancakes were great and so were the omelette. Loved the hash browns as well.

Not the best photos, sorry! But, good vegan options. I always get Oatmeal (ask for no milk in it), their seasonal fruit cup, their red potatoes with green peppers and onions (which they just updated to no longer have dairy in it!), hash browns with fajita mix (cooked green peppers and onions) on top, and a nice glass of orange juice (free refills!) Overall great food, but personally a small portion size. :)

Review only for vegetarians.. Except onion rings, fries, patty less buns, hash browns, pancakes and waffle vegetarians won’t have options.. Eggitarians have some more nice omelette options.. staff were ok.. Nice place & seatings.. but pricy.. Veggie patties would be a great addition to the menu...

At 9:26am, thought service would be better. Looks like they don't give you extra coffee at the table anymore. AND the worst was waiting for someone to give me the code for the bathroom. Not good when you have a toddler.

I’ve been to this IHOP on several occasions and only had one good experience. The previous two times I had two different dishes, a fish and chips and a stack of chocolate chip pancakes. While it wasn’t the wisest of me to get the fish and chips at pancake house getting sick from their pancakes a second time is ridiculous. You can smell the bathroom as soon as you walk into the restaurant. This location in general is unsanitary and understaffed. Would not recommend

Found a nasty little bug in my food disgusting! Although the waiter was very nice and did her job well they still tried to make me pay for the food with a 25% discount SMH very disrespectful! Won't be returning.

Long wait any time you go throughout the year. Part of 5. Receptionist told wait it 30 mins. But, I waited for 55 mins. Still party of five had. 4 parties ahead of me. Receptionist was not providing correct wait time .NO clear instructions. Keeping people waiting. Highly disappointed.

I came in Ihop tracy at 2:30 a.m. and ordered French toast combo. The food was excellent everything was fine until the waitress asked me, " sir are you ready to check out or do you need a few more Minutes?". I just finished eating not more than 2 minutes prior. Do not go to this IHOP late night I cannot believe she rushed me out of there!
